Here we are again , staying all of January. Arrived 13th Jan 1:30pm, the warm welcome hasn’t changed . Oscar the manager and his team are brilliant . In our room within 15 minutes . It was raining hard on the drive down so slightly hairy ! Soon cleared. Since then the weather has been mixed with a kinda storm Sat 17th evening and Sunday morning . In the afternoon we sat on the balcony in full sun watching the grounds staff cleaning any debris and leaves etc from all the paths and sunbed area . They do an excellent job ! The place once again was immaculate after they finished . I will do a full report again once we have finished our visit ……..Note: for anyone concerned about the ‘ building work’ opposite it has not bothered us in the least . I certainly would not come here because of it .

A great location close to marina

Just returned from Lanzarote staying at the Cordial Marina Blanca, self catering apartments. Breakfast/evening meal is available, although we didn’t choose that option, so can’t comment on food quality. Great location for all the shops, restaurants, marina, all within a short level walk. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. The only reason I haven’t scored 5 stars, is the walls are very thin. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Would I stay again.. Yes!

Treated myself to another amazing full body massage with a bit of reflexology as well today by Alex. Highly recommend. Alex is very professional Anyone who has muscoskelatal issues really should give him a try. Worth every Euro. #WellnessMarinaBlanca I believe Alex will be transferring into the area above the reception, hopefully by February, which I will be visiting again when I return.

Lovely relaxing holiday

Loved our stay here over Xmas. Apartments were huge with a large bathroom and bedroom. Lots of storage space and hangers. We wanted to take the walk in shower home with us it was fantastic. Beds super comfy and nice to havea large fridge. We had Bed and breakfast. Which was perfect, lots of choice. It’s a very quiet complex as no evening bar or entertainment but we loved this as so many places nearby in the marina if you want to be entertained. The whole area was very relaxed and it made for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. We are in our 50s for those around our age that want peace and quiet with lots of choice for nearby places to eat it’s ideal. Would highly recommend. Absolutely perfect Christmas break.

The best welcome we’ve ever had – incredibly friendly and informative arrival. We absolutely loved our stay: peaceful and relaxing, yet with easy gate access straight into Marina Rubicón, where there are plenty of excellent bars and restaurants. We stayed over Christmas and it was just lovely. Highly recommend, we will definitely return.

Acabamos de regresar de nuestra tercera estancia en el Cordial Marina Blanca y hemos reservado nuestra vuelta para el año que viene antes de irnos. Nos encanta todo de este hotel. Los apartamentos son espaciosos y están bien equipados, y todo el personal es muy atento. Nada es demasiado problema. La primera mañana, justo encendimos la televisión del salón principal y nos dimos cuenta de que la pantalla estaba dañada. Lo comunicamos a recepción y pedimos que alguien la revisara cuando fuera necesario, ya que no era urgente. Al volver a la habitación, uno de los chicos de mantenimiento ya estaba allí y nos la cambió por una nueva. Reservamos alojamiento y desayuno y había mucho para elegir cada mañana. También recibimos un regalo de bienvenida del hotel y una botella de cava para el cumpleaños de mi pareja. Estos pequeños detalles te hacen sentir que el hotel se preocupa por sus huéspedes. Enfrente están construyendo un nuevo hotel y también el propio hotel estaba realizando algunas obras para mejorar el acceso al ascensor de la segunda planta. Sin embargo, esto no afectó en absoluto a nuestra estancia y solo un día oímos algo de ruido, mientras derribaban una pared. Nos encanta este hotel y lo recomendamos encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque una estancia relajada en la zona de Marina. Esperamos volver el año que viene.

Great day time and night time experience's in Playa Blanca

Visited this hotel from 9th-16th November, and we had a fantastic holiday. We had been informed of work in and near the hotel, and we could have changed before our holiday but decided that as the area around the hotel was perfect for us that we would take a chance and stay. I'm so happy we made the choice not to change as we had a brilliant time. The hotel is really nice and the staff were fantastic. A smile on every face and they were all very attentive. The apartment was spotless, and they couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is situated just behind the Rubicon Marina, so we had access to great restaurants and lovely shops

Our stay at the Cordial Marina Blanca. September 2025.

We have seen some bad reviews on this hotel. We dont know if they are talking about the same hotel as we stayed in, but we found the Hotel Cordial Marina to be a very welcoming hotel. We stayed here between 18th September and 28th September. From the gentleman who met us on our arrival to the lady who checked us out on leaving - we can only say the staff were amazing and could not do enough to assist with any enquiries. A mobility scooter was booked through a receptionist here too, which was picked up and dropped off back to reception a week later. The hotel as a whole was always clean and tidy. When booking in the cleaning regime was explained to us, the chamber maids dont work sundays and thursdays. Our room was always kept spotlessly clean. Even around the pool area was spotless with the life guard doing cleaning of tables at the end of the day. There is a small charge for the safety deposit box in the room, but this was not excessive with free air conditioning which worked extremely well and was not too noisy. The kitchen area was well stocked and the towels in the bathroom were changed at least three times a week, along with bedding. We knocked over a glass in the room one evening and within 10 minutes a cleaner was in our room with a brush and dust pan to clean it up for us. We had a slight issue with the shower, but a maintenance person was in the room within minutes to sort it. This hotel is in an excellent spot, being only yards from the Marina where all the restaurants and bars are, also there were two supermarkets within close proximity - and they were open until 10pm. We will definately be coming back to this hotel in the future and would seriously recommend it to friends and family as it is excellent value for money.

This is our 2nd visit here. I am disabled with poor mobility. I had an adapted room (bathroom) which makes it possiable for me to stay here . I am very greatful for Jet 2's help and the hotel making this possible. The staff are very helpful and friendly also remembered us nothing is a problem . We have been to this resort 6 times so very familiar with it. I hire a mobility scooter from Fab Mobility. The hotel is clean and room spotless. Kitchen is great for simple meals. They have added a handrail in shower which I mentioned last year was very helpful. The pool area is great no sunbed wars. And peaceful and relaxing . All staff work hard. The only thing missing is a mirror above the dressing table as a disabled person the mirror in bathroom too high and I need to sit in my wheelchair. I brought a small mirror with me. We met a few people who were here last year too I would highly recommend this hotel as very near Marina and Lasal with lots of restaurants. I am planning on coming back again.

Another fabulous visit. From the welcome in reception and throughout my stay ( solo traveller) was exceptional!! Everything about the hotel is wonderful from the cleanliness of the rooms to the whole hotel environment!’ Location is excellent with the Rubicón marina on your doorstep with a terrific selection of restaurants . Plus the Hypo dino next to the hotel for your essentials. The beach a mere 15 minute walk makes a pleasant change from the pool. Back in May

Such a beautiful hotel to stay in. This has become our favourite place for family holidays. We will definitely be returning. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, the pool area and gardens were well looked after and it’s in a prime location. The room was spacious and clean. The sofa bed was a lovely surprise as it opened up as two separate single beds which was perfect for my teenage daughters. The market at the marina is on Saturday and Wednesdays and has a range of gifts/clothes/bags etc. The beach is around 15 mins walk. The marina is on your doorstep which is brilliant for a walk around or for refreshments. The marina and Lasal is close enough for drinks and food. There are lots of different types of restaurants-all worth a try.

We have been 4 times easter 23 24 oct 23 24. All great holidays .....5 stars Comming back in August, cant wait. unfortuately. Since our last vist one of the group has been diagonised celica (wheat allergy) and therefore a big worry and how we cope on holiday. Can you help? we saw the below comment which helped On three days we opted to pay for breakfast which was very good and the staff were very helpful given a difficulty with a gluten, poultry, dairy and egg free diet (shout out to Hector)!

I watch this hotel being refurbished surfing a visit 2024, I decided to give this hotel a try, after many years using airB&B. This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed, in the Canaries Islands. Very clean, as a single travellers the room was excellent for my needs. So much so I booked again for an April 2024 vacation, the standard was just the same.Staff were friendly and helpful. I booked direct this time and got my room 10% cheeps. I had no problems with the towels and was told if I need a clean towel they would exchange. I don’t know what the breakfast or bar was like as i didn’t visit them. I’ve stayed in both room, and both are excellent. I have already booked for January and March 2025. Im looking forward to coming back.

After arriving late at a awful different supposed 4star hotel for an all inclusive break we contacted the Cordial Marina directly ourselves the next morning to see if they had a room available for remainder of our stay( been 3 times previously and already booked for next February). Pleased to say they did and like many reviews the place is immaculately clean and tidy and the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. Special mention for Rose who quickly resolved an issue with the number of nights booked and texted me as soon as the room was available as we arrived well before normal check in. Room was ready within the hour and we could start to enjoy our holiday. Thanks again all at Cordial and see you in February.

This is my 3rd time staying at the cordial Marina Blanca, and once again it did not disappoint. The pool area is clean and there are always plenty of sunbeds, and people don’t reserve them at silly o’clock, you can just come down whenever you are ready and there are plenty to choose from. No music around the pool which I think is brilliant, nice and relaxing and if you want to listen to music you can bring some headphones. The pool is big and you can bring floats to use which is lovely. The room we had was clean, spacious and modern. Full size fridge freezer so it’s perfect for sorting out your own breakfasts and lunches (and dinner if you want, but the restaurants by the Marina are so good we are out every night) The hotel is ideally located for the Marina, right by a supermarket and there is a market on a Wednesday and Saturday which is always nice. The staff are really friendly and accommodating - we have already booked pled to come back as it’s such a relaxing and top quality place!

Just returned from a week at this hotel. The rooms are lovely, extremely clean & spacious. The bedroom was huge and great wardrobe space with hangers provided. Everything you would need provided in the kitchen microwave, utensils, 2 hub halogen cooker, knives forks etc. dish cloths and washing up liquid provided too. Upon arrival we were welcomed by lovely staff who spoken excellent English. Our room was not ready so we had complimentary drinks including fizz (there were sweets for the children) and you could sit on a nice balcony area. This hotel is spotlessly clean, the outside area is immaculate. Pool and the surrounding area is very clean and great sunbeds and plenty of them. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on food, but if you have booked here you will not be disappointed, we will 100% be returning. Location to the Marina couldn’t be better. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel, keep doing what you are doing as it is brilliant!

We’ve just returned from a week at the Cordial Marina & have to say they are the best apartments we have stayed in. The rooms are very spacious with everything you could need in there. The beds are large & very comfortable. The pool area is lovely, ample sunbeds & parasols available every day. It’s situated in an ideal spot right by the marina but still within easy reach of the main area with a nice stroll along the seafront. We didn’t experience any problems with the building work that was going on & glad we didn’t change our booking after being notified. We will definitely be returning.

This hotel was excellent, not too crowded or noisy which was perfect for us. The pool area was fabulous and the reception staff, Maria & Rose, were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located at Marina Rubicon which is quite a way from the main harbour. However there are lots of bars and eating places to distract you as you walk along the seafront.

You are at the top of playa blanca with a few restaurants nearby. A 25 minute walk into the main bit and there is a bit more going on.

My wife and I have just returned from a week at this hotel. Our apartment was spacious and very clean. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was larger than we expected, well maintained and with more than enough sun beds. We had booked bed and breakfast, and expected some kind of cold continental breakfast, but were pleasantly surprised to find both continental and cooked breakfast, along with Cava.. The hotel is really well situated, close to the Marina Rubicón, with a back entrance that makes a stroll of a few hundred yards to the Marina centre. Playa Blanca is an easy walk along the promenade. I would recommend this apartment hotel to anyone.

Third time to this hotel and excellent as always. The whole complex including rooms are immaculate, the staff very professional, welcoming and friendly. The apartments are big with lovely shower and super comfy beds. Lots of sunbeds around the pool and complimentary pool towels. The location cannot be beaten with the marina just steps away with lovely restaurants. If you want a 5 star experience in a chilled and relaxing environment then this is the hotel for you. Absolutely loved our stay at Cordial Marina Blanca! The hotel was just perfect for our little family. Our room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean – ideal for our toddler to have a little explore and for us to relax in comfort. The location couldn’t be better – just a short stroll to the beautiful Marina, where we found some truly lovely restaurants with a great atmosphere and stunning views. What really made our stay special was the staff – always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they really made us feel at home. The accommodation was excellent. We visited in June on a self-catering basis. Our apartment had a large bedroom and a lounge/kitchen diner and was fine for our needs. There was a large fridge freezer, induction hob and a microwave which took a bit of figuring out. The rooms were cleaned 5 times a week and were always spotless. Towels were changed three times a week. The Hotel is situated at the Marina end of Playa Blanca and it is very quiet and restful there. The nearest yellow beach is about a 10-15 minute walk and the other end of Playa Blanca about 30 minutes. There is live music in the Marina but it's not at all noisy at the Hotel. On three days we opted to pay for breakfast which was very good and the staff were very helpful given a difficulty with a gluten, poultry, dairy and egg free diet (shout out to Hector)! The pool area was very nice with a large pool patrolled by a life-guard. There were plenty of sunbeds (I counted 188) and reserving them wasn't a thing as there was never a shortage. There's a secured back gate which allows access to the Marina area which has plenty of restaurants. There a HiperDino Supermarket very close for your self-catering needs. We would happily come back here again and thoroughly recommend it.

Clean tidy and quiet marina town hotel

Stayed for 7 nights as a girls holiday for a relaxing week. Staff were polite and friendly especially the bar staff. Rooms were spacious and clean very impressed as it had a sofa, kitchen table fridge, freezer safe and massive wardrobe. Bathroom and shower was impressive big rainfall shower head and huge mirror with hairdryer. Pool was beautiful not too deep and steps into it for easy access. NO rushing for sun beds as plenty provided. Location for night life and restaurants was perfect. Local area was beautiful with cobbled streets and boutique shops. 20 min walk away was the main playa blanca strip which was a bit more lively. Definitely picked the better end for style and peace! Marina and beach are so close for those who like the sea. In playa blanca there is LOADS of gift shops including the knock of shops. Irish bars and duty free shops. Supermarkets close at 10pm so if you have a late flight heads up. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return!

What a brilliant hotel. The welcome was delightful. Our room was huge and spotlessly clean. It had absolutely everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. The pool immaculate and had loads of sun beds despite the carrot oil users that lay the towels down in morning. We will be visiting again after a lovely holiday. Perfect place for families and there was loads happily playing in the pool on inflatables. Great spot on the marina with a back gate that gets you straight there! 10/10

Lovely hotel exactly what we wanted, relaxing, quiet and very clean. There is no entertainment and the bar does not open in the evenings but that suits us and we went to the Marina to eat every night. The pool area was very quiet with no annoying music. There were always lots of sun loungers available at any time of day. The pool was slightly heated and we were very lucky with the weather. The breakfast was lovely and the pool bar food was great value for lunch and the food was very nice. There is a launderette which was very easy to use so you can pack light. The location is amazing right by the marina with lovely walks along the promenade. We have been to Playa Blanca many times and this was our first time in this hotel and we will come back but may just wait to see how the building work that has just started behind the hotel affects things. It didn't bother us this time as they were just doing groundworks but don't know how it will be when the heavy building work starts. We will definitely return in the future though.

Beautiful, Friendly, Spotless Hotel in Playa Blanca

Lovely hotel situated in the Marina Rubicon area of Playa Blanca. Whilst you are away from the main strip of restaurants and bars, there are a great selection of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. Our favourite place to eat out was the lovely La Casa Roja (5 min walk) - fabulous fish restaurant and drinks at the Oasis bar (2min walk) - great vibes and lovely setting. The hotel itself........... Parking available outside if you hire a car (approx 40 mins drive from the airport) Snack Bar Offers a fabulous breakfast (great selection on offer for 13 euros pp) and does lunchtime snacks, and great cocktails (try the Pina Colada). Breakfast is served 8am to 10am, food is served up to 3pm each day and drinks up to 5pm when it closes. Pool Area Fabulous Pool, loads of sunbeds and umbrellas, spotless toilets Rooms Air conditioning in both bedroom and lounge area, well-equipped kitchen, microwave, toaster, coffee making facilities, kettle and loads of cutlery, crockery and utensils. Large fridge/freezer. Balconies are small but enough room to sit 2 at a table watching the world go by. Bathrooms have large walk-in shower, hairdryer and plug socket for doing your hair. Toiletries such as handwash and showerwash are provided. Rooms are cleaned every day apart from Thursdays and Sundays and are kept absolutely spotless. The beds were soooo comfortable we had the best night's sleep and plenty of storage in the large wardrobes, beside cabinets, dressing table. Safety Deposit Box These are available in the room and you pay 15 euros per week, which isn't bad. This hotel was spotless in all areas, staff were extremely friendly in all the areas and always had a smile and pleasant greeting. On arrival, our room wasn't ready but we were given a complimentary glass of Cava and then made our way to the snack bar to have something to eat whilst we waited so no problems - reception then rang me to advise room was ready. Surrounding area Lovely beach within 15 min walk of hotel, using the entrance on the sea side - to out turn right and it is the first beach you come to. Sunbeds 4 euros each per day, umbrellas, 4 euros per day. 2 x little supermarkets nearby - Hyperdino or Aldi if you have car (approx 10 mins drive) Lovely walk along the coast if you come out of same entrance and walk to the left. Would I return to this hotel if visiting Playa Blanca - absolutely!!!!!

We stayed in Cordial Marina Blanca at the start of May. We will definitely be returning. Its location is excellent as you are close to the marina and its restaurants and shops. The staff are very courteous and friendly, they were always helpful which really contributed to our holiday. The cafe/bar - which is poolside- provides drinks and snacks and the prices are very reasonable. It closes at six which suited us. The apartment was cleaned daily (apart from Sunday) and towels were changed regularly. My husband and I enjoyed our holiday so much and will definitely be back!

Quiet, well run hotel. My husband and I have just had our 4th stay at Cordial Marina Blanca. On arrival we were welcomed by Grace on reception.She remembered us and managed our check in with her usual friendly professionalism. We were delighted to see Raul on reception later. He also is friendly and professional. Our apartment was as ever spacious, clean with a view over the pool and towards Rubicon shopping centre . There is a hippo dino there which makes food purchases easy. We love staying here and will be booking our next stay soon.

We have stayed in a few places in Playa Blanca. Nov 2024 we booked this hotel and couldn't wait to return (may 2025). Great position, short flat walk to the marina and shops/restaurants which makes a big difference for me (painful arthritis - walking with crutch(es) . Staff, room, pool all wonderful and although we eat out there's a fully functioning kitchen so we can keep drinks/snacks in the fridge. Just before arriving we were told about building works about 100m away, but kept our booking... at the moment they are digging foundations and although a little sound at the front of the hotel when lying by the pool we couldn't hear anything at all. New wellness centre which I plan to try out. Just love it here

This is a fantastic place to stay, staff are so friendly especially Guan on reception, could not have been more welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed, rooms spacious and clean with everything you need , only issue I would say was that the bed in the living area couldn’t be put away. Other than that it was perfect, a 2 minute walk to the restaurants and shops at the marina , it is a very quiet area and not much happening in the evenings , the oasis bar had live music every night which was great, bit that really was your only option from what we could find . Nice walks along to shops and more restaurants. Pool area clean and tidy no rushing for beds and no one putting down towels which was refreshing to see . Would definitely stay here again in future.

The Staff are amazing from the moment we checked in we were met with a smile. The complex is very clean and in a great location in the Marina surrounded by a great selection of restaurants. There is a Hipo Dino supermarket just across the road plus there is also mini golf and ten pin bowling for the kids in the same location as supermarket. The Pool area is excellent with plenty of sunbeds. The Beach is a good 10- 15minute walk. There was a very good choice for breakfast with cereals, Toast, Yogurts, cheeses, meats, Hot Food, muffins, donuts, juices, water, coffee and even Cava. The apartments are a very good size with all the facilities you need including a Freezer. We will definitely be back.

This hotel was absolutely flawless!! On arrival at the hotel you are given a glass of cava or water if you don’t drink, kids are able to help themselves to sweets that are refilled daily. The staff are so helpful, 24hr reception staff to hand. If you need anything you can call the staff from your room using the phone or speak to them at the front desk. The rooms are immaculate, room service is most days, towel changes are 3/4 times a week. In your room there is a massive fridge and freezer, air con, phone, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, induction hop with all the utensils, micro/oven. There is a €15 charge for the safe in the room if you wanted it. The bedroom is massive with a huge bed that could actually fit 4 people in, very spacious and comfortable. The Sofa bed that my daughter slept on was the most comfortable pullout bed I have slept on while abroad. It was very easily pulled out and put away taking less than 2mins. The bathroom was big enough, a lovely sized shower big, very good water pressure with 2 changeable shower head usage. Hairdryer provided, and pretty powerful so no need to bring one with you. The pool area is immaculate. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrella’s that are deep cleaned daily but the maintenance team. Life guard at the pool until 6pm. Small park area, games room, x2 table tennis tables and a pool table. There is a hyperdino supermarket a 2min walk from the hotel. [...]

Another great stay a year on from our first visit to this perfectly located Hotel. Great rooms , in particular the bed , which gave us 10 day's of perfect sleep. Plenty of sun beds available , and very helpful staff . Good prices at the bar , and even though it closed at 5pm , there were plenty of other options within a 5 minutes walk Just one piece of advice would be to get a 2nd floor room , as walls / floors are thin , and you can here quite a bit of noise if on first floor. Apart from that , what's not to like !! Rubicon Marina is becoming our winter sun destination and our Happy place

An absolutely wonderful stay with my family here. The hotel is right on the marina, which is lovely. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff are very welcoming, Gual has got to have been the most friendliest receptionist I have come across! The pool area is very quiet and it is kept very clean and tidy. The best bit- absolutely no fighting for sunbeds! There were even sunbeds spare through the day! There is a hotel bar and there is a small express supermarket 1 minute walk. On arrival there were complimentary water and toothbrushes, shower gel, hand wash etc, a nice little touch. There are pool towels available at the reception area too which can be swapped whenever. I would highly recommend this hotel to families (who do not need their kids entertained) and couples. It's quiet which was perfect for us and I would definitely return to the hotel in the future! Cannot fault Cordial Marina Blanca, the reception area is bright, clean and welcoming, check in was quick and simple, the staff member who greeted us was incredibly friendly gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool area is spacious, there are plenty of loungers available which is a refreshing change when you’re used seeing the usual sun bed carnage at other hotels! There’s a small bar area which serves a good selection of drinks, prices are a little higher than what you’d pay in the surrounding bars and restaurants but nothing you wouldn’t expect and certainly not obscene. The accommodation is within walking distance of the main resort, it will take you around 15/20 minutes walking at a decent pace however the reception will call you a taxi if you prefer. Thank you for such a fantastic stay, we’ll definitely be back!

Great place, lovely holiday and it turned out to be a bargain winter break in February! There were toilets in the hotel lobby and a safe place to leave luggage and access to all the hotels facilities on the day of check out. Hotel was kept clean and tidy and the outdoor pool was just about warm enough for February. Kids friendly, right next door to a crazy golf place and supermarket which is handy for self catering. Recommend all the restaurants nearby, especially the pizza place I think called 7s. Would love to return some day

Perfect hotel for a couple of relaxing weeks in the sun

Perfect location, right next to the marina, with lots of excellent restaurants. Supermarket only a 2 minute walk away. Apartment was good size and cleaned regularly and the main pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds, meaning there were always free beds throughout the day. I’m a light sleeper and the were no issues with noise Upon arrival the chap at reception was brilliant and gave a good overview of the hotel and the local area. He even took our phones and logged us onto the hotel wi-fi. We like to walk every day and you can walk 3 miles along the coast in one direction through the resort to the lighthouse. 3 miles the other way is Papagayo Beach, which is a more difficult walk over some rough terrain but a nice spot when you get there. Nearest beach to the hotel is around a 15 minutes walk although pool was so good we never went to the local beach An excellent self service laundry room at the hotel , with washing machines and tumble dryer (detergent included) so were able to go home with all our clothes and clothes washed and dried. Definitely going back next year.

Absolutely loved this place. Regular visitors to PB but our first time self catering. The Cordial Marina Blanca turned out to be the perfect choice! All staff are friendly, apartments are well fitted out. Cleanliness is paramount here, housekeeping do a fabulous job. The maintenance team can be seen daily too keeping everything running smoothly and keeping everywhere clean. Our apartment had a pool view and was ideal for us. The pool area is nice, and there are plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Location wise, the hotel is by the marina, but there is a lovely walk into town by the sea. We had 3 great weeks staying here, and we hope to return sometime too.

Excellent !! What a great find. This was our second year here and it didn’t disappoint. The room and complex are spotlessly clean and staff excellent. Beds are very comfortable and apartment is very well kitted out. Should you want to watch TV - your can get the main UK channels. It is situated on the edge of Marina Rubicon, with very easy access to the restaurants. We stayed at the beginning of March and the complex was nice and peaceful. Needless to say - we will be re-booking for next year.

Room was ready when we arrived at 1pm. Room 107 was almost perfect. Good view ( better one floor up I suspect). Room was perfect for us. Great little kitchen ( enough kitchen stuff to cook), balcony was big enough). Clean bathroom, big bedroom with lots of wardrobe space. Pool was great with loads of sun loungers. Only item of negative note was the table tennis table ( bats and balls in poor condition) and the pool table. Hotel is great value for money and very clean. Highly recommended.

We spent 3 weeks staying at this hotel and it was our first time in Lanzarote. We had a one bedroom apartment overlooking the marina. Basic facilities but adequate. Everything is kept clean and pristine from the apartment, the gardens and swimming pool area. Plenty of sun beds so there was no hogging of sunbeds at 7am! We didn't use the snack bar as there are so many restaurants to choose from locally. The launderette worked very well where you keyed in your requirements on a screen and paid by card. It's in an ideal location for Rubicon Marina or the busier area nearer the ferry port. Ideal for walking east and west as there are paved walkways for a few kilometres. If you want to self cater, I would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with excellent customer service and spotless accommodation we stayed bed and breakfast which had more than enough choice we would highly recommend this hotel and it’s right on the beautiful marina with a great selection of restaurants. We would also recommend the spa treatments with the professional Alex so we will definitely be booking this hotel again.

This is a fantastic hotel in a fabulous location- our apartment was spacious and was cleaned regularly- it had everything we needed- the pool area is stunning and the staff were very helpful- especially Gual- who checked us in at reception- there are a variety of shops, restaurants and bars adjacent to the hotel and parking was also available- there is also a laundrette available in the hotel- I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to returning again.

Cannot fault this hotel at all

First time here and this hotel did not disappoint. We were looking for something quieter but close to the marina and were recommended this hotel. A couple of things stood out to us, the cleanliness of not just the rooms but the whole place including the hotel grounds. The rooms also get cleaned daily and towels get switched out almost every other day. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, the breakfast has a bit of everything you may want. It’s a little walk to the beach but we thoroughly enjoyed walking along the promenade every day. Restaurants are right on your doorstep pretty much. The manager of the hotel is always checking up on things and you see him out and about all the time ensuring that everything is just perfect. Thank you to all the staff at the Cordial Marina for making us feel so welcome. See you same time next year.

We had a fabulous week staying at the Marina Cordial- the location is brilliant- as it is right beside the Marina and there are shops restaurants and bars right beside the hotel- Our apartment was a great size and was equipped with everything you could need- it was also cleaned and serviced daily - the pool area is stunning and the staff were very welcoming and helpful-especially Gaul who checked us in at reception- we just can’t wait to go back again!!!!

The complex is in a very handy location for the marina. Apartments are spacious and well equipped and the pool area is lovely and quiet. The whole place is meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean - the cleaners and maintenance teams do a great job. We have just had two weeks here and we think it must be the best place in Lanzarote, in fact I considered not reviewing as we want to rebook soon. It is opposite the Marina, on the wonderful path that strives for miles as a promenade. We had a superior apartment with a setee and south facing balcony. The apartment had great facilities with full size fridge and freezer. The pool area is excellent with plenty of beds I used the gym everyday, it has all you need There are shops, bars, Restaurants, cafes all within 5 mins. Th marina is the best place to go in playa blanca, modern and scenic The staff are great, everything is tidy and clean Best place in years Can’t wait to return

We have been holidaying in Playa Blanca since 2015 so were intrigued when this hotel was renovated. We’ve stayed at many different hotels over the years, but Marina Rubicon is our favoured location. We decided to book this hotel for Christmas and New Year this year for 10 days. We were not disappointed with this hotel right at the Marina. From the initial check-in until we checked-out we had a fantastic experience. The room was overlooking the Hotel Volcan and the Marina. The balcony - furnished with a table and 2 chairs - had beautiful views of the sea. We found the apartment to be extremely spacious, with a large bedroom, bathroom with huge shower and a living room/kitchen/diner. The kitchen had a hob, microwave and massive fridge freezer. Everything you needed was provided if you wanted to cook in the apartment. A big Smart TV was in the living room and the bedroom. The pool was spotless and had masses of sun loungers and umbrellas. All staff we came across were friendly and courteous. Rooms were cleaned regularly and to a high standard. The location is amazing - 5 mins walk to restaurants and a Hyper Dino is right next door. We will definitely return - this is now our go-to hotel.

Stayed here over New Year and the apartment was superb. Very clean on arrival and was cleaned 5 days per week, with 3 sets of fresh towels. The shower is superb, hot and plenty of water. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge / freezer and hot plate. The beds were twins pushed together, but comfy & there’s a tv in the lounge and one in the bedroom. You can connect a firestick. The staff were excellent. There is a swimming pool, plenty of beds ( not all in the sun all day) and a cafe that does food and drinks (has draught lager), but closes at 5pm. You are given two beach towels which you can change as required, there is a €10 surcharged if you don’t return on checking out. There is also a launderette on site. There are 3 supermarkets in walking distance & the Marina, with superb restaurants, is only 5 mins away across the road. You can also walk along the prom and the centre of Playa Blanca is 25 mins walk. One thing to note is that Taxis’s are a nightmare in Playa Blanca, so being so handy to the Marina is a god send. We’ve already booked for next year as it’s so easy to enjoy Playa Blanca.

I had a wonderful stay at this aparthotel. Both the apartment and the common areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The spacious apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for self-catering. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center, which features a supermarket and several shops offering clothing and cosmetics. Additionally, Rubicon Marina, with many of restaurants and bars is just a five-minute walk away. I highly recommend this aparthotel and a holiday in Lanzarote in general!

A little gem of a hotel

We have visited this hotel a number of times but when something is good it is worth repeating. We stayed for 10 days having bed and breakfast. From the moment you walk into reception you are greeted with a very warm welcome by very friendly staff. The rooms are ideal for two whether you are self-catering or not. The hotel complex is extremely clean and the pool area is well equipped with sun beds. All the staff from the most senior member of staff to the most junior, are very friendly, helpful and polite. We will not hesitate to book again in the near future.

I walk with a crutch (scooter for long 'walks') and we'd seen this hotel was well positioned so thought we'd try it. SO pleased we did - bedroom very large with separate lounge/kitchen (well fitted) /eating area small balcony and air con. Large pool, loads of sunbeds and policy for not reserving with towels [...] Every member of staff we've met has been friendly and professional. We arrived at nearly midnight and were greeted by ( raul or jual) you would expect at that time to be given your key and fobbed off but no he took the time to explain everything, sort the wifi and everything well done to him..if you want loud music, english breakfast, bingo and kiss me quick hats, it's not for place you. We booked Cordial Marina because we prefer self catering and also the fantastic reviews. This hotel was perfect for us as a couple, so close to the Marina and wonderful resturaunts and about a 20 minute sea view walk into town. We had a one bedroom pool view apartment on the first floor with an enormous bed and large bedroom, even an iron and ironing board. Great shower and everything in the kitchen you would need to make snacks. No oven but didn't bother us as had no intention of cooking at night! We didn't use the pool bar but food did look amazing and plenty sunbeds to be had. No entertainment at all but again that was perfect as wanted to relax for 2 lovely weeks. We would definitely return to this hotel, although would try and request an upper apartment as can be noisy with people walking and moving furniture above, however this would 100% not put us off. Hotel staff lovely and so helpful and work really hard to keep it spotless.

Hôtel très bien situé. Une promenade permet de déambuler dans la marina puis en front de mer et de profiter des divers styles de magasins ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. Le personnel est prévenant. L'appartement que nous avions était très grand et fonctionnel. La piscine est bien exposée et bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Nous avions demandé un lit double. Le personnel a réuni deux lits une place sur lesquels était posé un sur-matelas qui permet de ne pas sentir la jointure entre les lits. Belle douche dans la grande salle de bain. Nous reviendrons !

From the moment we walked in we were treated with pleasant friendly staff. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Even the common shared toilets were immaculate. It was very spacious from the reception area, to the rooms and beside the pool. Always plenty beds available. The pool was a little cold, it was meant to be heated from the 1st of November but we certainly didn't notice any difference. Once you got in it and moved it was OK, and it certainly didn't stop children from.playing in it. Inflatables are welcomed. Bedroom apartment (109) overlooked the pool and harbour area. Very sunny balcony. Rooms had full air conditioning. Large accessible shower room, with added amenities such like shower gel, dental.kit, towels, toilet roll. The hotels restaurant bar had ple ty of seats, but shut dead on 5 every night. Sold bar drinks, soft drinks, ice creams, blushes, hit & cold snacks. The bar / pool area didn't have any daytime background music or light entertainment which would have perhaps been a nice touch to add to the atmosphere. We travelled as a big group (22) of which there were several teenaged boys age 16 & 13 so it would have been nice to provide some light entertaining. That said the lads were able to wonder off site to the harbour and or beach area. There was a small teen room with some basic stuff in such like air hockey and pool table. There was a gym which again was basic but had everything you needed, but this was not air-conditioned. The Hotel is located a stone throw away from the marina end, and within about 15mins walk to Playa Blanca beach, shops, ferry etc. There are plenty of walk, run or cycle routes directly outside of the hotel, which provided some stunning views. There are several supermarkets around the hotel to get all the amenities you need, However these are slightly higher priced than if you were to head into the next village along about 20mins walk away. Lots of bar, cafes, take away places to suit everyone's needs. Would highly recommend and we do plan to visit again.

This is a really lovely apart-hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the public areas and our room were spotlessly clean. The pool is lovely with plenty of loungers, so there were always loungers available whenever we turned up. The buffet breakfast was good with a wide range of hot and cold dishes. After breakfast, the area turns into a poolside bar & snack bar. The bar closes (we think) at 6pm and you will need to look elsewhere for dinner and / or drinks in the evening. We had a 1-bedroom apartment and it was great. Plenty of space with a decent kitchen and good-sized balcony overlooking the marina. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of storage, and the shower room was also good. We went for the bed & breakfast option (you can book room-only) and most days we made lunch in the apartment. The hotel is located in the Marina Rubicon area, which is certainly a quieter end of the resort, and it's about a 30-minute walk into the main part of Playa Blanca. However the marina has quite a few restaurants, bars and shops as well as the market on Wednesdays and Sundays, so there's no need to venture further afield if you don't want to.

The location could not have been better - you could see the marina from the hotel and the marina is beautiful! We chose not to have breakfast or lunch etc included in the hotel but we wanted to eat at the marina and I’m glad we did because there was a lot around! The restaurants were lovely, family friendly and lovely setting. There is a supermarket directly next to the hotel too which is perfect - everything that y you need. We haven’t stayed at a four star hotel for a while, we usually stay five star so I was a bit apprehensive before coming and when we arrived the outside of the hotel (front entrance) was nice but nothing to blow you away - however, when you get inside the rooms they’re lovely and clean, beds were comfy, bathroom was very clean and well presented, the kitchen area was very handy as we had our one year old with us.

Lovely Hotel!

Perfect location, lovely pool, nice and quiet. There is no music or entertainment, it’s not that sort of hotel but exactly what we wanted. We had to move rooms 3 days in to the holiday as the air con wasn’t working properly. Staff dealt with the issue so no complaints. Would definitely return, we loved the holiday.

The situation of the hotel was fantastic! There is a private gate into the marina where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, the hotel is literally a 3 minute walk into the marina with all the hustle and bustle but you would never believe it as the hotel is so peaceful, there are plenty of sun-beds no getting up early to get a bed, the pool is lovely, the snack bar closes at 5 every day. There is a lovely sandy beach a 10 minute walk away with plenty of beds and umbrellas and a row of lovely shops and restaurants on the way which have only been open since March. We had an apartment which had a big fridge freezer and electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, there is also a washing up pack provided and toothbrushes and hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a tv in the lounge and in the bedroom, plenty of hangers in the wardrobe and a lovely king size bed!! Free pool towels provided which are lovely and big. I can’t comment on the food as we went self catering. I honestly cannot find a negative thing to say about this hotel.

Fabulous apartment that’s spacious and well equipped. Room 202 balcony had great view Overlooking the marina which was perfect for people watching. But it was the staff who were helpful and friendly who excelled. Thank you all for making our stay so special. Just back and already booked for next year going for 18 days.

Accessible Hotel

This was the first time I’d traveled with a mobility scooter and as last minute hadn’t pre-booked an accessible room. Jet 2 had requested a ground floor room, and the hotel said they would ensure I was near to a lift if not on the ground floor. We were on the ground floor and the room was lovely. Really nice welcome when we arrived including an overview of where we were. The smell of the hotel was gorgeous - green tea I think. Pull out bed was best we’ve had for our kids to use, good size and sturdy. And our super king sized bed was fabulous, so comfortable and plenty of pillows. The bathroom had a walk in shower, powerful and easy to control. I did move a chair in to the bathroom to sit on when I got out of the shower. The layout of the bed room could have been better, the dressing table was away from the mirror and no chair; I moved another chair to use whilst putting on makeup. Plenty of plug sockets, though one near to the front door or to the door of the bedroom would have been useful for charging my scooter. The kitchen was fit for purpose, though we tended to eat out so didn’t really use. Delighted when we opened the fridge to find bottled water, really nice touch. Breakfast was ok, the usual buffet style. We were surprised the restaurant closed at 8.00pm, which seemed early, though did mean nice and quiet in the evening. Being situated near the mariner, plenty of options to choose for food. The resort itself was pretty quiet, good for families and if you want a chilled holiday. The pool was a good size with ladders or steps to access with handrail. Lots of sun loungers which were clean and comfortable, as well as plenty of umbrellas. Pool towels can be collected from reception and are free to use. Clean and fluffy! Plenty of bathrooms to use around the pool and the hotels, all with disabled facilities. [...] All in all I was really pleased with this hotel, it did seem a lot of thought about inclusivity had gone into the design, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Quick and easy check in and room ready ahead of check in time. Lovely apartment, great size and well equipped. Really comfy bed. Lovely little balcony which got the sun in the afternoon/ evening. Really chilled - no pressure for sun loungers around pool and generally lovely and quiet ( very few children during our stay) Had booked bed and breakfast and breakfast was great - freshly cooked and tasty Great location right behind the marina with access to plenty of bars and restaurants

Fab hotel from arrival to departure. Rooms are spacious and bright, comfortable beds, and everything need, including proper fridge freezer and that often missing bottle opener. Fab pool area, plenty beds and good courtesy room makes late checkouts easy. But standout for me is the staff, they are all genuinely friendly and helpful. They hire great people here! 100% recommend and would return.

Check in and check out were easy and quick, informative reception people. The apartment was excellent. Very spacious, fully equipped (and everything worked). New towels every day or so, nice pool, air conditioning, great beds. Really good shower. Powerful WiFi, worked everywhere in the hotel and grounds. The balcony was good, sun all day. Staff at the hotel were efficient and polite but also unobtrusive. Good for local shops, restaurants etc, close to bus for Playa Blanca town, but also within walking distance (20 minutes gentle amble along the sea front), 30 second walk to the marina.

Fantastic accommodation in the marina area of Playa Blanca. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartments are a good size, well equipped and kept extremely clean. The pool area is lovely and there was never an issue finding a sunbed! The complex is quiet and in a great spot, with a supermarket and bakery two minutes walk away. Dennis the resident cat liked to follow us back to our apartment for treats! There are lots of lovely restaurants in the immediate area and the marina has a great vibe. This was our first time in Playa Blanca and we would happily return to the Cordial Marina

Amazing and relaxing break

Beautiful hotel tucked away in Rubicon Marina. Our room overlooked the pool and the edge of the marina. Lots of space in the room; twin beds in one bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Kitchen amenities meant making a light snack at lunchtime simple. Hiperdino next door was well stocked with reasonable prices and lots of choices. We were staying bed and breakfast and the food at breakfast was wonderful with lots of options and replaced regularly. Pool was large, well equipped and very welcoming; lots of sun beds and a choice of shade or sun depending on what was preferred. Great location to walk into Playa Blanca during the evening for a meal or look around. Thank you Cordial Marina for a fantastic family break, your staff are kind and welcoming and the hotel is excellent. We would have no hesitation in staying again.

This is a brilliant hotel for couples or families. We have just come back after a delightful two week. In our party were 4 adults and two children. We have separate apartments which were of a good size with a nice balcony. We were bed and breakfast but you could easily be self catering as there was everything in the rooms you need. The bathroom is a good size with a lovely powerful shower. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Plenty of cups plates and glasses. There’s even a bottle opener with corkscrew. The breakfast is very good with loads of choice There are loads of good quality sun beds and brollies around the pool which is very spacious and super clean. You never feel hemmed in and there plenty of natural shade. You are 5 minutes away from excellent quality restaurants with loads of different foods. [...] Dorado Beach is 15 mins easy walk away with loads of sun-beds or places to lay a towel. You can walk miles on the shore path and there’s loads to see, shop and eat. There is a lovely coffee shop selling fresh cakes and sandwiches 2 minutes away which is next to a well stocked supermarket I will definitely recommend this hotel and I’ve been to Lanzarote a lot and this is the best place we have stayed in. Highly recommended

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel with my daughters. What a fabulous hotel rooms spacious clean and well equipped for self catering. Yes no music around the pool but this wasn't an issue to us lots of children happily playing in the pool. Pool towels provided. We had a late flight hotel had facilities to shower and provided us with clean towels. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble and always said hello. The snack bar in the hotel good value nice food can eat in or takeaway. Drinks reasonable prices. Literally right next to the marina brilliant location hyper dino 2 mins away. Playa blanca a lovely place to visit about 10 min walk to the beach with water sports and sun loungers plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance or can get a taxi. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Along with my wife and our two youngest children (teenagers) we are on the last night of our holiday to to Cordial Marina Blanca. My 17 year old son is high functioning autistic so it's a challemge for us to find a place that works for him ob holiday. We have had the best holiday of our lives. This is a truly amazing hotel. The highest quality accomodatuon beautifully maintained extremely clean and am a stunning pool. The breakfast was fantastic snack bar reasonably priced and a great little gym. The staff are among the nicest people I have ever met. Grace and Maria on reception (I hope I got their names right) we're fantastic when we arrived it felt like they were welcoming family. They spent at least 25 minutes explaining everything to us gave us a map and pool towels, they even helped set the WiFi up on our phones. Could not have asked for more they were fantastic. The area is beautiful with loads to see and do. However this hotel is the jewel in the crown. In 18 years of marriage we have never gone on holiday to the same place two consecutive years but have already booked our return ro cordial marina blanca this year. You will not find a better holiday.

Clean, recently renovated hotel located right next to the marina ticked all our boxes for a quiet week in the sun. Great room on the second floor overlooking the pool (224). Some rooms overlook the pool and others the marina. I think the pool view is nicer in my opinion. The pool was clean and never busy, plenty of sunbeds. Great location with many of the best restaurants within a 5/10 min walk.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday at the Cordial Marina Blanca. The pool area is beautiful and as many have said well equipped with sun beds and parasols so there is no rush at 7am to reserve beds. The pool is great, our daughter was never out of it! We had a room overlooking the pool area which was lovely. The pool and the area around it are exceptionally clean and tidy. The snack bar has a great menu and the food is good - also shout out to Anna who makes the best Sangria! We really did have a great holiday, very relaxing and just what we needed!

Currently here on holiday,this hotel is stunning,disabled friendly,it’s quiet,picturesque and clean,the staff are brilliant,nothing is too much trouble,we’re in room 239 overlooking the Marina,you can see some lovely views of the mountains and Playa Blanca .No Sunbed wars or queuing at the bar or snack bar it’s just a really relaxing hotel,very quiet but everything on your doorstep.The hotel provides pool towels also which is a bonus.You do have to pay for your safe but it’s only 15 euros a week.My granddaughter particularly loved Denis the hotel cat and the huge swimming pool.The marina is very close and accessible via a private locked gate (which is all disabled friendly)which opens electronically with your room key,there’s a market on Saturday and Wednesday which is lovely to browse,beautiful views and restaurants there too but I suggest that you book well in advance for these in high season or go early 6/7 pm to get a table ,also the restaurants do a super English breakfast menu .The hotel will order your taxi for you free of charge if you want to venture out ,supermarket is on your doorstep and overseas supermarket is 5 minutes in a taxi if you miss your English food .Overall an excellent place to stay would return in a heartbeat,really enjoyed our holiday,sad to be going home tomorrow

Hotel was very clean and the one-bed apartment had lots of space. Air-con in both the bedroom and living room which could be controlled separately. There was a full size fridge and all the utensils you would need in the kitchen, table with four chairs and a sofa bed. Lovely balcony with table, two chairs and clothes rack. Beautiful view of the pool and promenade. The room was attended to each day and fresh towels etc when requested. Staff in reception were very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat / drink at the pool restaurant but there seemed to be a nice atmosphere there. Parking was available outside the front door on a quiet street so very safe. There are more than enough sunbeds for guests and the pool is very clean. Lifeguard on duty each day until 6pm. The hotel is walking distance to all areas of the marina with plenty of choice for restaurants and the weekly market. It is about a 20 minute stroll to the old town along the purpose built promenade so accessible for all. We would highly recommend this hotel! [...]

Just got back from spending a week here and couldn't speak more highly of it. Everything was lovely and clean, the staff where brilliant all over the hotel, from the bar to reception to the maintenance people. The room was always clean, absoutly spotless. Great air con, hairdryer. Small estintials incase you forgot anything. The kitchen included everything you would need to make your own meal. Including washing up liquid and tea towel! The pool area again is lovely and clean, the pool is lovely for a refreshing swim when the sun gets a little to much. Nice and quiet around the pool and the bar has great food and service. Always enough sun beds and no sunbed saving either which was great! Absolutely loved our stay here and would highly reccomened to anyone looking. Hopefully we'll be back in the future.

What a great location! The hotel is right next to the marina you can walk out of the side gate and be in the bustle of bars and restaurants at the quieter end of Playa Blanca, we loved it! It was spotlessly clean, with a great pool area with loads of sun beds so no issues with “reserving” sun beds you can experience in other hotels The rooms are well equipped with everything you might need, and there is a Hiperdino supermarket practically next door at the rubicon shopping centre ( there is a decent spar in the main playa Blanca resort towards the port) We didn’t use the buffet as we had breakfast in the room everyday [...]

My wife and I have just completed a 7 night stay on a self catering basis in a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony We were allocated room 203 a short walk from reception The room was very spacious with fitted wardrobes in the massive bedroom and plenty of hangers. The bathroom was also sizeable with a large walk in cubicle with a rainfall shower. The kitchen area had a hob microwave TV and a large fridge freezer suitable for lots of bottles of wine The pool area was huge and never once had a problem getting a sunbed even around 10am. I didn't think the pool was cold at all The bar was open until 8pm although we preferred to use the bars and restaurants on the marina outside the Hotel The poolside was quiet but that's what we prefer The Hotel was only opened after covid with new owners and is finished to a very high standard A great Holiday and a place to recommend right on the marina.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel recently. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and we loved the location. It was situated right on the marina - away from the main strip of Playa Blanca. The marina itself has plenty of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. The shopping centre is just metres away with a supermarket. The pool was a little cold but it did not deter us. It was always possible to get sun beds, even when the hotel was full.

Once again we had a very relaxing week in this pristine hotel. The staff worked hard and kept the hotel looking bright and clean. Our 1 bedroom apartment was perfectly equipped and we cooked on 2 of the evenings we were there. Our balcony overlooked the pool and we also had a view towards the rubicon shopping mall. It was a treat to have a drink on the balcony in the evening. The guests were quiet. We were so relaxed that we slept 9/10 hours a night. The beds were very comfortable. This was our second stay there and we have booked to return in both December 2024 and May 2025. On checking out we told them that we had a lovely holiday and that we were looking forward to coming back. Mary & Rich

This is our second time staying at the property but first time for my in-laws. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating to my requests to have rooms next to each other and over looking the pool for the late afternoon/ evening sunshine. Just returned from a lovely week at Cordial Marina. This is a peaceful, spotlessly clean and friendly hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, excellent shower and full sized fridge freezer. Our balcony overlooked the pool and caught the sun all afternoon. Very quiet hotel which suits us fine. The only thing that could improve it is perhaps some music around the pool and the pool bar being open for a sundowner before going out for dinner. Special mention to Gual, or Walter, at reception who set the tone on our arrival and maintained the professional and friendly standard throughout our stay. Free pool towels and air con was a welcome addition. We had a late flight and were allowed to keep our pool towels and given the use of the luggage room and towels for a shower at the immaculate poolside showers. All free and all with ease and friendly approach by the staff. Yes, it's quiet, but that's part of the charm. 100% recommend

Fabulous hotel from the time we arrived . Reception was pain-free easy and fast . Apartment is spotless as is the whole area inc pool gardens. Well supplied kitchen with large fridge freezer . We’ve just returned from a one week break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very quiet, no entertainment teams or annoying music.This hotel is ideal if you want a quiet holiday with nice, clean apartments, with easy access to the promenade and the Rubicon Marina. The staff are pleasant and hard working. A special mention to Anton the resident lifeguard, who is constantly on the go, cleaning around the pool and helping customers.We will definitely be going back soon!

Lovely hotel only 5 minutes from the beautiful marina,2 minutes from the supermarket/shops and a taxi rank 5 minutes away. A lovely informative welcome at reception nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are lovely and they have everything you need including a lovely view off the pool, there are plenty of sun beds in a beautiful setting which was always immaculate. They have a snack bar but we never used it. The bedding and towels were clean and fresh I only have one small complaint and that is the room itself wasn’t really clean we had only been in the room for an hour or so and accidentally spilled some water on the floor when we cleaned it up the tissue was really quite dirty which I was surprised at also pots/ pans in the cupboards were a bit dirty but that could be down to the previous people and maybe they just hadn’t been checked. I would definitely recommend this hotel as we were impressed.

Stayed for 1 week with my husband and 15 month old daughter. The hotel was lovely, clean and the staff were all friendly. We requested a highchair for the room and was supplied with one on the first day as well as a full size cot being setup on our arrival for our daughter. The room was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is really well kept, we used the pool bar and found the staff friendly and prices of food were reasonable. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool as well so the usual ‘sunbed rush’ was never an issue. It was lovely to stay in a hotel where it didn’t feel ‘roudy’ and you could sit on your balcony on an evening and still enjoy the peace! The location of hotel was great, we’ve never stayed in Playa Blanca before so we’re a little apprehensive about the location but the Marina is beautiful, lots of restaurants, boutique shops, cafes. We went to a cafe on the Marina every morning called Natur which we highly recommend! There is a supermarket next door to the hotel which was handy and the beach was only 10-15 minute walk a long the promenade. The whole area around the hotel is really accessible for anyone, wherever there was a set of steps, there was also a ramp for wheelchair users and pushchairs which we appreciated. We will definitely return in the future!

So glad we stayed here. Fabulous location just outside the marina,so access to numerous bars, restaurants and shops. An easy walk of around 15 minutes to Playa Blanca along the flat promenade. The hotel is clean, tidy, and lovely and quiet. Always a sunbed available. The staff are lovely. So polite and helpful. Just can't fault it at all. Thanks for a great stay.

If your booked into this hotel you wont be dissapointed. A friendly welcome to start your holiday. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned as regular as clockwork. Surprisingly the beautiful swimming pool is never overcrowded with plenty of sunbeds and parasols to go round. The breakfasts are awesome with a wide variety to suit all. This hotel sits in the prime spot of the Rubicon Marina and is only a 15 minute walk from the nearest beach. Shops and local restaurants are literally on the doorstep. A fab place and will definitely book up again.

Fantastic friendly hotel, which has the most wonderful staff. We went to celebrate my husbands 77 th birthday and my Son’s 50 th birthday, and had the most amazing holiday. We had wonderful rooms overlooking the pool which had the sun all day, they were spacious and very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Alberto and his colleagues on reception were very helpful, friendly and courteous. They treated us like family.

Wonderful location - right on the harbour with loads of excellent dining options, short walk to playa Dorada beach which was beautiful. Lovely and quiet - no evening entertainment so a very chilled atmosphere. Beautiful pool area - immaculately kept and looked lovely at night. Small children’s play area which was perfect for our toddlers. We had breakfast on two days and thought it was excellent value for money - loads of choice to suit everyone! Pool was heated - perfect for toddlers to splash about in. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed to cook when needed. Nous revenons tout juste d'une semaine de vacances. Nous avons pris l'appartement hôtel supérieur top rien à signaler. Rien à signaler la piscine est propre l'appartement est nettoyé régulièrement. Le petit déjeuner buffet à volonté délicieux. Les enfants et nous avons bien profité de la piscine même au mois de mars (bouées à disposition pour bébé également). We liked the location and facilities. Breakfast was nice and there was lots of choice. The view is so nice and relaxing from both sides of the apartment. Good facilities in apartments, all kitchen stuff available if you want to cook for yourself. It was very nice, settled quite, easy, and relaxing to get around with baby pram and toddler. The location was perfect! Right behind the marina. 20 minutes coastal walk to Playa Blanca centre and 20 minutes coastal walk in the other direction. I really enjoyed my morning walks to observe and photograph the sunrise in one direction and the evening walk to enjoy the sunset in the other direction. Our room was particularly spacious. It seems like the property has recently had a facelift. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Plenty of parking spaces near the property if you choose to hire a car. Supermarket and shopping centre next to hotel. Even though I am not disabled I did notice all the access for anyone who would be visiting in a wheelchair or had a pram or push chair. The rooms are cleaned most days except Thursdays and Sundays.

We have just returned from one of the best holidays ever, had a package holiday with Jet2,flew out of Bristol having used the executive lounge as a birthday surprise, the flight was slightly delayed, but not Jet2's fault, transfers etc to hotel went very smoothly, but the best was to come, the hotel was amazing, so clean so tidy, the location was perfect, 50 yards from the Marina, with an abundance of first class restaurants, a great market Wednesday, the main resort of Playa Blanca was a beautiful 20-25 minute walk along a very nice and safe coastal path, along the way is the gorgeous beach of Costa Dorado, with sun lougers 4 euro for the day, with yet again more very good restaurants, or if you prefer a 4 euro taxi ride into the town, we took the local bus to Playa del Carman, the 161 from the bus station only 2.75 each way. All in all the service and information from Jet 2 and the Cordial Marina was brilliant, and we will most definitely return.

We made this our choice based on the very positive previous reviews on here and were so glad we did ! Great location, lovely staff throughout, nice spacious rooms. Kettle, hobs, toaster, large fridge/freezer in kitchen area. Two large wall mounted TVs - one in lounge area and the other in main bedroom. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds - no 6.00 am towel race here thank goodness ! I would say the best rooms are the pool facing ones as the balconies get the sun from late morning until sundown. Nice casual breakfast area - buffet style, but if anything is lacking you only have to ask and the girls on duty will get it for you. No need to bring towels as pool towels are provided via reception.

Quiet one bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities and balcony catching the evening sun overlooking the pool. There was a cafe for snacks during the day and breakfast was also served in this room with door opening out to the pool area. The hotel is well positioned to access the promenade which runs for quite a few kilometres in both directions. Grace at the reception desk who checked us in was a pleasure to deal with and friendly and helpful with advice on what to do and see during our short stay.

Cannot speak more highly of every member of staff here. Antonio the pool attendant …well, I have never seen a pool attendant / lifeguard going around a hotel pool like he does ! He attends to anyone in difficulty with parasols , sunbeds etc , one windy day he was picking out plant debris that had blown into the pool surround grid . He patrols that pool so well I’m sure parents must feel safe he is there. Alberto who checked us in and all his colleagues are very efficient & friendly and there is always an ‘Hola’ when you are passing . The rooms are excellent ! Literally brand new, the cleanliness is outstanding. The large bed is so comfortable and with air con in the bedroom and living room / kitchen you are well covered. Kitchen is well equipped for any self catering needs , inertia hob , kettle , microwave , toaster and coffee filter machine, & Really good fridge freezer ! The bathroom has a walk in shower which is very powerful and always hot water . Anyway Thank you to all at the Cordial Marina Blanca for giving us a marvelous two weeks

Apartamento en muy buen estado y amplio. Con todo lo necesario. Una cama grande y un sofá cama grande. Éramos matrimonio y una hija, por lo que cubrió sobradamente nuestras necesidades. We just spent a fantastic week at the Marina Blanca our 1st time it's a fabulous hotel it is situated beside the Rubicon Marina with plenty of great restaurants bars and shops. It is a 20 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. We were greeted at reception by Oaul he checked us in and gave us all the information we needed he was exceptional like all the staff in the hotel. Our apartment was very spacious and bright there was a king-size bed which was so comfortable and great pillows a full size fridge great if staying with kids and we had a pool view. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool. We will definitely be back

Great hotel.

Pool area is huge with plenty of sun beds and the lifeguard is excellent . We had a superior 1 bed room, the bed very comfortable and the room spacious light with an excellent small kitchen with balcony and spacious bathroom. Could not fault it. We had breakfast one day which was lovely and good value. Could not fault the hotel. Ideally located next to the marina with all its restaurants. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Highly recommended. If we go back to Lanzarote for some winter sun would definitely go here.

Hemos estado 12 días de vacaciones en Navidades en familia (2+2) y ha estado una estancia perfecta. Todo maravilloso. Instalaciones limpias. La piscina genial (aunque agua un poco fría). Los desayunos variados y correctos. Buena ubicación, muy cerca del puerto, supermercado cerca. Habitaciones cómodas, grandes, limpias y muy nuevas. Todo el personal del Hotel muy amable, sobretodo Alberto siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Lugar para repetir, porque nos ha encantado. Estupendo para estancias en família. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, man hört weder nachts noch am Tag etwas. Einrichtung ist neu und modern mit großer Dusche, Betten überaus bequem. Mietwagenverleih ist direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und dennoch waren nur wenige Leute dort, sodass man in Ruhe frühstücken konnte.

Had a fabulous 11 nights here at this wonderful hotel.. We had an apartment on the second floor, which was very spacious. Hotel very clean and friendly . No rush for sunbeds either. It's very quiet, which is what we liked but very well positioned. Just across the road from the Marina where you will find lovely restaurants and a few bars. About 20 min walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. Can't wait to return and would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel over the new year break. The location next to the marina is excellent, providing beautiful views from our balcony. The rooms were spotless, cleaned regularly with fresh towels, and the hand soap and shower gel were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool area was well-maintained, with no towel-reserving issues, and pool towels available at reception. The atmosphere was peaceful at night, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely return for another enjoyable stay.

We had a very relaxing week in this pristine hotel. The staff worked hard and kept the hotel looking bright and clean. Our 1 bedroom apartment was perfectly equipped and we cooked on 2 of the evenings we were there. Our balcony overlooked the pool and we also had a view towards the rubicon shopping mall. It was a treat to have a drink on the balcony in the evening. The guests were quiet. We were so relaxed that we slept 9/10 hours a night. The beds were very comfortable. On checking out we told them that we had a lovely holiday and that we would be back.

Recently refurbished in recent years and absolutely spotlessly clean and spacious rooms. So tranquil and beautiful maintained by all their hardworking staff. Amazing! I was here with my husband in September and we had the best time. The hotel, pool and all areas are spotless, staff so helpful and friendly and I was gutted about having to come home! The hotel is so quiet and peaceful. We really liked the tranquility as the busy Rubicon Marina with it's bars and restaurants was only a few minutes walk away and Playa Blanca was a 15/20 minute stroll along the promenade. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back!

Just returned home from the Cordial and have already booked our next holiday there! It also looks as if I will be booking for my wife and her sister very soon. From the above you will see that my wife and I enjoyed our holiday! Pasamos 12 noches de vacaciones en marzo cuando el hotel acababa de abrir después de su remodelación y disfrutamos tanto de todo que reservamos otras dos semanas desde principios de octubre. Tuvimos mucha suerte en marzo ya que nuestras vacaciones coincidieron con la competición Ironman en Playa Blanca. El ambiente fue fantástico. Esta fue nuestra primera vez en Playa Blanca, aunque hemos estado en Lanzarote varias veces y ahora es nuestro resort favorito. El personal es excepcional (en particular, Aldo en el bar/restaurante) y todo el hotel está idealmente ubicado para todos los servicios locales.

Fantastic stay. Hotel is perfect location near Marina and close to loads lovely restaurants. Our room Was perfect checked in by Daniel who was super friendly and helpful. Staff all round were superb. No sunbed wars loads to go around the pool lifeguard was the friendliest helpful man. Cleaning was regular and whisky not towel change every day it was sufficient and if you needing anything you just have to ask. Highly recommend a visit to this hotel. Stayed at the Cordial Marina Blanca appartments for a 10 night holiday. We stayed in one bed appartment and this had everything you could want for short holiday. The pool area is fabulous it's so very quiet with plenty of sun beds. We have stayed in Playa Blanca on numerous occasions and this is the very best located hotel for eating out, walking etc. We would like say a very big thankyou to all the staff especially Alberto on reception. We stayed here for a 7 night break in Playa Blanca May 2023. Really liked the look of the place from the pictures we saw before booking the holiday. Recently refurbished, to a good standard. ( I'm no accommodation snob by any means ) It ticked the boxes for us, nice open area around the pool and a private balcony. On arriving , we got sorted with information from receptionist, who was friendly and accommodating. On finding our room, we were more than happy with two aircon units, one for the bedroom and one for the dining space. Balcony looked over the pool, which is nice as not all of the balconies do here. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were comfy, and plenty of storage for clothing. An iron and ironing board were already in the room. Two smart tvs also, handy if you were having and early night for Netflix or whatever takes your fancy. Oh and brilliant shower pressure, always a winner in my opinion. There were always plenty of sunbeds available throughout the week we were there. The guys in the restaurant, Aldo & Martina were both very bright characters and lovely people to be around. The food was absolutely fine, no problems at all. We only ate through the day once, and both enjoyed what we had. We opted for a breakfast on our day of departure and there was plenty of choice to be had. All in all a great base for your week away, wether your staying poolside all week or you're out and about every day. Cleaners come round 5 days out of 7, and do a brilliant job. Thanks to all the staff.

We have stayed in Playa Blanca many times and this was the first time at this hotel. We love the marina area which is why we chose here. Tonight being our last night On arrival the reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room (238) was spotless and spacious for a family of 4 (children are 4 and 9). We had a one bedroom apartment which at first I was a little worried as to how the sofa bed would be but it pulls out to 2 full size single beds and both our children slept amazingly well. The bed and pillows in the main bedroom were super comfy too. We paid €15 for the safe for a week. Cleaners came in several times throughout our stay, making beds, changing towels and general tidying Both the bedroom and living space have a smart TV with Youtube, Netflix and others which was handy for the kids Air con is in the bedroom as well as the living area. The bathroom is large with a really big walk in shower with body and hair wash included. There is also a full size hairdryer as well as a few toiletries such a toothbrushes. The kitchen area is plenty big enough with all your usual essentials Our balcony backed onto the marina which provided great views of the ‘Canarian Days’ celebratory fireworks We visited during May half term and there was NO craziness with reserving sun beds etc, always plenty available We stayed bed and breakfast and WOW the food is amazing, cereals, different breads, fresh fruit, yogurts, cold meats and cheese, cooked breakfast, churros, pancakes, coffee machine, juices and MUCH more. It is worth every penny! Aldo deserves a special mention he is AMAZING always smiling! We sampled a couple of cocktails during the day and these were also very good! This is the most relaxing hotel we have been to as a family and we loved the fact there was no entertainment, with it being a few minutes from the marina and approx 20mins to the front, the location is perfect and can easily get to some live music etc in the bars if you wanted too It has been a pleasure and loved every minute

Stayed at this hotel with family (3 generations) 6th - 16th May. Could not have made a better choice. Hotel is great, staff are brilliant in so many ways - nothing, is too much trouble. We had a problem due to one of the party having an accident during our stay and the reception staff went far and beyond all expectations to assist and ensure we had the best possible holiday. Rooms, pool area, restaurant/bar, gardens, play area, the whole place is exceptionally clean and well cared for. Rubicon Marina, with its many fab restaurants, is a 2 minute walk away and a good supermarket, literally on the doorstep, made this a great location for all the extra facilities needed on a self catering or B & B stay. We opted for B & B and were not disappointed - the whole family enjoyed the range and choice of food and drinks (including the freshly made juices & smooothies) that were available. We also tried and enjoyed some of the lunchtime food options available in the bar - a great option when you can't drag yourself away from the fabulous pool area. We had a terrific holiday and will certainly be returning to Cordial Marina - sooner rather than later!!

Tranquil hotel in a swish location

Only 30 mins by taxi to Playa Blanca (€55-65) the hotel is set just 100m back from the Rubicon Marina. The hotel itself is 10/10. Totally spotless, modern and fresh, calm and tranquil. Staff lovely. Rooms modern and well equipped. Pool and lounger area stunning. Gardens well maintained. Great snack and drinks bar. Marina itself is gorgeous - so picturesque and feels very up market and ‘exclusive’. Not your usual hoards of riff raff tourists! Enough restaurants to have a new one each night of the week and all well priced. Nice shops to pootle around. Some nice little walks you can do from the marina (there’s a great old castle only 10 mins up the hill!) or from the marina jetty you can go parasailing etc. Plus two supermarkets a stones throw from the hotel that have everything you need (the one inside the shopping centre is much bigger than the one inside the marina). Car hire available from within the marina too and is well worth doing for the day to explore. A stroll further south takes you to a sandy beach (7 mins from hotel). Keep going and you get to playa Blanca (probs 20 mins from hotel in all) where a long row of restaurants line the sea - defo less up market than the Marina by the hotel but we were glad to have strolled there to have 1 evening meal. All in all a faultless hotel and location. One of the few places I’ve gone to that I truly would go back to in a heart beat. Simply perfect.

Room has small kitchen area with large fridge/freezer, hob, equipped with cooking utensils & pans. washing up liquid and cloths provided. Buffet breakfast & snack bar if you want (although didn’t use it). Supermarket & small shopping centre 5 min walk away which also has bowling alley & mini golf. Bedroom spacious.

We have just come back from a family holiday with an added special birthday in April and before we left we were very impressed with the previous reviews. We were not disappointed and the hotel is just fantastic with regards to staff, cleanliness and proximity to the fantastic Rubicon Marina. If you like peace and quiet around the pool then this is the place for you as you could hear a pin drop it was so quiet and every day we virtually had the pick of the sun beds without having to get up at the crack of dawn.

My partner and I have just returned from a truly enjoyable holiday. We would highly recommend the Cordial Marina Blanca. The level of cleanliness was outstanding. I have never before seen sunbeds being power hosed !! We never saw any towels reserving sunbeds. This was very refreshing as the early rise to reserve was not needed. Our apartment was very big with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Even the knives were sharp !! All staff were helpful and friendly. The maids were polite and flexible, if we were in our apartment they would come back later. We did get to know two members of staff quite well, Aldo at the pool bar, who always had time for a chat, and Franchesca at the reception both letting us practice our Spanish. The location of the Cordial is ideal for walks to the Marina where there are ample restaurants of a high standard to try. It is a 25-minute walk to the old town where the restaurants tend to be less expensive but nonetheless serving excellent food. An extremely well-stocked supermarket is only a very short walk from the hotel. We loved it here so much that was cannot wait to book for next year.

We have visited playa Blanca many times over the years but first staying in apartments and S/C. These apartments are fabulous we loved everything about them, the location to the marina is brilliant and we ate out every night and the view of the sun setting around the marina is something special. There is a big supermarket 2 min walk away which we used for lunches, and drinks. There is also a small coffee shop /patisserie which looked very nice. Our apartment was 209 which over looked the marina and side view of the pool great location. This visit was the best weather we have ever had, blue skies every day no clouds, and so hot. The reception staff are super helpful and would always say hola everytime they saw you, and were on hand for a cheeky photo if asked. The pool area is so clean I loved that it wasn’t busy and plenty of sunbeds to not have to get up early to get one. Pool was really lovely for a swim to cool off. We paid €12 each extra a couple of days for breakfast and it was so nice to sit and have a relaxed breakfast, so much food to choose from we loved it.

Le petit déjeuner est très varie et de qualité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu'ils nous en prepare un à emporté le jour de notre départ. Le personne très sympa, petite mention spéciale pour Fransceca, qui c'est très bien occupé de nous, elle nous à très bien conseillé pour les visites ainsi que les restaurant.

We stayed at the Hotel over Easter for 2 weeks with our 14 and 10 year old daughters in one room. The room was fantastic, we had a huge room, big balcony over looking the marina. Massive fridge/freezer, microwave and hob. Room to eat comfortably inside even with the kids beds opened up. Shower gel, fairy liquid, sponge, dishcloth, tea towel, toothbrushes, corkscrew, toaster, coffee machine, as well as the usual saucepans etc all provided. All new and well equipped. Beds really comfortable, blackout curtains so pitch black at night if you like it dark!! Pool really clean, sunbeds a plenty and no daft getting up at silly o'clock, in fact quite the opposite. We didn't go to the pool until 11am and got the same spot every day!! Staff brilliant, always helpful. We hired pool towels that are really good and big 10€ each, money back when you hand back. Teen room with pool table and games. Hotel is situated in a great spot, so close to marina and shops. We didn't have breakfast but our parents did and they said it was fantastic. Poolside bar and snacks good.

We had the best stay at Cordial Marina Blanca this week. It met all my expectations based on reviews and photos. The apartments were spacious and modern, good utensils and facilities. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels on alternative days. The pool area was amazing and so well kept; lovely loungers, plenty of space for couples/families without feeling overcrowded. But the location of this hotel was the real winner for us. 2 minute walk away from the supermarket and shopping centre with cafes and shops. 5 minute walk away from an array of amazing restaurants too. There was so much choice we didn't really feel the need to venture into the centre of playa blanca too often (but itbis only a 20 minute walk if you do). Everything you would need and want was close by. We will be recommending this hotel and area to friends and family and hope to return as soon as possible! Thank you!!

A quiet break in the sun

We spent a long weekend here over Easter, having stayed in a Cordial hotel before we knew standards would be high. The staff are friendly, and efficient. The place is immaculately kept, everywhere is spotlessly clean all of the time. The room was spacious, with a sofa bed our daughter used. The bathroom had a lovely large shower too, and all toiletries provided. There is plenty of free parking on the street outside. The pool is large, and there are plenty of sunbeds. There is a lifeguard present between 10 and 6 the pool has shallow areas suitable for small children, and small inflatables were able to be used. Pool towels can be hired at 10 Euros deposit in cash, returned when you leave. There is a poolside shower room suitable for use if you want to leave later than checkout on your last day too. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options for all tastes. There is no evening restaurant or bar - the Marina is a 2 minute walk away and provides a variety of restaurants suiting all tastes. A walk along the lovely promenade takes you into Playa Blanca where the restaurants are a little cheaper too.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at Cordial Marina Blanca. Having stayed many times at Cordial Mogan Playa in Puerto Mogan , Gran Canaria, we knew what to expect from the quality Cordial brand, Cordial Marina Blanca didn't disappoint-from arrival to departure we enjoyed the cleanliness and quietness of the resort, together with glorious sunshine everyday . The one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool was spacious and contained all we needed to enjoy an excellent time. We have visited Playa Blanca 20+ times over many years staying in a variety of hotels, but we both feel Cordial Marina Blanca provided the best experience in a great location, next to the Rubicon Marina Restaurants and within easy walking distance to Playa Blanca town centre. The recent refurbishment of this aparthotel is fabulous. Special mention to Francesco and all the team at Cordial Marina Blanca who were so helpful and professional during our stay, We have already booked a 25 night return to Cordial Marina Blanca in February/March 2024, and are returning to Cordial Mogan Playa in Gran Canaria in May and September this year. Well Done Cordial Hotels in proving such quality holiday experiences on a regular, consistent basis.

Da wir die Insel auch viel mit dem Mietwagen erkunden wollten, konnten wir uns zwischen der Buchung einer Ferienwohnung und eines Hotels nicht entscheiden. Das Hotel war die absolut perfekte Lösung. Man kann mit Frühstück buchen oder sich aufgrund der eigenen, gut ausgestatteten Küche komplett selbst versorgen. Das Hotel ist nicht winzig, wirkte aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt überlaufen, wie manch anderer Hotelklotz. Durch die kürzliche Renovierung hat das Hotel ein sehr schönes und modernes Design!

An excellent hotel with excellent staff in all areas. The room was very well equipped and furnished and the pool area is first class. There are enough loungers for all guests and the pool area means everyone can find a spot that suits them. Would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Lanzarote.

Location was perfect,adjacent to Marina Rubicon,with restaurants cafes and a traditional bar ,the Flagship Ideal place for walking ,just a short stroll for a morning swim at Dorado beach or walk to the lighthouse. Pool was exceptionally clean ,lifeguard on duty and surrounding areas cleaned and manacured every day. Very large comfortable bed with great bolster pillows. Pull out sofa also a proper sprung mattress ,lovely fresh linen,changed regularly

Staff was very nice and welcoming, breakfast was great as well - loads of options to choose. As far as the outside area goes - the pool w as very clean, not over crowded and the lounging area is great. The local shops and the beach are on the doorstep so it makes it very easy and accessible. The apartment itself was clean and had all the necessary tools needed for the short holiday, we even made our own food. The beds were very comfortable and the actually sofa-bed would comfortably fit two more people as the the seating area divides into two spaced single size beds. Overall, an excellent experience and would definitely recommend staying there. Will be back!

An amazing stay with a family of 4

We hired a car and found it really easy to get to from the airport to our accommodation. When you walk through the hotel entrance doors, it always smells like fresh linen and so pleasant. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were incredibly huge and clean! We booked into 2 rooms for a family of 4 but tbh we could have all fitted into one. We appreciated having the two separate apartments because we all love our own space. The balcony was so cute, we enjoyed having our tea and breakfast out there in the mornings. The beds were unbelievably comfortable! The curtains helped keep light out although we woke up early every day. It's right next to the marina and literally a few steps away. Breakfast was delicious. There was a variety of food available. The setting and layout was really lovely and made it really enjoyable for me and my family. Our favourite place to eat at was the Pizzeria and grill where we had delicious pasta and pizzas. Just so stunning and relaxing to be there at sunset. There is a supermarket literally right next door that stays open until 10pm which made it so easy to get hold of food and bring it back to ours. The pool is so clean. We had such an amazing time. It was so quiet and so there was no worries about being disturbed by tourists or by party goers. If you want a place to relax and recharge in, then this is the place. We highly recommend booking a car to go and view the rest of Lanzarote.

Excellent hotel in Playa Blanca very close to the marina and the Rubicon shopping centre. Its a pleasant 25 walk along the promenade into the town centre. Very good pool with palm trees. Breakfast is available, but I didn't have any. Room was spacious, clean, with balcony overlooking the marina

Sehr schönes Hotel, nettes großes Appartement, super Früstücksbuffet, bequeme Betten. Beheizter großer Pool mit vielen Liegen. Personal sehr freundlich und gesamte Unterkunft sauber unf gepflegt. Supermarkt und Einkaufszentrum gleich um die Ecke, Marina mit vielen guten Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Würden dort wieder Urlaub buchen.

We just had 6 nights here and would definitely recommend and we have booked again for next year. The hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms have everything you need and a kitchen area with fridge freezer , kettle, toaster and microwave. Shower is fantastic and all rooms have lovely balcony area. Lots of space around the pool, towels pay returnable deposit on arrival. Snack bar does reasonably priced sandwiches, burgers or pizza. Supermarket 2 min walk. Marina area lovely with many restaurants and shops. Or walk to main resort 15mins along lovely promenade. Hotel staff very friendly and towels changed/mini clean most days.

I spent 4 nights here in February and the fact that I have just booked 8 nights for next January speaks volumes. I travelled solo and simply loved my stay. Rather than repeating too much information in previous reviews, I just want to say that the apartments are so comfortable, the location is fantastic for the Papagayo area of Playa Blanca, it feels very safe and the members of staff are so very friendly and helpful. I need to say a special thank you to Francesca for being so patient and kind. Beautiful hotel, and was absolutely spotless. The rooms were spacious and the location was amazing. We hired a car and could get around the island very easily. The hotel is located right next to Playa Blanca Marina which has lots of lovely restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel and would love to go back!

This Hotel may not have 5 Star accommodation and facilities but the whole experience is 5 Star from our perspective. Caring, personable Staff, fantastic breakfast, lovely refurbished rooms plus public areas and great for a quiet couples holiday. Excellent location, recently refurbished rooms, with newly fitted out kitchen,fully equipped with a very large fridge freezer, and hob, supermarket was 150 yds away, only ate breakfast at the hotel on the first morning,afterwards we ate on the balcony the choice was excellent widescreen tvs in living area and bedrooms, netflix and amazon prime was a nice touch, for when we were in the room, we have booked several times in 2023 can't really fault the hotel and its location, so close to the Marina Rubicon

Fantastic apartments well equipped with modern equipment in the kitchen. Plenty of sun beds so no getting up at silly o’clock to reserve a spot in the sun. Shops and bars are within walking distance but far enough away not to disturb with their music. Friendly staff at reception who will do their upmost to ensure you enjoy your stay. Just booked again to return in September , highly recommend for adults

Had the best time and from the reception through to the cleaning ladies and including the snack bar guys so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The location cannot be bettered being only 100 metres from the marina and all the local restaurants and bars. The fact that it has recently undergone a full refurbishment meant everything was pristine and spotlessly clean. The pool area was just perfect and never busy and the balcony was ideal for catching the sun from first light to sunset..just perfect. In terms of value for money, I doubt this can be beaten any where in Lanzarote. overall fantastic 2 weeks. My wife and I enjoyed it so much we booked for next year before we left the resort.

I won’t repeat what others have said other than this is a great place for a very relaxing break. The hotel is spotless with large comfortable rooms and really nice beds. It’s true there is no music round the pool side but to be honest I don’t think it’s required. Nearby all the action at rubicon marina and a 15 minute walk along the promenade to playa Blanca. Staff are great. Recommended
