Los Guayres
The haute cuisine restaurant Los Guayres, which has recently been awarded the Michelin Star, the Sol de Repsol and the Travellers' Choice 21 from Tripadvisor, is located in the Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa. Its three tasting menus offer a signature cuisine that reinterprets the gastronomic tradition of the Canary Islands, using the best local ingredients, fusing it with the most excellent foreign products and relying on the most modern culinary techniques; all from the hand of chef Aléxis Álvarez and his wonderful kitchen and dining room team.
El Refectorio de Ágata
El Refectorio de Ágata, integrated in the Cordial Santa Águeda Resort, is a gastronomic paradise for meat lovers. La Arrocería was created with the aim of adding a magnificent gastronomic offer in the seaside neighbourhood of El Pajar, in Arguineguín. Integrated in the Cordial Santa Águeda Resort, La Arrocería at Perchel Beach Club stands out for its daring and surprising fusion of Mediterranean cuisine with local references from the hand of Executive Chef Borja Conde.
