Spotless and so peaceful

We have stayed in Playa Blanca many times and this was the first time at this hotel. We love the marina area which is why we chose here. Tonight being our last night On arrival the reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room (238) was spotless and spacious for a family of 4 (children are 4 and 9). We had a one bedroom apartment which at first I was a little worried as to how the sofa bed would be but it pulls out to 2 full size single beds and both our children slept amazingly well. The bed and pillows in the main bedroom were super comfy too. We paid €15 for the safe for a week. Cleaners came in several times throughout our stay, making beds, changing towels and general tidying Both the bedroom and living space have a smart TV with Youtube, Netflix and others which was handy for the kids Air con is in the bedroom as well as the living area. The bathroom is large with a really big walk in shower with body and hair wash included. There is also a full size hairdryer as well as a few toiletries such a toothbrushes. The kitchen area is plenty big enough with all your usual essentials Our balcony backed onto the marina which provided great views of the ‘Canarian Days’ celebratory fireworks We visited during May half term and there was NO craziness with reserving sun beds etc, always plenty available We stayed bed and breakfast and WOW the food is amazing, cereals, different breads, fresh fruit, yogurts, cold meats and cheese, cooked breakfast, churros, pancakes, coffee machine, juices and MUCH more. It is worth every penny! Aldo deserves a special mention he is AMAZING always smiling! We sampled a couple of cocktails during the day and these were also very good! This is the most relaxing hotel we have been to as a family and we loved the fact there was no entertainment, with it being a few minutes from the marina and approx 20mins to the front, the location is perfect and can easily get to some live music etc in the bars if you wanted too It has been a pleasure and loved every minute

Great hotel for all the family

Stayed at this hotel with family (3 generations) 6th - 16th May. Could not have made a better choice. Hotel is great, staff are brilliant in so many ways - nothing, is too much trouble. We had a problem due to one of the party having an accident during our stay and the reception staff went far and beyond all expectations to assist and ensure we had the best possible holiday. Rooms, pool area, restaurant/bar, gardens, play area, the whole place is exceptionally clean and well cared for. Rubicon Marina, with its many fab restaurants, is a 2 minute walk away and a good supermarket, literally on the doorstep, made this a great location for all the extra facilities needed on a self catering or B & B stay. We opted for B & B and were not disappointed - the whole family enjoyed the range and choice of food and drinks (including the freshly made juices & smooothies) that were available. We also tried and enjoyed some of the lunchtime food options available in the bar - a great option when you can't drag yourself away from the fabulous pool area. We had a terrific holiday and will certainly be returning to Cordial Marina - sooner rather than later!!

Tranquil hotel in a swish location

Only 30 mins by taxi to Playa Blanca (€55-65) the hotel is set just 100m back from the Rubicon Marina. The hotel itself is 10/10. Totally spotless, modern and fresh, calm and tranquil. Staff lovely. Rooms modern and well equipped. Pool and lounger area stunning. Gardens well maintained. Great snack and drinks bar. Marina itself is gorgeous - so picturesque and feels very up market and ‘exclusive’. Not your usual hoards of riff raff tourists! Enough restaurants to have a new one each night of the week and all well priced. Nice shops to pootle around. Some nice little walks you can do from the marina (there’s a great old castle only 10 mins up the hill!) or from the marina jetty you can go parasailing etc. Plus two supermarkets a stones throw from the hotel that have everything you need (the one inside the shopping centre is much bigger than the one inside the marina). Car hire available from within the marina too and is well worth doing for the day to explore. A stroll further south takes you to a sandy beach (7 mins from hotel). Keep going and you get to playa Blanca (probs 20 mins from hotel in all) where a long row of restaurants line the sea - defo less up market than the Marina by the hotel but we were glad to have strolled there to have 1 evening meal. All in all a faultless hotel and location. One of the few places I’ve gone to that I truly would go back to in a heart beat. Simply perfect.

The reception staff really took ownership of our request. We were being super fussy about our room and they accommodated us amazingly. It was a beautiful hotel and it was all new and super clean. The breakfast was amazing too.

Se trata de un hotel con habitaciones muy amplias, muy luminosas y también muy cómodas. El servicio de desayuno del hotel es completo y la zona de piscina también muy agradable. Pero quizá lo más destacado sea la ubicación, justo delante del puerto de Marina Rubicón con decenas de restaurantes y locales para tomar una copa. El precio es muy adecuado. Sitio muy recomendable.

As I write this review we are just about to enjoy our last evening, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say this is an amazing place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly. The location couldn’t be better. Whatever you do, make sure you try the breakfast! The pool area is absolutely immaculate with plenty of room. It’s five stars from us & we intend to return next year!

Great location. Surrounded by restaurants & bars but still a peaceful area in marina. Has large pool with plenty of sunbeds and large fluffy towels for a 10 euro deposit. Room has small kitchen area with large fridge/freezer, hob, equipped with cooking utensils & pans. washing up liquid and cloths provided. Buffet breakfast & snack bar if you want (although didn’t use it). Supermarket & small shopping centre 5 min walk away which also has bowling alley & mini golf. Bedroom spacious.

We have just come back from a family holiday with an added special birthday in April and before we left we were very impressed with the previous reviews. We were not disappointed and the hotel is just fantastic with regards to staff, cleanliness and proximity to the fantastic Rubicon Marina. If you like peace and quiet around the pool then this is the place for you as you could hear a pin drop it was so quiet and every day we virtually had the pick of the sun beds without having to get up at the crack of dawn.

My partner and I have just returned from a truly enjoyable holiday. We would highly recommend the Cordial Marina Blanca. The level of cleanliness was outstanding. I have never before seen sunbeds being power hosed !! We never saw any towels reserving sunbeds. This was very refreshing as the early rise to reserve was not needed. Our apartment was very big with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Even the knives were sharp !! All staff were helpful and friendly. The maids were polite and flexible, if we were in our apartment they would come back later. We did get to know two members of staff quite well, Aldo at the pool bar, who always had time for a chat, and Franchesca at the reception both letting us practice our Spanish. The location of the Cordial is ideal for walks to the Marina where there are ample restaurants of a high standard to try. It is a 25-minute walk to the old town where the restaurants tend to be less expensive but nonetheless serving excellent food. An extremely well-stocked supermarket is only a very short walk from the hotel. We loved it here so much that was cannot wait to book for next year.

We have visited playa Blanca many times over the years but first staying in apartments and S/C. These apartments are fabulous we loved everything about them, the location to the marina is brilliant and we ate out every night and the view of the sun setting around the marina is something special. There is a big supermarket 2 min walk away which we used for lunches, and drinks. There is also a small coffee shop /patisserie which looked very nice. Our apartment was 209 which over looked the marina and side view of the pool great location. This visit was the best weather we have ever had, blue skies every day no clouds, and so hot. The reception staff are super helpful and would always say hola everytime they saw you, and were on hand for a cheeky photo if asked. The pool area is so clean I loved that it wasn’t busy and plenty of sunbeds to not have to get up early to get one. Pool was really lovely for a swim to cool off. We paid €12 each extra a couple of days for breakfast and it was so nice to sit and have a relaxed breakfast, so much food to choose from we loved it.

Hotel très agréable et calme, situé dans la Marina. Proche des plages de papagayo et playa Dorada ainsi que des restaurants et boutiques. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très varie et de qualité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu'ils nous en prepare un à emporté le jour de notre départ. Le personne très sympa, petite mention spéciale pour Fransceca, qui c'est très bien occupé de nous, elle nous à très bien conseillé pour les visites ainsi que les restaurant.

We stayed at the Hotel over Easter for 2 weeks with our 14 and 10 year old daughters in one room. The room was fantastic, we had a huge room, big balcony over looking the marina. Massive fridge/freezer, microwave and hob. Room to eat comfortably inside even with the kids beds opened up. Shower gel, fairy liquid, sponge, dishcloth, tea towel, toothbrushes, corkscrew, toaster, coffee machine, as well as the usual saucepans etc all provided. All new and well equipped. Beds really comfortable, blackout curtains so pitch black at night if you like it dark!! Pool really clean, sunbeds a plenty and no daft getting up at silly o'clock, in fact quite the opposite. We didn't go to the pool until 11am and got the same spot every day!! Staff brilliant, always helpful. We hired pool towels that are really good and big 10€ each, money back when you hand back. Teen room with pool table and games. Hotel is situated in a great spot, so close to marina and shops. We didn't have breakfast but our parents did and they said it was fantastic. Poolside bar and snacks good.

We had the best stay at Cordial Marina Blanca this week. It met all my expectations based on reviews and photos. The apartments were spacious and modern, good utensils and facilities. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels on alternative days. The pool area was amazing and so well kept; lovely loungers, plenty of space for couples/families without feeling overcrowded. But the location of this hotel was the real winner for us. 2 minute walk away from the supermarket and shopping centre with cafes and shops. 5 minute walk away from an array of amazing restaurants too. There was so much choice we didn't really feel the need to venture into the centre of playa blanca too often (but itbis only a 20 minute walk if you do). Everything you would need and want was close by. We will be recommending this hotel and area to friends and family and hope to return as soon as possible! Thank you!!

A quiet break in the sun

We spent a long weekend here over Easter, having stayed in a Cordial hotel before we knew standards would be high. The staff are friendly, and efficient. The place is immaculately kept, everywhere is spotlessly clean all of the time. The room was spacious, with a sofa bed our daughter used. The bathroom had a lovely large shower too, and all toiletries provided. There is plenty of free parking on the street outside. The pool is large, and there are plenty of sunbeds. There is a lifeguard present between 10 and 6 the pool has shallow areas suitable for small children, and small inflatables were able to be used. Pool towels can be hired at 10 Euros deposit in cash, returned when you leave. There is a poolside shower room suitable for use if you want to leave later than checkout on your last day too. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options for all tastes. There is no evening restaurant or bar - the Marina is a 2 minute walk away and provides a variety of restaurants suiting all tastes. A walk along the lovely promenade takes you into Playa Blanca where the restaurants are a little cheaper too.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at Cordial Marina Blanca. Having stayed many times at Cordial Mogan Playa in Puerto Mogan , Gran Canaria, we knew what to expect from the quality Cordial brand, Cordial Marina Blanca didn't disappoint-from arrival to departure we enjoyed the cleanliness and quietness of the resort, together with glorious sunshine everyday . The one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool was spacious and contained all we needed to enjoy an excellent time. We have visited Playa Blanca 20+ times over many years staying in a variety of hotels, but we both feel Cordial Marina Blanca provided the best experience in a great location, next to the Rubicon Marina Restaurants and within easy walking distance to Playa Blanca town centre. The recent refurbishment of this aparthotel is fabulous. Special mention to Francesco and all the team at Cordial Marina Blanca who were so helpful and professional during our stay, We have already booked a 25 night return to Cordial Marina Blanca in February/March 2024, and are returning to Cordial Mogan Playa in Gran Canaria in May and September this year. Well Done Cordial Hotels in proving such quality holiday experiences on a regular, consistent basis.

Da wir die Insel auch viel mit dem Mietwagen erkunden wollten, konnten wir uns zwischen der Buchung einer Ferienwohnung und eines Hotels nicht entscheiden. Das Hotel war die absolut perfekte Lösung. Man kann mit Frühstück buchen oder sich aufgrund der eigenen, gut ausgestatteten Küche komplett selbst versorgen. Das Hotel ist nicht winzig, wirkte aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt überlaufen, wie manch anderer Hotelklotz. Durch die kürzliche Renovierung hat das Hotel ein sehr schönes und modernes Design!

Location was perfect,adjacent to Marina Rubicon,with restaurants cafes and a traditional bar ,the Flagship Ideal place for walking ,just a short stroll for a morning swim at Dorado beach or walk to the lighthouse. Staff was very nice and welcoming, breakfast was great as well - loads of options to choose. As far as the outside area goes - the pool w as very clean, not over crowded and the lounging area is great. The local shops and the beach are on the doorstep so it makes it very easy and accessible. The apartment itself was clean and had all the necessary tools needed for the short holiday, we even made our own food. The beds were very comfortable and the actually sofa-bed would comfortably fit two more people as the the seating area divides into two spaced single size beds. Overall, an excellent experience and would definitely recommend staying there. Will be back!

An amazing stay with a family of 4

We hired a car and found it really easy to get to from the airport to our accommodation. When you walk through the hotel entrance doors, it always smells like fresh linen and so pleasant. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were incredibly huge and clean! We booked into 2 rooms for a family of 4 but tbh we could have all fitted into one. We appreciated having the two separate apartments because we all love our own space. The balcony was so cute, we enjoyed having our tea and breakfast out there in the mornings. The beds were unbelievably comfortable! The curtains helped keep light out although we woke up early every day. It's right next to the marina and literally a few steps away. Breakfast was delicious. There was a variety of food available. The setting and layout was really lovely and made it really enjoyable for me and my family. Our favourite place to eat at was the Pizzeria and grill where we had delicious pasta and pizzas. Just so stunning and relaxing to be there at sunset. There is a supermarket literally right next door that stays open until 10pm which made it so easy to get hold of food and bring it back to ours. The pool is so clean. We had such an amazing time. It was so quiet and so there was no worries about being disturbed by tourists or by party goers. If you want a place to relax and recharge in, then this is the place. We highly recommend booking a car to go and view the rest of Lanzarote.

Rooms have everything you need and a kitchen area with fridge freezer , kettle, toaster and microwave. Shower is fantastic and all rooms have lovely balcony area. Lots of space around the pool, towels pay returnable deposit on arrival. Snack bar does reasonably priced sandwiches, burgers or pizza. Supermarket 2 min walk. Marina area lovely with many restaurants and shops. Or walk to main resort 15mins along lovely promenade. Hotel staff very friendly and towels changed/mini clean most days.

Rather than repeating too much information in previous reviews, I just want to say that the apartments are so comfortable, the location is fantastic for the Papagayo area of Playa Blanca, it feels very safe and the members of staff are so very friendly and helpful. The location cannot be bettered being only 100 metres from the marina and all the local restaurants and bars. The fact that it has recently undergone a full refurbishment meant everything was pristine and spotlessly clean. The pool area was just perfect and never busy and the balcony was ideal for catching the sun from first light to sunset..just perfect. In terms of value for money, I doubt this can be beaten any where in Lanzarote. overall fantastic 2 weeks. My wife and I enjoyed it so much we booked for next year before we left the resort.

This was our 4th time at this hotel and the first time after the extensive renovation. We have always liked this these apartments due to the location. The rooms have been nicely refurbished with all the amenities needed and the views from the balcony were fantastic. The area is quiet yet so close to the busy marina with a reasonably priced supermarket close by. The breakfast was fantastic and good value for money. A fantastic idea utilising the former bar area and such a relaxed open atmosphere. The pool area is very nice and the pool cleaned each night. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds in an area with artificial grass that is so much more comfortable than a tiled area. A pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone

Just returned from a weeks stay in this hotel- already can’t wait to return. Everything was perfect . The apartments are large and spacious . Small balcony but very adequate. The beds are amongst the most comfy I’ve ever slept in and those pillows! Wow! Nice crisp linen changed daily by the very efficient cleaning staff. The pool area is very spacious - loads of loungers. The place is so so clean, powerhoused every evening. The pool is heated and again so clean. Didn’t eat breakfast- opted for self catering and we enjoyed our daily croissants from the nearby French cafe on our balcony. It’s a 2 minute walk from the hotel to a myriad of wonderful restaurants. We were spoilt for choice. We walked up to the main strip of Playa blanca a few times but didn’t eat there as just so many places near our hotel. All of the staff at the hotel were so friendly. Francesca at the reception was never without a smile and an “hola”. Wonderful hotel, amazing location . Won’t be going anywhere else when next holidaying in lanzarote

Our first ever time going self catering (usually go all inc) and we’ve had a marvellous time. A really lovely quiet hostel in a fantastic location. Marina and loads of restaurants 2 mins away and a little shopping centre with large supermarket opposite. Lady on reception was welcoming and informative, evening chap was friendly too. Apartment had washing up liquid, toilet rolls, spare tooth brush, shower gel, tea towel and towels. Maids came in most days and emptied bins and remade the bed . Comfy beds with extra pillows and duvet if you’re cold like me . Friendly cats which we liked, feeding stations everywhere which is so cute. Our balcony was sunny in the afternoon and we could see the marina and the shops. The hotel is so pretty at night all lit up pretty. We have had such a lovely break, very restful. My husband went down a couple of times to breakfast which he enjoyed. We didn’t find anywhere in the marina that did a full English, you can in playa Blanca but it’s a 20 min walk, it’s lovely though, pretty flat and scenic.

hat an amazing Hotel & wonderful friendly staff especially Francesca & Antonio We arrived a day late due to my husband not being well so emailed the hotel in advance to let them know We stayed for New Year so was unsure how it would be as the previous 2 times we’ve stayed in a different hotel Half Board but wanted to go self catering to try the restaurants. The room was huge and spotlessly clean which had plenty of space for the 2 of us so had breakfast & dinner in our apartment and had a balcony with a pool view which I requested and was so pleased with our apartment Plenty of cutlery & dishes microwave hob etc although no oven but this didn’t matter to us plus the Rubicon supermarket was close by to stock up We had an iron & ironing board but didn’t need to use it although handy just incase The shower was amazing & hot water all the time plus the beds were very comfy The pool area is very quiet so we did take our own little stereo & connected to the wi-fi Pool towels can be hired for 10 euros & can change them any time which is refundable at the end of your stay No problem getting a sun lounger at any time of the day so didn’t have to get up early which is a bonus It was a very relaxed & chilled hotel and with it being fairly new they could do with maybe some entertainment on an evening & music around the pool but like I say it didn’t bother us Did not have breakfast so can’t comment on the food but did have lunch once which was really nice but it’s cheap enough to get food in & eat when you like The Marina is so close by to try the restaurants but did need to book some of them as it was very busy in the Marina. They have a laundrette on site which is handy for people staying longer We got a taxi from the airport which takes about 30mins & cost 44 euros All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel and I’m sure we’ll be back to stay here without a doubt so ignore any of the negative reviews and book here you won’t be disappointed Thanks again for a wonderful stay in your lovely hotel

Our first visit to Lanzarote and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Beautiful clean complex with a massive pool which was warm enough for a swim in December, plenty of sunbeds and no one reserving them with towels! One of the best apartments we have stayed in, large, modern, fully equipped, great shower and the most comfortable beds and pillows. They are in an ideal position next to the lovely marina with plenty of restaurants to choose from and a short stroll into the centre of playa blanca. We would have loved to return in the next couple of months but the apartments are fully booked which isn't surprising but we will return as soon as we can. We needed a relaxing week and it's exactly what we got, thank you to all the staff.

Whilst I had high hopes for my stay, the hotel and its' wonderful, committed and accommodating staff exceeded every expectation! The hotel is perfectly located within the Rubicon Marina and is a short walk to high quality restaurants, shops and two supermarkets. The apartment was bright, modern and in excellent condition. The bed was super comfy and there were two smart tv's (with Netflix and Amazon Prime on there) one in the lounge, the other in the bedroom. Self catering facilities were second to none, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, quality cookware and I was even provided with a washing up pack! There was a full sized fridge and freezer, 2 ring hob and microwave and there is enough choice of fresh and frozen food in the supermarket to make snacks and meals. I went for breakfast in the hotel which was 10 euros (including cava) and it was amazing! Every taste and nationality catered for. There is a safe, accessible luggage room and pool towels can be hired for 10 euros, which is refundable on return. There are plenty of sunbeds and no one seemed to be towel hogging them all day and not using them. There is also a laundry room and full sized ironing board and iron in the apartment. There are various book exchanges dotted around the hotel if you forget to pack a good read. I travelled to Lanzarote as a sole female traveller and felt incredibly safe and very well looked after by staff at the hotel. I will definitely be returning again soon!

We spent a week here in November bed and breakfast. Fabulous accomodation with large apartments. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering if you require. The location is perfect a stones throw from the marina with an abundance of bars and restaurants. The pool area is perfect with plenty of sunbeds. For the first time, I’m reluctant to write a review for fear of not being able to return as the hotel will be fully booked up following all the excellent reviews! We had an amazing stay. The apartments have everything new. The beds are high quality and really comfortable with lovely white cotton bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. We had trouble getting the electric hob to work but weirdly when we unplugged the kettle from the plug socket it worked! There’s a large fridge and freezer. The only thing I would suggest you bring is an extra couple of t towels! A welcome pack of scourer, cloth and washing up liquid was very handy. The joy of being able to always find a sunbed at whatever time of the day ! But still there are those that insist on putting their towels down and then appearing late afternoon! However it didn’t matter here. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate, the whole hotel is spotless. We had breakfast each morning. Huge selection including cava and smoked salmon. Whilst queuing at the airport two couples were us telling just how dire their 4* hotel had been. So thankful we chose Hotel Cordial! We will definitely be returning.

Cannot praise this place enough. The apartments are a lovely size and spotless. Everything is brand new due to the hotel being recently refurbished. We booked B and B which was great. Plenty of choice, both hot and cold foods. The staff are a credit to the hotel, friendly and all willing to help with any questions you have with regards to the hotel or the area. The pool area has plenty of sun beds, no one running down at silly o’clock to put towels down, it had a very chilled feel to it. No background music or animation team which suited us just fine. Spent a week at these apartments in November. From the time we checked in to the time we left all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building and pool areas are spotlessly clean. The apartments have everything that’s needed for a self catering holiday. Location is perfectly situated near the marina. Its a 5euro taxi ride to downtown Playa Blanca. I agree with some peoples reviews that some background music would be nice by the pool. The pool was too cold to spend longer than 5 minutes in. Quick dip to cool off and straight out. It really needs heating as it was Baltic I will definitely be returning and am already planning to book a winter sun holiday at these apartments in 2023 . We have been visiting the island for 30+ years and own time share as well. Locations is good at Marina Rubicon. Its 15 min walk to Dorada beach and 10 minutes further to the original hub of Playa Blanca beach and centre/hub. from there you can walk to the light house in an hour and pass Playa Flamingo beach. The whole distance is a lovely promenade with an abundance of places to stop for a drink and food. The staff were really nice and nothing was an issue for them. The site director is creating a great team there and even though some areas are not yet finished and in use (indoor pool/gym area) it does not affect the stay.

Just returned home from a lovely stay, nice welcome and apartment had everything you could need. We had a slight problem with our patio door and wardrobe but the manager came to our apartment really quickly and made sure it was resolved and was very helpful. The pool area was great, could always get a spot and the location to the marina was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return with a balcony facing the pool next time that would be amazing.

We have just arrived back from a few days here and I never leave reviews but had to on this lovely hotel. I have never stayed somewhere so clean. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped, great air conditioning, spacious and spotless! The location is great, a minutes walk from beautiful restaurants on the marina. There is a nice walk along the sea to the main strip which took about 15mins. There are lots of sunbeds and the pool is big and again spotless. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We didn’t try the food at the hotel as lots of lovely restaurants overlooking the marina to try, and the food was great! I wouldn’t choose to go here with kids as it was so quiet. But perfect for a romantic / adult peaceful stay.

Los apartamentos están decorados con mucho gusto, son amplios, colchones cómodos, cocina totalmente equipada, con una nevera bastante grande. El hotel es un remanso de paz, con una gran piscina central y amplias zonas de hamacas. El comedor es muy moderno, bien decorado, con muchos detalles, da gusto desayunar en él. Con respecto al desayuno es variado y está bueno. El personal muy correcto y amable. Recomendable 100%

Lovely holiday

We had been to Playa Blanca several times but this was the first time staying at this hotel and we loved it. We liked the fact that the pool area was so peaceful, might not be lively enough for teenagers but suited us - really relaxing. Hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned most days, plenty of loo rolls, shower gels and a little pack containing kitchen essentials like sponge, washing up liquid. Apartments are very spacious. Aircon and WiFi included. We did have a problem with our original room after a couple of days but this was dealt with quickly and the staff and manager were really helpful. Just next to the marina, 20- 25 min walk to centre of Playa Blanca. We would definitely stay here again.

We are here on day 6. Delighted with everything. Room 215 has amazing views. Had cleaning, towel change x3 already. Been coming to PB for 33 yrs, usually Princess and Las Brisas. Tried here and what a great surprise. Perfect location.

A spacious quiet hotel on the outskirts of Playa Blanca. Close to the marina which has plenty of restaurants and handful of bars. The hotel has a large pool with tons of sunbeds and more importantly....no 6am sunbed rush !

El personal muy atento. Cuando llegamos, un poco antes de la hora de entrada, estábamos bastante cansados porque el viaje no había sido bueno, y se preocuparon de dejarnos descansar en las hamacas de la piscina y prepararon nuestra habitación un poco antes. La habitación es muy amplia, con 2 aires acondicionados separados, uno para la habitación y otro para el salón-cocina. Tanto la cocina como el baño muy bien equipados, tienen nevera grande. Las hamacas de la piscinas, muy cómodas y con una cantidad importante de hamacas. Al menos cuando estuvimos nosotros no tuvimos el típico problema de saturación que la gente baja por la mañana a reservar hamacas y las dejan todo el día ocupadas sin estar por allí. en todo momento tuvimos hamacas disponibles y la gente, muy civilizada, cuando se iban de la piscina dejaban la hamaca libre. Un lugar para repetir.

Estuvimos 2 adultos y 2 niños. Apartamento recién reformado con todo nuevo. Muy tranquilo pq creo q aun le falta ocupación pero nos vino genial para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y de la piscina por la tarde con el agua calentita. A 1 min del super para cdo faltaba algo. Genial para excursiones y por la tarde disfrutar de la piscina. Estaba acostumbrada al T.I. pero ya con 2 niños grandes es más caro Y esta opción ha salido perfecta. Recomendable. Tranquilidad de apartam. Pero todo lo necesario de un hotel. El balcón da por una lado al puerto y por otra ventana a la piscina

Hotel totalmente reformado y nuevo.

El hotel está completamente reformado desde mayo según nos indicaron en recepción. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y el mobiliario y los electrodomésticos de cocina totalmente nuevos. Las camas muy cómodas y grandes. Aire acondicionado en el dormitorio y en la sala de estar, dos smart TV... En definitiva, superó nuestras expectativas. Aparcamiento muy fácil y el personal muy agradable.

The place had clearly just been refurbished and so had an excellent appearance, especially compared with more outdated and run-down places at a similar price point. It appeared exactly as in pictures. The air-conditioned apartment was big, bright and airy and contained all the amenities expected for a self-contained apartment. As the hotel was newly opened and was not at full occupancy, we thoroughly enjoyed the quiet nature of the resort and peaceful use of the pool. Breakfast, which was included, was enjoyable and slightly varied from day to day. Reception provided amazing service throughout and also allowed us to store our luggage and continue to enjoy the pool and other facilities following check out.

Mis padres, mi pareja y yo nos alojamos en este hotel durante una semana y ha sido una estancia de 10. El personal amabilísimo, el desayuno tipo buffet increíble y con mucha variedad, las habitaciones preciosas y con una cocina de primeras calidades (el hotel está recién reformado y está todo impecable) la piscina enorme y todo el entorno del hotel está genial ya que estás al lado del puerto deportivo, un par de minutos andando, donde tienes tiendas y restaurantes, así como un centro comercial y un supermercado. Por ello, sabemos que la próxima vez que volvamos a Lanzarote, sin duda nos alojaremos aquí. Muchas gracias por una estancia maravillosa

Best holiday!

We booked this holiday very last minute with Jet2 holidays. Was a bit apprehensive given there was no reviews of this hotel, but I’m so glad we did! The hotel is practically brand new! The staff are absolutely wonderful, from the reception, to the pool attendees to the wonderful Neptunes where they serve breakfast and snacks. We were a stone throw away from the marina, where there are shops, a supermarket, bars and lovely views. We have never been to Lanzarote so did some exploring of the island and I can definitely say I would come back to this exact spot! The apartments all are well equipped with everything you could need. I came on holiday for a week with just my two boys aged 6 and 10 as my husband was working and the weather in Scotland was looking awful!! Felt safe and secure and comfortable and would do it again! Thanks so much to the wonderful staff at this hotel For making our week away fabulous!

Lovely hotel in a great location for the marina (2 min walk) and newly refurbished. A supermarket practically on site. All staff are really friendly and work hard to accommodate your needs.The beds are really comfortable and the large shower is very good. Air conditioning works really well. We stayed in room 125 which overlooked the pool. We would definitely return next year .

What an absolute gem of a hotel.

Checked in on 10/6/22 for 10 days and were not disappointed. Was a bit worry of booking a hotel with no reviews but so glad we did. Couple of tiny issues on the first day but were sorted as soon as they were mentioned. Hotel is so new that it was like being in a private villa for 10 days. It is so new that we were one of the first ones to sleep in the beds and use the sunbeds & parasols, spoilt for choice of where to sit. Was a bit concerned about the noise level (there was none) but soon got used to the tranquility. Bliss. Booked bed & breakfast and could have anything and as much as we wanted, all hand cooked and prepared as we sat having fruit, tea & coffee. Macarena really looked after us and was so friendly and helpful. In fact all the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to be there. No hesitation about booking again, really near to supermarkets and pubs & restaurants, the beach was about a 20 minute walk away. The only downside is that we had to come home. Lets hope that people don't spoil this hotel by being disrespectful and treat it as it should be. Definitely will be back.

Le personnel très à l’écoute pour vous mettre à l’aise et faire en sorte que tout se passe bien. Le restaurant est très agréable avec un service soigné. I liked absolutely everything about this hotel. I only stayed for 4 days after 10 days in Puerto del Carmen, but plan to stay much longer next year. I loved the location, especially being so close to the Papagayo area. Thank you to all the staff with a special mention for Francesca's kindness and warmth. I am very much looking forward to returning.
