• Adults from18 years on may join the Club Cordial Programme by completing the attached form. Membership is free.
• Having joined Club Cordial you will receive your Welcome Back Card by post after your 1st stay in one of our hotels.
• In order to benefit from the discount on the consumption of drinks and meals in the bars and restaurants in our establishments and credited to your room, you have to show your Welcome Back Card each time you ask for your bill.
• The associated benefits of the Club Cordial Programme are only valid in the complexes of the Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts chain and their associated establishments.
• The Welcome Back Card remains the property of Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts and is not transferable. It can only be used by the holder who is responsible for its correct use and safekeeping.
• The details and rewards offered by the Club Cordial Programme are available only to the Programme member in the room occupied by him and his companions.
• Participation in this programme can be cancelled by either party at any time without explanation. It must be in written form and confirmed by the other party. At the time of notification all types of communication will be cancelled.
• Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to exclude from its programme those members, who have not respected the participation conditions.
• Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify, totally or partially and at any time, the content or clauses of the programme. In the case of changes or modifications. Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts will endeavour to inform the holders in the shortest time possible. The current offers are those which appear on www.becordial.com.
• We reserve the right to cancel the membership of the Club Cordial Programme of any persons who do not stay in any of our establishments during 3 consecutive years from the date of the last movement, subject to written notification.
• Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts is committed to the correct use of personal data provided by members of the programme. All the information provided will be used solely for analysis and marketing purposes within Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts, likewise for the development of its Club Cordial Programme complying with the Data Protection Law. By accepting the membership form or using the card of this programme, the holder explicitly accepts these terms and conditions.
• In the case of a lawsuit, Spanish law will apply. Parties will be subject to the competence of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
