Second visit here some years apart found the apartments refurbished to a high standard. Very spacious and well equipped having a large balcony with sun loungers as well as table and chairs with the bonus of a shower out there. Three good sized pools with plenty of beds. Entertainment varied but generally good.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Toller Pool! They also offer kids friendly food but good: for example the chicken fingers are actual chicken breast sticks breaded (not the crap frozen chicken-paste you find in other places). Some things are obviously not awesome, e.g. they offer sushi from time to time and it is very basic, or the desserts are in general quite sugary / artificial (with the exception of the brownie that was really good!). In summary: amazing value for the money if you are looking for a kids-friendly place to spend your holidays.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Pools sind schön und alle beheizt. Parkplätze vorhanden. Supermarkt genau gegenüber. Super gemütliche Betten. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer gebucht und hatten auch 2 Badezimmer, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Große Terrasse mit Liegen und Tisch und Stühlen Schöne Shows am Abend.

Amazing place to stay

We spent a bit over a week at apartmentos cordial mogan valle. All staff was amazing. We had half-board and the food was good and the waiters were very diligent. Breakfast and dinner had a great variety from healthy to hearty dishes. I even received a bottle of prosecco for my birthday with a gift voucher to the spa. What a pleasant and unexpected surprise! The units were cleaned every day and the pools were amazing. There is a quiet pool for adults and several other for kids and adults. Dino supermarket is about 2 min walk away and you can get basically anything from there. Our daily visit was getting the freshly squeezed orange juice from the machine. What a treat !! The hotel is about 15 min walk from the beach and town centre . I saw some negative comments but people have to keep in mind that this is not a 5* luxury hotel. If that's the expectation, you need to look somewhere else. We can hardly wait to go back !! Thanks for the amazing experience.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was really spacious, the kitchen was pretty well equipped (although when the room was cleaned every other day, we found a couple of things didn't return, like the tea towel). The beds were really comfy and it was a bonus that the sofa bed folded out into 2 separate beds for the kids. Reception staff were really friendly and very helpful. We were missing a bottle opener when we arrived, I asked at reception and it was in our room within the hour. The spa was well worth a trip. The best thing about this hotel is the pools and facilities for the kids. 4 different pools, we loved the main pool by the bar, and the kids spent a lot of time down at the kids pool/splash park which felt really safe. We didn't manage to use the kids club but the animators were great and it didn't feel too overwhelming with the activities they ran. The carnival activities on Saturday were really fun. It's about a 15 min walk down to the port (on little legs) but also super easy to drive down as well if they're tired! The beach is really lovely, and plenty of great restaurants to enjoy by the beach and at the port. The N44 restaurant in the complex opposite the hotel was really good as well.

The staff were friendly,professional and made my birthday special. The apartment was extremely large with a fantastic balcony which had 2 sun beds, table and chairs and a shower on it. We have stayed in 5 stars hotels usually and this was as good.

Stayed here as a family of 4, nice apartment, staff very nice and helpful. Nice location. Short walk into town. We didn’t eat in the bar or restaurant but they had great evening entertainment. In all we had a lovely relaxing holiday, tennis table and pool tables in outdoor bar, pools were clean. We will definitely return here and would recommend it.

A great hotel

My wife and i stayed here for 7 nights, very recently. We had a Superior 1 bedroom apartment which had a large balcony (as advertised). It was perhaps the biggest hotel apartment we've ever stayed in. The apartment was spotless and cleaned every day. The pools were beautiful, especially the 'quiet pool' with plenty of sun beds. The snack bar was lovely and so was the Spa. Staff were great and nothing is too much trouble. The location is a 15 minute walk to the beach and 'Little Venice', which is picturesque. Taxi there brings you back for only €4.25 when you've had your fill. A great place to stay. Will be back.

There are 3 swimming pools plus kiddies splash park and for adults one of the pools is a quiet pool. Breakfasts are good. Didn’t have dinner as we like to eat out. Excellent location with short walk into centre and marina. Supermarket across the road if self catering. Small bar opposite showing all the football if that appeals. If you are on a budget you really cannot go wrong staying here. If money is no object then maybe stay in one of the hotels but personally I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The property was also in a buzzing, and beautiful town, and it was easier to travel to the inner city to explore more. The facilities were available and open most of the time, and were mostly kid-friendly which made it easier to travel with a family. The Minidisco and live music were especially enjoyable. The balcony was a great highlight of the entire stay. Kids enjoyed how spacious it was and adults were able to enjoy the weather. Great space to chill out and enjoy the Sun.

We always stay here when in this resort. Apartments are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance along with some bars and restaurants. Harbour and further restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk away, as is the bus station.

Had a wonderful holiday at the Cordial Mogan Apartments in the first week of November. Thoroughly recommend for a great value stay in a beautiful area of GC. Reception- greeted with excellent customer service from all staff. Yolanda and Nasim were very helpful with all queries and managed the check-in with professionalism. Accommodation- spacious, clean and well-equipped. We had a superior apartment for the safe and air-con. No issues with bugs or cockroaches. Saw one dead one outside in the whole time we were there. There is a schedule for cleaning & towel-changes and the apartments offer superb space for a family including a large balcony. The piano music in the restaurant opposite provides a nice ambience in the evening whilst sat on the balcony. Pool & bar areas- well-kept with lifeguard keeping the kids safe and temp absolutely fine. Great pool snack bar and kids were happy playing in both the main children’s pool and splash park. Didn’t try the other 2 pools. Animation - lovely team of young people who work really hard and gave the kids a great time. Highlight was the mini disco which the kids looked forward to every night. Spa- used a few times as it is amazing! Restaurant- buffet is excellent and very good value. We preferred the second sitting as it was quieter. There are of course plenty of restaurant options in Mogan but if you don’t want to venture out then the food at the restaurant offers plenty of choice. Thank you to Cordial Mogan Valle- we’ll be back without a doubt!

Great Place, Wonderful Stay.

We spent 5 nights in Cordial Mogan Valle Apartments last week of October to beginning of November 24. Family of four two adults and two children 15 and 4. This is the first time in a long time I have stayed somewhere and we were made to feel so welcome and looked after by all staff. The accommodation provides excellent value for money and our apartment was spotlessly clean with A/C in the bedroom and lounge area. This was a superior one bed apartment but plenty of space for all of us. The terrace/balcony was huge and has two sun loungers, table and chairs and an outside shower. We had no issues with cockroaches or bugs whatsoever. We stayed half-board and both breakfast and dinner offered a good choice and good quality food for all dietary requirements. Even lunch choices are reasonably priced. The entertainment on an evening was brilliant too. The pool area was clean and optional area of splash park for kids. We had no trouble finding loungers but may be different at peak times. More than anything we were impressed with the friendliness and service received from staff in all areas. Names which stick out are Yolanda and Aileen on reception. William, Ana and the excellent Sallem in the restaurant and bar areas were just brilliant. Sallem is one of the nicest guys I have met and went out of his way to provide a second to none service. Also all the entertainment staff were fabulous. The cleaning staff were great too and overall all staff were so helpful and polite. We were made to feel looked after to the point we did not want to leave. I’m not one for writing reviews but I could not hold back for this one as the whole place including the resort area of Puerto Mogan is just great. If you are self catering everything is close by for shopping and eating out. We had a late night flight and managed to get one of the five courtesy rooms available as late checkout was not available. Again we had access to showers and clean towels so it was no bother vacating the room at 12pm. Would I recommend these apartments? Most definitely and we can’t wait to return next year God willing. Get it booked you won’t be disappointed. Well done Cordial Mogan Valle and all your wonderful staff. Thank you all.

This was our 3rd visit as we just love Mogan and Mogan Valle. The apartment is spacious and the balcony is a great size for having meals outside or just relaxing. Pools to suit all ages and the kids loved the soft play area and evening entertainment. All the staff work so hard to make sure every need is met. We were there over Oct midterm so there was a lot of focus on Halloween for the children. This time we had breakfast included. Huge variety of foods available. The Spa is lovely and relaxing and I felt reasonably priced.

The apartment was beautiful with a huge balcony, which contained a table and 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds and even an outside shower. Lo que más me gustó fué la acogida, y en sí toda la estancia y servicios recibidos. Posee 3 piscinas una exclusiva para el disfrute de los niños donde se divertirán con un montón de chorros de agua que se conectan cada poco tiempo y divierten mucho, y su piscina apenas tiene 25 cms. Otra de las piscinas es para disfrutarla sólo adultos y se respira un aire de relax sin ruido alguno. Cogí media pensión y tanto el desayuno como la cena estuvo completísimo, y el personal muy atentos a todos. En cuanto a la animación tanto de día como de noche funciona muy bien, y con buenos profesionales. Y qué decir del Spa, absoluto disfrute en cada espacio que posee, sauna, jacuzzi, baño de vapor, cueva flotarium etc... dos horas tras las cuales se hacen cortas y sales muy relajado. Lo dicho, para repetir ya que el fin de semana pasó muyyyyyy rápido.

Muy recomendable para vacaciones tanto con familia como en pareja. Complejo bastante amplio, apartamentos bastante bien equipados en utensilios de cocina como en el apartamento ( aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, dos televisores) . En cuanto al comedor para el desayuno y la cena muy bien organizado, bastante variedad de comida y personal muy amable.

I will start by saying that we have used the Cordial Valle apartments regularly, in fact this has been our seventh visit, so obviously we love coming here. Staff have been absolutely amazing as usual. Reception team were very happy to help with relocating us to a different apartment (error on our side when booking) and I imagine this to be inconvenient for them but they appeared very happy to oblige. Great customer service. I must pay a particular compliment to one of the pool lifeguards, a lady called Margarita, who goes out of her way to keep everyone safe but also constantly engaged with smaller children in and around the pool. There are three wonderful pools and a large water area for the children to enjoy. Cleaning team do a terrific job and again are a credit to the complex. [...]

Desde que llegas a los apartamentos te reciben con una amabilidad y predisposición para que desde ese momento empiecen tus vacaciones, Ulises, Guaci, Linda, Marcos...equipo maravilloso que te da la bienvenida. Los apartamentos y las instalaciones dan lugar a que encuentres esa paz para disfrutar de tus días. En las distintas zonas de hostelería destacar William con su sonrisa y buen hacer, y a Epi y Sandra. Necesitamos alguna cosa en la habitación y nos atendió una chica maravillosa llamada Vicky. La animación ha mejorado muchísimo también. Gracias a este equipo cordial por hacer de nuestros días unas felices vacaciones. Mi marido y mis hijas sin duda repetiremos más veces.

Brilliant holiday. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. After looking at reviews on trip advisor for Gran Canaria this place came up with excellent reviews and they weren’t wrong. [...] Lovey standard apartment (no air con but ceiling fans) this was fine as temperature was mid 20s so managed but next time would push for superior room with air con. Clean, spacious everything you needed. Food lovely especially breakfast but dinner enjoyable. Lots of choice and very tasty. Staff very friendly in restaurant. Surroundings lovely, took a walk up to harbour most nights and visited the lovely gelato shop on way. Supermarket opposite very handy. Bus stop close and took trip to Puerto Rico one night for shopping. Great shopping centre there with brilliant shops and had a lovely meal. We stayed by the quiet pool every day and it was bliss. Always sun-beds and umbrellas available as you can’t reserve which is so nice. Wouldn’t go down until 10-10.30 am. Had the best holiday and would highly recommend, lots of Spanish staying which says a lot about how good it was. Already looked to book next year.

Ein großartiges Hotel! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, mit großen Terrassenbalkonen sowie mit schönem Bad und Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und das Essen, sowohl das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen, ist wirklich fantastisch. Insbesondere eignet es sich für Familien. Für die Kleineren gibt es einen Wasserspielplatz, ein Haus zum Spielen und Toben, Bastelangebote und Minidisco. Die Älteren können Billard und Tischtennis spielen. Außerdem gibt es drei verschiedene Pools, die alle ihren eigenen Charakter haben. Dazu kommt, dass der Ort Puerto de Mogan traumhaft schön ist. Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber vom Hotel, ebenso der Beginn der Fußgängerzone, die bis zur Strandpromenade und dem schönsten Teil des Ortes, 'Klein Venedig' führt. Es war unser erster Gran Canaria Urlaub und wir sind sehr glücklich, dass wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden haben.

Lovely hotel / complex, deserving more than it's three stars. It's situated away from the hustle and bustle of places like Maspalomas but close enough to visit. Next door to some nice shops / restaurants and beach. The rooms are good but expect the liveliness of a family orientated place. The staff were brilliant, being professional and friendly. Great appartement! Ninth floor. We are coming here for years now! Why? Because of the great and very large terras! Sunscreen is included and wonderful room. You can see the picures! Great kitchen were you can find enough for making a good meal! Also kitchen supply is great everything 4 times and kitchen pakket for cleaning. Large bedroom with safe and tv. Large livingroom with 2 beds for Kids and tv. Good equiped terras, table 4 chairs and shower. And two sunbeds. Great experience and only few minutes away from the beach. We don't mind the small walk. You can go to the spa or have diner at the restaurant or go al inclusive. Lovely waterpool with a very good livegaurd 'margarita' on stand-by! Kiddypool and on other end a splash-parc with whirl Pools. For the lover a silence there is also a quite pool and on the other side of the hotel a second family Pool. You will love it! If you seach for a good place with great service a large room. Take this accomodation. You won' t regret it!

La pequeña cocina americana con microondas, tostadora, cafetera y hervidor de agua es ideal para autoservicio. El supermercado está en las inmediaciones. La comida que se ofrece es buena y siempre ofrece pasta, patatas fritas y cosas similares para los niños también. En el bar hay p.e. B. Música en vivo o acrobacias y deliciosos cócteles. A destacar en nuestro caso la comodidad desde el minuto cero así como el apartamento adaptado para minusválidos, mi madre de ochenta y siete años que disfruto muchísimo, súper cómodo para ella así como la ayuda recibida y el trato desde que llegamos, el año que viene volveremos sin dudarlo, así como para los niños que fuimos también con mi sobrina y sus hijas pequeñas y lo pasaron pipa en el splash y piscinas varias, el trato del personar súper agradable, y atentos, no conocíamos la quiet pool, espectacular….

Un año más siempre supera nuestras expectativas, ambiente agradable y trato excepcional por todos el personal desde la recepción, con el detalle de la copa de bienvenida, hasta Margarita en la piscina, siempre atentos con predisposición ayudar, un lugar para ir en familia y con niños! Se lo pasaron genial! Las piscinas limpias y cuidadas, camas cómodas, opción de parking por un precio bastante económico, volveré sin pensarlo cada vez que pueda, nos alojamos en la zona habilitada para minusválidos totalmente adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida, en este caso mi abuela, 101% recomendable, mercadillo e hiperdino justo al lado, cubre cualquier necesidad éste complejo, no dudéis en venir

Had a great holiday here end of April beginning of May. Everything was great we stayed self catering and the apartment was adequately equipped for cooking or preparing a snack. Shower room was beautiful a lovely walk in shower which was green as my husband is disabled, the room had plenty of space for the wheelchair and the balcony was a brilliant size to sit and catch the sun. We were near the quiet pool which worked well for us . The staff were really lovely and helpful our flight home was late any we were worried about hubby being able to have a rest before the flight if we had to check out early in the day , we really didn’t need to worry the reception staff sorted out a late check out room for us which was also a lovely apartment. As I said earlier we were self catering and found lots of places to eat in the evening and the supermarket was just across from the hotel for snacks and pastries etc . The half board option looked great and we will definitely consider that for our next visit which won’t be too far away as we absolutely loved it here . Thanks for a lovely holiday see you soon

Estamos disfrutando de unas fantásticas vacaciones familiares con nuestro hijo, quien se lo está pasando de maravilla en las instalaciones, especialmente en Aqua Splash y el parque infantil. El hotel cuenta con tres piscinas amplias y limpias, una de ellas es una piscina tranquila, perfecta para relajarse a pesar de la cantidad de gente. Nos alojamos en un apartamento superior, que es muy espacioso y tiene una gran terraza con una ducha para refrescarse en los días calurosos. Tanto las instalaciones como nuestra habitación están impecablemente limpias. El personal es amable y recomendamos el hotel. Definitivamente planeamos volver.

Apartamentos ideales para estar en familia! Somos una familia numerosa y hemos estado genial. Apartamentos espaciosos, instalaciones cuidadas y adecuadas para niños de todas las edades, mini club, diferentes piscinas, jacuzzi, parque de bolas etc.. El entorno del apartamento y las vistas son también ideal,con acceso directo al paseo que lleva al puerto de Mogán, supermercado justo enfrente, una zona tranquila. Really lovely clean apartment with good facilities. Rooms don't need vacating until 12 noon and there is an excellent curtesy room with showers and towels to freshen up before your departure. Our 4th visit to the hotel. Lovely clean apartments. The balcony area is fantastic and spacious. It has two sun beds, table and four chairs and an outside shower. 3 swimming pools and a splash area for kids. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Nice 10 minute walk to the beach and marina. One of favourite places to.stay, will hopefully be back soon.

For our family with 2 children aged 3 and 5 years, the accommodation in this aparthotel exceeded our expectations. The apartments are spacious, well equipped, clean and regularly cleaned, our apartment included a large terrace. There are plenty of activities for children within the complex - Spash Park paddling pool, small pool, animation programs, playground. Adults have large swimming pools, evening bar, fitness, spa. There is a wonderful marina called Mala Venice, 15 min walk from the accommodation. Within a 20 min drive are the beautiful beaches of Playa Anfi del Mar and Playa de Amadores. We highly recommend this accommodation!

This was our second stay in Mogan Valle, this time we got a 2 bedroom apartment which was great, spacious and clean, 2 big bathrooms were a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was fantastic, big choice and tasty food. Our room was at the top floor which meant there was a lot of walking up and down but we didn't mind, our kids are school age so no buggies to worry about. Kids loved the pools and snooker table. The village is lovely and quiet (no parties), beach is 10 minutes away and loads of restaurants and cafes around, supermarket just around the corner. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant, we will be back again.

The overall site for Mogan Valle is large, but as apartments are in small 3 story blocks with lifts between floors(or steps) you are not aware of this in your apartment. We had superior apt which was on top floor. Good view over coloured rooftops to the sea. Apartments are huge with astroturfed balconies with table,chairs and sunbeds. Also a shower. The quiet infinity pool for adults was great. Other pools on site as well. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. Didn't eat there as supermarket was opposite main entrance for all our needs for breakfast. Restaurants around beach and port were plentiful for evening meals. Walk to beach is along a level paved pedestrian pathway...about 10-15 mins..... Lovely week and would recommend and would return.

Nos hemos alojado toda la familia este fin de semana, 14 en total entre niños y adultos. Teníamos 4 apartamentos en régimen media pensión. El personal (de recepción, de restaurantes y bar piscina, animadoras de piscina y chicas de limpieza) muy agradable y amable, dando solución y atendiendo nuestras peticiones dentro de sus posibilidades y siempre con buena cara y una sonrisa. La comida en el buffet estaba muy buena, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. Tiene 3 piscinas y una zona infantil espectacular, además de un un jacuzzi. El spa es pequeño pero merece la pena y las chicas te atienden y explican todo súper bien. A parte de repetir lo recomendamos. Un saludo a todo el equipo del cordial Valle.

My sister and I have just returned from these beautiful apartments, where we opted for bed & breakfast with a vast choice buffet style; you can choose whichever board basis suits you. Apartments are very clean, well maintained and good house-keeping service. Our apartment well equipped for self catering with lovely kitchen / lounge area with TV, bathroom modern with large walk-in shower and bedroom provided a twin bed arrangement with plenty of wardrobe space along with TV and safety deposit box. Doors leading onto a huge balcony accommodating sun loungers and table and chairs and facility of outside shower! We overlooked one of the pool areas with sunbeds always available. Plenty of lifts available too which is a bonus. Staff all pleasant and friendly; reception always welcoming and helpful whatever time of day (or night when we arrived). Lots of entertainment for children too. Apartments beautifully situated at the top of beautiful pedestrian walkway 10 minutes to the beach passing a bus terminus to everywhere and shops leading off to ""little Venice"" which is just stunning around a marina walk where you can also hop onto a daily ferry service. There is just something for everyone at a pace that suits you what more could you ask for. This was a first time to Gran Canaria staying at Cordial Mogan Valle and one of the best relaxing holidays we have had. Thank you to all the staff for their part in making it a great place to stay (especially reception). I'm already planning my next visit of many.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at these lovely apartments in beautiful Puerto Mogan. We have stayed here twice before and the standards are still very high. The cleanliness everywhere is first class. We opted for a superior apartment this time (626) and were not disappointed. It was very spacious and well furnished. A very spacious and modern bathroom, walk-in shower. In an ideal world I would have liked a bath but it was adequate. A safe is also included with no charge in the superior apartments. There was plenty of storage space in the bedroom and a small kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Of course the star of the show is the huge terrace with amazing views and a table with four comfortable chairs and two loungers. [...] I would highly recommend these apartments, we stayed as a couple in our 70s. If you have a young family, it is an ideal place to stay. Hopefully we are able to visit again next year.

Love the choice of pools and activities...perfect for families with small children and even just adults. Great splash pool and soft play provided hours of entertainment for our little toddler. And ample other activities for the older ones so look forward to bringing him back in the future! Nicely situated within walking distance of the village and beach but without being too close. Great selection of shops near by and great play ground area for kids. Staff were extremely nice...it was our second visit and felt more welcomes second time around. The care and consideration that was shown was like a warm hug. Apartments are clean and spacious with added bonus of the large outside area that felt very safe. Die Anlage ist zwar riesengroß, aber trotzdem bleibt man angenehm privat im Apartment mit Riesenbalkon. Es gibt ausreichend Pools für alle. Die Verpflegung war sehr gut und der Service immer unglaublich nett und freundlich, obwohl einige Gäste, vor allem die mit kleinen Kindern, sehr anstrengend waren und das Servicepersonal extrem hinterher putzen musste. Die Lage ist 1A, ruhig aber in prima Laufweite nach Puerto de Mogan, wo Trubel, Geschäfte und Restaurants zu finden sind.

Muy bien todo. Cogimos 1 apartamento de 2 habitaciones, y está todo moderno, con 2 baños grandes independientes, salón-cocina, y lo mejor la terraza privada con ducha. Te podías pasar ahí horas, en las hamacas, o ir a cualquiera de las 3 piscinas (la mejor la piscina del silencio, dónde te podías relajar en un ambiente de tranquilidad, no muy habitual en las piscinas). Es gibt 3 Pools, und einen großen Splash Park für Kinder, Frühstück und Abendessen sind super, es gibt genug Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, sogar eine Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Unser Appartement hatte 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern, was wirklich super ist für 2 Familien! Das Doppelbett ist riesig, 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind haben locker Platz. Bis zum Strand sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Desde mi experiencia, puedo decir que el hotel superó mis expectativas en varios aspectos. En primer lugar, la limpieza del lugar era impecable; cada rincón del hotel estaba cuidadosamente mantenido, lo que me hizo sentir cómoda y segura durante mi estancia. El trato en recepción fue excepcional (Linda y Marcos); el personal siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar y responder cualquier pregunta que tenía, lo que hizo que mi llegada y salida fueran suaves y sin complicaciones. Además, la amplitud del apartamento fue una grata sorpresa. El espacio era generoso y bien distribuido, lo que me permitió relajarme y disfrutar de mi tiempo. Por último, pero no menos importante, la amabilidad del personal fue destacable. Desde el personal de limpieza hasta el personal de servicio, todos mostraron una actitud cálida y acogedora que hizo que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable.

We collected keys from reception and received a site map and instructions on how to reach our room. Our family were also offered welcome drinks on arrival. Our 3 apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable 2 Bedroom Superior apartments. We had comfortable beds, a spacious kitchen and seating area, excellent shower rooms and huge, furnished balconies. The apartments had air conditioning, ceiling fans and safes. Our maid service was excellent with changes of towels and bed linen. There was a very good range of food available at breakfast and dinner. Staff were all friendly and helpful throughout the complex. We all felt very safe there. The overall complex was excellent with 3 pools to appeal to different age groups. Children in our group also enjoyed the kids activities club.

We have returned for our fifth time with our three children... it must be good! our kids range from 5 to 12 and there is lots of entertainment to keep them happy and busy giving us parents time to unwind and relax by the pools. The apartments are a decent size and it's unusual for a family of 5 to be able to stay together. The balconies are spacious and get huge amounts of sunshine. the weather is pretty much guaranteed throughout the year too making it an easy place to choose. the animators are fantastic and keep all the kids busy with good competitions and lots of prizes! Sara and Karolina were fantastic this year keeping our daughter entertained with crafts and minidiscos! the food at the hotel is great too, and drinks are reasonably priced. The spa is a lovely addition and a great way for parents to relax when the miniclub is on. Massage was exceptional and really sorter my sciatica and reasonably priced. The floatation pool was the most relaxed yoy could ever be. It was quiet too so really enjoyable. We hope to return again next year! Thank you!

Another fantastic holiday in Apartamentos Cordial Mogan Valle so don’t hesitate to book if you fancy some time in the sun in a beautiful little resort. Jedes Jahr wieder schön. Wir kommen bereits seit zehn Jahren ins Cordial Valle in Puerto de Mogan und sind jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Die Apartements sind schön und die Größe der Terasse sowie der Ausblick einfach überwältigend. Wir buchen grundsätzlich nur mit Frühstück da es unten im Hafen eine Menge guter Restaurants gibt wo man sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen kann und ein kleiner Spaziergang ist auch mit drin. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist direkt gegenüber so das eine Selbstversorgung durchaus problemlos ist. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zurvorkommend. Expliziet möchten wir uns diese Jahr bei Empfangsdame Linda bedanken die uns bei der Erfüllung unserer Wünsche mit viel Engagement hilfreich zur Seite Stand. Over the decades my wife and I have been fortunate enough to have stayed at a wide range of hotels and resorts and Valle in Puerto de Mogan is the only one to which we have returned four times (within a year) as it ticks all our boxes. Located about a ten-minute or so stroll down a wide tiled walkway to the golden sandy beach with its promenade and many amenities as well as the small town and marina (“Little Venice” – an excursion destination from other resorts) alternatively to walking in the sun taxis, booked from reception, are less than four pounds each way. All fully furnished apartments we have had are spacious with high ceilings and cooling fans, fully equipped for self-catering (a massive supermarket is opposite) although we have always found our half board buffet choice to be excellent. Our four apartments all have very large balconies equipped with sun beds, four-seater dining table and chairs, a refreshing outdoor shower, plastic grass flooring (good for bare feet) and both horizontal and vertical full sized sun shades. The 25 metre infinity pools are for quiet reading on sunbeds under parasols (no racing to put towels down here) whilst although not relevant for us the large freeform family pool is complemented by a children’s splash area. We are already looking forward to our fifth holiday at Cordial Mogan Valle, perhaps with our family and grandchildren.

Third visit here, last one was Sept 2023. Think it’s going to become our new ‘go to’ place in the sun. Hoping to book again for this September!! Booked a superior room, balcony massive, plenty of room for sun beds, table, etc. Also great that if needed, there is shade. [...] The centre of town / beach is approx. 15 mins walk, most of the way there is pedestrianised too.

If you like a market it happens on Friday on your doorstep. If you like your food the nearby restaurants are great Especially the Chinese on the way to the harbour. Apart from the tea bags which you will.probably bring over. Don't worry the nearby Super market called Super Dino has everything you will.need even a Gluten free selection. Cordial Mogan Valle is becoming like a second home

Back again at the Cordial Valle and it's now becoming our second home. We must have visited this delightful venue around six or seven times and it has never let us down. In fact having just stepped off the plane at home we are already planning our next trip in November. We enjoyed a sun drenched fortnight broken up by an occasional drifting band of clouds. The reception team are just as pleasant as usual and we met up again with Roberto and the returning Marcos who we haven't bumped into for several years. We noticed that prices in Mogan's restaurants are getting a bit pricey due to inflation as it all venues here in UK and abroad. So this time we occasionally took advantage of the Cordiale Valle's onsite buffet restaurant which was excellent value and provided a wide variety of meats, fish, vegetables and salads and the dessert area almost impossible to avoid, especially for the youngsters. We able to secure a one bedroom apartment higher up the complex which was nice and quiet to suit this elderly couple. The apartment itself held no surprises as we have visited the complex so many times. A bedroom with plenty of cupboard space and TV. A separate and delightful bathroom with with enclosed shower, toilet and washing area. The balconies at Cordial Valle come complete with two lilos an outside shower with plenty of space. The lounge and kitchen area are well fitted with couches another TV and cooker, microwave , cutlery, pots and pans. So we have no reason to look elsewhere when we book up for a trip to Mogan at the end of the year. Our second home here we come.

It's our second time here as our kids begged us to come back, it's such a friendly and easy hotel to relax in. Our kids have massively enjoyed the mini disco and mini club activities, big thanks to Naomi for being so friendly and energetic. The reception staff and really helpful and approachable with any queries, and while the pool and lunch bars are busy the staff are efficient - special mention to Sandra! Splash park, evening entertainment, buffet breakfast, short walk to the beach and into town. What more could you want!

If you are a family with kids or a couple or single. Cordial Mogán Valle is the place to stay in Puerto Mogan. Staff are brilliant. Just ask and if it’s in their power they will resolve your problem. Nothing is too much. Apartments are roomy and well provided. 3 pools and a splash area. Beach just a stroll away. Plenty of nearby restaurants but dining at the Cordial is good value. Well stocked supermarket opposite. Most importantly when the suns shines there is no better place to be. Be kind, understanding and flexible and you will have the best holiday experience. This was our second stay here and we love it. The large balcony, spacious rooms, super comfortable bed are fantastic. We had breakfast and most lunches on the balcony the apartment has all equipment you could need for this. Excellent almost daily cleaning service. Pools were lovely, we found them warm enough to swim in. Well situated slightly out of town, enjoyed walking into Mogan which was an easy flat walk under 10 mins. The facilities were fantastic. Our block had 2 pools to choose from. One quiet, one for active okay with children. They were a great size and plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. Breakfast was outstanding. It was the best buffet style we have experienced so far. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a comfortable walk from the port and beach, and the wall istef is pleasant, and allows for very needed digestion due to the great amount of restaurants to choose from.

[...] Cuando entramos nos sorprendió lo espacioso que era, tenía dos baños independientes, aunque fuimos con mis hijas mayores, es de agradecer tener tu intimidad. La piscina que más usamos fue la infinita nos gustó mucho y sobre todo a última hora se estaba genial. El spa y la chica que nos atendió es muy amable, el spa espectacular nos encantó, el flotarium es muy relajante. Dar las gracias a todos los trabajadores del hotel por su amabilidad y trabajo diario.

Spacious apartments with a huge balcony ! Selection of pools to choose from ( we liked the quiet pool ) staff were lovely and so helpful. Perfect location near shops and supermarket with a lovely 10 min stroll to beach. The courtesy rooms were a lovely touch and were the best I have seen anywhere. Mogan is a glorious and very pretty small resort … so much nicer than the big commercial ones. We would definitely return. Thank you

Beds very comfortable, rooms are very large and a bonus for me was our own sunbeds and tv in bedroom, lifts ate a bit confusing nut if signage was put up maybe make it easier to get to right floor maid service was very good towels changed 3 times a week and bed linen 2 times a week.

Could not fault this hotel or location for a relaxing holiday. The hotel was great, lovely welcome, room was huge, including balcony. We had a 2 bed apart for 4 people. Pool areas were clean & tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. The local area is quiet, but you have everything you need on your doorstep. A 10-minute stroll gets you into the Port area. Very enjoyable holiday. This must be our sixth visit to Cordial Mogan Valle and the apartments continue to impress us through it's charm, efficiency and the quality of the staff. As usual we went self catering which allows us to sample the hotel's food if we want or to visit several of the quality of the restaurants. We had a one bedroom apartment on the 8th floor which furnished with comfortable twin beds, a TV and lots of cupboard space. There's a lounge an a kitchen with everything you need including fridge and microwave. A separate bathroom has an enclosed stand up shower. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony with two lilos and a separate shower for an outdoor soak. As we are becoming regulars it was a pleasure to meet familiar reception members including the delightful Linda and Roberto. We are already planning our 7th visit.

Todo, al apartamento no le faltaba de nada. Tenia buena limpieza a diario, buen trato de todos los trabajadores. También había muchos juegos para los niños, bar para tomarte algo... me encanto todo... y la ubicación del apartamento. Cerquita hay un supermercado, restaurantes, tiendas, de todo... y si caminas un poco más ya estabas en la misma playa de Mogán.

Tercer año y nuevamente unas vacaciones de 10. Una atención perfecta desde la llegada. Los recepcionistas muy amables. En el bufet tanto Epi como Nadia al pie de cañón en todo momento pendientes de que todo saliera a la perfección... unas auténticas profesionales. Por la noche y en el bar piscina darle las gracias a Antonio por esos mojitos tan espectaculares. En cuanto a la animación Roberto y Naomi han hecho que los niños disfrutaran desde el momento uno con juegos, música y momentos únicos en el MiniClub. El aquagym una auténtica fiesta practicando deporte, gracias chicos. Nombrar a Margarita (socorrista), siempre amable y atenta de que todos estuviéramos a gusto. En definitiva un lugar estupendo para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das große Apartment hat zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und eine Wohnküche (mit Schlafsofa). Toll ist, dass man von jedem Raum auf die Terrasse gelangt. Diese ist sehr groß und mit Tisch, Sesseln, Liegen und Outdoor-Dusche ausgestattet! Die Pools sind alle super, besonders der Infinity-Pool in der Quiet-Zone ist hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr vielfältig, frisch und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

This stay was one of the best, most relaxing holidays we have had. We were greeted on arrival by a friendly receptionist who welcomed us to the hotel and explained where we would be staying. The place is a bit of a maze to start with but once you begin to find your way around it is much easier than it seems. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with a couple of hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster and utensils. The balcony is an excellent size, with a table, chairs and sunloungers. The general facilities of the hotel were good. There is a main pool on the lowest floor, another reasonably sized pool, a really good splash park for the children, plus an infinity pool which overlooks the local area. The main pool hosts various activities which were good fun to get involved in, in particular, aquagym, water polo and darts. The atmosphere around the pool was really nice with a mixture of languages being spoken. Everybody was smiling, joking and having lots of fun. The slightly older lifeguard enjoyed chatting to the children around the pool and was very helpful when one member of our family injured their finger. She may seem strict at first but was just conscious of everybody in and around the pool being able to have a good time. There is a pool bar which serves cocktails, drinks and basic snacks. The snack bar on floor 2 does really nice food for great prices and you can takeaway so that you can eat it by the pool. The nearby area is beautiful and really well maintained. [...] Overall, it is hard to fault the fantastic hotel, the idyllic location and the very friendly staff. We would love to return at some point in the future. Thank you!"

Tercer año consecutivo que nos alojamos en estos estupendos apartamentos para celebrar mi cumpleaños con mis padres, mis suegros y mi mujer y mis 2 niños de 7 y 3 años. En total reservamos 3 apartamentos. Es el lugar perfecto para ir con niños. Les encantan las piscinas, el splash, la animación y también la piscina para bebes que es muy amplia. Los apartamentos también son ideales para ir con niños. Totalmente equipados, muy amplios y con amplia terraza para jugar en la sombrita los ratitos de más calor. Y el personal siempre muy atento. Tuvimos una incidencia al llegar y la resolvi forma impecable. Creo que repetiremos más veces. Un gusto celebrar mi cumpleaños en un lugar así!

Eine familienfreundliche Anlage mit vielseitigen Poolmöglichkeiten. Die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kids in unmittelbarer Nähe des Speise-Bereiches wurden bestens genutzt. Einige Katzen in der Anlage sind bei den Kindern sehr beliebt und haben keineswegs gestört, oder gar Dreck verursacht. Vielseitige Auswahl am Buffet, auch bis zum Schluss wird alles aufgefüllt und frisch gehalten. Stets hilfsbereite & freundliche Menschen. Das Haus-Keeping funktionierte tadellos. Handtücher Mangel herrschte nie. Safe war bei uns inkl. (ob er inkl. ist, kann man einsehen, wenn man bucht und liest ;) ) Eine Klimaanlage im Appartement ist zu empfehlen. Kann aber auch vor Ort als mobile Lösung nachbestellt werden. Wer sich hier noch beschwert sollte besser gleich zuHause bleiben ! Wir kommen wieder! :)

Just home after an amazing two weeks at the Cordial Mogan Valle. The apartment was beautiful,spacious, very clean and comfortable. The terrace was amazing, it was huge and had space for all the family. The staff in the hotel were out of this world, so kind, helpful, polite and always had a smile on their faces. The food and drink in the bar is really good. The pool areas, spash park, kids club and kids play area were loved by our 3 kids. The spa, both the circuit and treatment, were glourious and so relaxing! The location of the hotel was just perefct,near restaurants, shops and the beach. Las instalaciones muy buenas, 3 piscinas, la zona Splash para los niños bastante amplia, segura y completa. La habitacion que nos tocó muy amplia y limpia. La zona de ocio para niños con un bar al lado bastante acogedora, el gimnasio, el spa, todo bien. Pero el secreto del éxito es el personal, desde el día de la entrada nos facilitaron todo para nuestra comodidad, los recepcionistas, no recuerdo los nombres pero un señor de pelo blanco con gafas y una joven que creo que era de Fuerteventura. La señora brasileña que nos hacía la habitación, muy atenta a todo y muy simpática. En el bar y el restaurante el personal muy correcto y amable también. Pero hay una persona que merece una mención especial y no es otra que la socorrista Margarita, super atenta a los peligros que conlleva su trabajo, haciéndolo con un temple y una educación digna de mención, lo digo con conocimiento de causa, trabajo en un resort con 5 piscinas y de verdad es que no ha visto nada igual. En fin , fueron unas vacaciones magníficas y en un alto porcentaje se lo debemos a los apartamentos en si. Volveremos el año que viene. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Maravillosos apartamentos, grandes, con una terraza inigualable. Hemos pasado 7 días en el complejo y sin ganas de irnos. Hacer mención especial a Ulises y Linda en recepción, por su amabilidad y siempre pensando en el cliente para que todo esté a su gusto. A William, es una persona encantadora con una sonrisa, un gran profesional. A su equipo, Epi, Haydi, Sandra que siempre está en los diferentes espacios de hostelería dando un servicio al cliente que mejora con creces tu paso por el complejo y que ponen nombre a sus apartamentos, CORDIAL Mogán Valle. A Vicky, camarera de piso que está siempre pendiente para que dentro del apartamento no te falte de nada y como olvidarme de Margarita, socorrista de la piscina sur que hace cientos de kilómetros alrededor de la piscina dando atención y servicio a los bañistas y sus niños. No tengo sino palabras de agradecimiento después de estos días de vacaciones. Sin duda volveremos.

La amabilidad desde los recepcionistas hasta la señora de la Limpieza que se preocupaban muchísimo que todo estuviera bien, así como la señorita del bar snack donde almorzamos, parece una familia súper buen trato. Las habitaciones eran enormes y muy limpias y nuevo. La terraza súper grande , mi hija se lo pasaba genial allí. Cercanía al supermercado muy importante lo tienes a 2 minutos caminando. Y los ventiladores tanto de la habitación como salón fueron demaravilla para el calor k hacia,. Y la zona infantil de los chorros así como una piscina donde les llega el agua por los tobillos, un sitio ideal para poder sentarte y relajarte porque no corren peligro.

Fui con mi familia y abuela octogenaria, una experiencia que repetiremos sin lugar a dudas, y que recomendaremos, es de los mejores sitios que he ido con niños, ambiente familiar y cercano, dispone de parque de bolas, Splash park, varias piscinas, minidisco etc personal atento, nos quedamos en una habitación de minusválidos, muy bien adaptada tanto para mi abuela en este caso como por la cercanía a la piscina para las niñas, por las noches animación infantil y durante el día también, está bien situado, cerca del HiperDino, centro de salud etc...... experiencia agradable y que repetiremos desde que podamos! Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren jedes Jahr ins Cordial Mogan Valle. Wir sind immer sehr zufrieden. Alleine die Grösse der Terasse mit der Aussendusche ist jeden Euro wert. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht und jeden Tag einiges zu sehen. Es gibt drei grosse Pools die für Abkühlung sorgen. Wir haben ohne Verpflegung, weil wir es toll finden morgens auf unserer Terasse zu frühstücken und abends im Hafen zu essen. Die Zimmer sind schön und die Superiorzimmer mit Klimaanlage im Sommer von Vorteil. Das Personal ist komplett sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl.

Myself and my wife ( both 60+) have just returned from a holiday in these apartments.We have been returning here twice a year for the last number of years as we like what we get, so why go anywhere else. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Linda is the name of the head receptionist and the manager Ulises is always on hand should you have an issue that needs to be resolved. From the time that you arrive and check in, the whole experience is a very happy and enjoyable one.The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything that you would need for a self catering holiday whilst also having hotel facilities if you wish to avail of these. Every year we notice that Cordial are making continious improvements in the resort and all for the guests added enjoyment. We come for the relaxation and the location and have no hesitation in recommending these apartments.And again we have booked to return in September and are counting down the days already.Also in September we will be joined by our son and his partner and their 4 year old son so the Splash Park will be in high demand.

My wife and I stayed at the Cordial Modal Valle Apartments in March and as the experience ticked every box we could not think of a good reason for our holiday in May not to repeat the experience, and the bonus was equally good weather. Travelling as a retired couple we did not use any of the very many family facilities or pools, just using the top sun deck quiet pool for relaxation with a book - at any time there were always plenty of sunbeds and parasols available. The large apartments are spacious with a very high spec bathroom and with good quality kitchen facilities, equipment and dining, lounge and bedroom furniture. As well as an outdoor dining table and four chairs the balcony has its own sunbeds with overhead and vertical full sunshades if required. We chose half board and enjoyed the wide choice of buffet food available at both breakfast and evening meal, whilst a large supermarket opposite provided everything needed for self-catering lunches. The shopping centre, also opposite, has shops, restaurants, bars and a pharmacist, although the resort of Playa Mogan is only a ten minute or so stroll down the tiled walkway – or a taxi (booked at reception down and from the taxi rank by the beach back) costs less than 4 euros. The golden sandy beach, backed by a range of restaurants and shops, is in a large manmade cove whilst to the right the area known as Little Venice is a picturesque day trip destination of its own. We look forward to a third visit to Playa Mogan and the Valle Apartments.

What a lovely place. Check in was smooth and offered a glass of sparkly to drink.The superior apartment we had on the top floor had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday, aircon, a very large private balcony with two sunbeds and table with four chairs on an artificial grass base. Even an outside shower.!We spent most mornings lying there. We didn't eat in the apartments although we were told food was OK. We had a drink in the bar and you could charge it to your room and pay later. Kitchen facilities were good, we managed a bacon sarnie one morning..lol Lovely views from balcony. Beds quite comfy. Shower very nice. Bedroom and lounge with 2 tvs, didn't watch them though. I would recommend these apartments.

Stayed at these apartments 6th to 13th May with my partner and 6 month old boy, after previously stopping here 5 years ago. I just love these apartments. We all really enjoyed our stay and will deffinetely return. This is the most relaxing hotel in the perfect village. Apartments are large with a large balcony which is almost like a garden. Staff are really nice without been too chatty. The grounds are immaculate with an almost tropical setting. Stayed bed and breakfast which has plenty of choice. We chose to eat out every night down around the beach and harbour and have some great meals. Glorious weather. Thanks again cordial mogan valle.

We stayed in room 918 superior self catering top floor Fantastic room beautiful views Very quite great pool (it’s the quite pool no noice etc there are two more family / kids pools on site so if you want a chilled holiday go for the rooms near this pool .and a balcony so large you can spend the day chilling in private on your own sun beds . The service was great very friendly staff helpful at all times . There is a supermarket just a few minutes opposite the hotel good range of fresh food . Just a short 10 min stroll to the beach Lots of fantastic bars and places to eat This is best self catering holiday I have had . Looking forward to returning next year to the same hotel . We had a wonderful 10 days at Apartamentos Cordial Valle. We were here pre-Covid and we were so glad it is still as wonderful now as it was then. Our apartment was on the 9th floor so it takes a while to sort out navigating the lifts but once you get the hang of it it's fine! The apartment was very comfortable and bigger than the flat we had in London in the 8o's! We were impressed by the cleanliness of everywhere. The best thing is the Staff. I don't think we met anyone without a smile on their faces. In particular Virginia behind the Bar on the first floor, she greeted us like old friends and really made the evenings a delight. The food in the evenings were great value for money. All in all a wonderful time. We will be back

To be honest we liked everything, the apartments are so spacious, clean, balcony lovely. The staff are so helpful and pleasant, a lovely welcome when we arrived. The facilities in the complex are excellent caters for all ages, the chill bar is so good for a sundowner. The breakfast is soo good a wide variety of food. We had a late flight and there is courtesy rooms free of charge for the guests, which was a bonus able to get a shower before we left for our flight. The marina is only 10minute walk, plenty of superb restaurants. I would totally recommend these apartments, we are definitely going back.

J ai tout aimé. Les chambres avec grande terrasse et vue sur l'océan. Les 3 piscines chauffées àdifférents etages sont superbes. L emplacement est top. 10 mn a pied de la mer par rue piétonne très jolie. Mogan est un lieu tres agréable. Nous étions en demie pension. Le petit dej est un vrai festin. Le soir c est toujours très bien, avec une spécialité canarienne différente chaque soir. Il y a du local et du moins local mais au moins il y en a pour tous les goûts. La chambre est spacieuse. Nous avons été placé en hauteur comme demandé. Plein de jeux pour les enfants. Les chambres nettoyées tous les jours et nous avons apprécié d avoir le pic nic réservé pour le soir de notre arrivée tard le soir. Salle de sport. Espace bien-être. Solarium. Des vraies vacances avec du soleil et 26 degrés toute la semaine. Je n ai pas regretté d avoir réservé ici plutôt que plus bas sur le port directament (grosse hésitation au moment de réserver) et franchement je ne regrette pas. A 800 m du port plus de tranquillité mais avec les mêmes avantages et moins cher ;) Superbes vacances. L ile est magnifique à cette période.

Such a lovely stay from the moment we were greeted in the huge luxurious lobby by friendly, helpful staff. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The balcony was great! Really big with tables, chairs, sun loungers and and outdoor shower. We were very happy to hang out there. The choice of pools was great, depending on what you were looking for. The one closest our apartment was the 'quiet pool' - lovely relaxing place to read and dip with a view of the mountains. It's about 10-15 mins pleasant walk to the beach - we went there every day.

We have just completed our annual 3 week vacation to the Cordialle apartments in Mogan Playa. We come every year for the following reasons: Attractive small, less busy town where we have made many friends. Clean self catering apartments, with rooms serviced 5 days per week! Adequately equipped kitchen space. Modern clean bathroom and shower. Very friendly knowledgable staff in all departments Near many excellent restaurants Near 2 well stocked supermarkets We do an average of 10km per day during our stay since there is an excellent walk to the beach and marina! Thriving town experience with many things to experience. Great hill walking options near by! Excellent bus service

Our 4th or 5th stay in this place that has become a second home, every January we're looking forward to our sunny break in Mogan. We love the appartements, had 4 or 5 different ones and never been disappointed, very well equipped, clean, wonderful huge south facing terrace, love the pool. Especially appreciated Rhia this year, we did yoga, pilates and stretches with her she's the most caring and entertaining young Greek and gracious Lady, she even came out to say goodbye on our last evening, hope she'll be here again next year. The location is fantastic, we can walk everywhere, love the piano bar just across the street and a treat with a massage at the sister hotel Mogan Cordial.

This is our third stay in the apartments which are built up a hillside so access is by lifts (probably twp) or stairs. Reception was friendly & helpful. The development is child friendly although we visited in term time so only toddlers around. The apartments are spacious with a reasonable sized bedroom, kitchen/ lounge & a mega balcony with room for two beds, a table & four chairs, a shower & room to swing a cat. The balcony faces west & the sun only arrives on the balcony around 1300. The apartments are an easy 10-15 minute walk into the centre which has an excess of good eating possibilities. The nearest supermarket is about 50m from reception & the stop for the 91 express service to the airport & Las Palmas is a five minute walk.

We have not long come back from a 10 night stay. We had a lovely time! We are a family of 4, with a 9 month baby and 3 year old. Pros: *pools so clean.. We would see them with cleaning machines every morning.. Crystal clear water. Cold but refreshing in my opinion. *Huge turfed balcony!! Big enough that our 3 year old could play football and our baby could sit on a soft surface. *Great having soft play next to the bar for evening.. Our boy loved going up to play and mini disco. *lovely grounds.. Trees, greenery, mountains. *perfect location... We loved the flat stroll to the beach & marina every day.

An excellent New Year break.

We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 2 children, in a 2-bed apartment. We were impressed with the space (particularly the terrace which was in the sun for most of the day)! The apartment was very clean and serviced 5 days per week, towels replaced every other day. Reception and all of the staff were really helpful and friendly - it feels like they enjoy their work and their job, it comes across as natural. There are 3 pools and an additional splash pool. They are heated, still a bit nippy to get into but absolutely fine once you're in. Different atmosphere in each of the pools, the one nearest the pool bar was very busy - the others were more quiet. You can choose according to your preference. The absolute highlight for us was watching the fireworks (22 minutes in total, wow!) at New Year's Eve - first a short display from the Radisson, and then as we understand it, a fantastic display from the Cordial group. Absolutely superb. I would also add that if you book 7 nights, you only pay for 6 - so Club Cordial is actually really good to be a part of. Thank you for a fabulous break - we very much look forward to staying with you again

We stayed here for just over a week and it had everything we needed and more. We arrived late at night and were met with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly. The apartment was spacious and cleaned regularly by lovely staff. Our son stayed on a pull out sofa bed which was in the lounge area but separate to our bedroom. The shower was powerful and the bathroom spacious. There were three pools one of which had a snack bar where we could get alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and toasties. My son and husband really enjoyed joining in with the game of pool volleyball, it would have been good if this could have happened more than once during our holiday as it was a great way to get everyone involved including the adults! The temperature of the water in all of the pools was very cold which many other guests were commenting on so could be a bit warmer. All of the staff were really friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast as there was plenty of choice including healthy options. There was plenty to do for children of all ages and different kids activities available every day. The table tennis was particularly popular with our son and other children. There is a supermarket opposite so easy to get water and a lovely bar called outlaws opposite too. There is a bit of a walk to the main area which is car free and we didn’t mind walking but this may be difficult for some. A really lovely child friendly place which is clean and has lovely staff.

Das Zimmer war riesig. Die Terasse is mega gross. Selbst eine 6 Köpfige Familie findet Platz in einem 4 Köpfigem Zimmer. Reichlich Pools zur Auswahl und der splash park is perfekt für kleine Kinder. Es gibt viel animation und einen kleinen mini club. Das personal ist super freundlich. Das einzige, was uns störte, war, dass es in den Fluren des hotels immer nach Katzenppipi gestunken hat(uberall laufen katzen rum). Und schwierig is es, den passenden fahrstubl zu finden

Our second great holiday at the lovely Cordial Valle apartments. We stayed on the 8th floor on the south side of the complex and were very kindly allocated the same room as on our last visit. ( we emailed our request the week before). As before our room was very clean and comfortable providing everything we needed to make our breakfasts , snacks etc . The apartment was cleaned and towels and linen changed regularly by very friendly staff. I enjoyed a daily refreshing dip in the pools which are all well maintained and clean. There is really nothing to dislike about the Cordial Valle and I’m sure we will be back soon.

My wife and I have just returned from our 6th visit to these apartments, we were there celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and as usual we were not disappointed. The whole complex is kept spotless and all members of the staff are excellent from cleaners to reception. We had asked if it was possible to be allocated a high up apartment on the South end and this was facilitated for us, which we very much appreciated. On our day of departure we had requested to keep our room for late departure ( 36 Euro charge ), the receptionist at first said this would not be possible but called our room 30 minutes later and said she had made some rearrangements and we would be able to stay on. If you're thinking of Gran Canaria for a vacation, we'd thoroughly recommend the Cordial Valley Mogan. You won't be disappointed.

Our fourth visit to this complex. We booked self catering and a superior room. Apartment was well equipped but if you are self catering there is no oven. There is a four ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee filter machine and lots of pots, pans, cutlery etc.Rooms cleaned five times per week. Hotel was spotless and as always received a great service. We will definitely be back for our fifth visit. Thanks for another wonderful stay. Ps. Loved our holiday here, such a beautiful, picturesque place, blue sea and amazing mountains. Some of the hotels are very high and the roads by coach pretty scary at times, however the drivers themselves are amazing. Some hotels quite a walk from shore and not all have a beach as there are lots of cliffs /rocks etc, so take a look at specific hotel reviews and pictures before booking. Book bus and taxi services and each area usually has a shopping centre and facilities. Many of the beaches, which can vary vastly in size, have water sports, sunbed hire and food restaurants on the sea front which are all ok prices, however you will be approached by most restaurants as you walk past trying to draw you in. Take a look at the menus as the prices can get high for a family eating. All in all we had a lovely family holiday with amazing views , was hot but always a nice sea breeze. Take care in the sun it can burn faster than you think as the wind chill makes you think its cooler than it is. Quite a trip by coach from airport if you don't like winding roads etc and depending on order or hotel drop off can take up to 2 hours journey. However worth the trip. Check out the boat trips as you really get to see the mountains in their full glory. One thing we noticed when we were there was that there were very few flies or any mosquito! Bonus!

Desde hace varios años vamos a estos apartamentos a desconectar con los niños y cada año salimos más contentos. Desde la llegada hasta la salida todo ha sido de 10. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Muchísimas gracias a la recepción por su trato en todo momento, incluyendo cuando nuestro hijo tuvo otitis y necesitamos de ellos para informarnos y que nos prestaran un termómetro. A Margarita la SOS de la piscina, que es una gran trabajadora, y siempre atenta para que nadie tenga un percance. También nos orientó con el centro de Salud para llevar a nuestro niño. Y al personal de limpieza, Cristina que fue quien nos atendía en la limpieza de la habitación, muy eficiente y amable. Gracias y sin duda ahí estaremos en nuestras próximas vacaciones como cada año.

Fantastic apart hotel. Superior rooms are great, with AC and modern furniture. Awesome balconies which are huge, and have an outside shower (in addition to the great shower inside). Fantastic swimming pools, with a great little splash park for younger kids. There's a little playground, soft play, table tennis, gym, beauty spa, and kids club. Evening entertainment is good as well. Location is superb, a 10 mins walk from the beach and marina, and 2 mins from a super Dino. We highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely be back again.

Wir wollten ein paar Tage mit Kleinkind relaxen, dafür war das Apartment perfekt. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und trotzdem findet man sich leicht zurecht und kommt schnell überall hin. Das Apartment ist geräumig und bestens ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Einzig das Schlafsofa war etwas hart. Wir hatten alles was man benötigt. Safe im Schrank. Deckenlüfter in Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer. Unsere Wohnung lag direkt auf Poolebene sodass wir nur rauslaufen mussten und am Pool waren-> top für Kinder, Eltern müssen gut aufpassen. Zwei Sonnenliegen und Esstisch mit Stühlen im Aussenbereich der Wohnung vorhanden. Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Tägliche Reinigung der Wohnung durch das Personal, Handtuchwechsel Mo, Mi, Fr. Der Kühlschrank könnte jedoch etwas größer sein. Das spontan zugebuchte Frühstück war mit 13,50€ pro Person kein Schnäppchen, aber sein Geld wert. Das Buffett war sehr umfangreich, es hat nichts gefehlt. Top ist die Möglichkeit sich Omelette oder Spiegeleier braten zu lassen nach Wunsch. Der Kaffee könnte aber besser sein. Insgesamt kommt man als Selbstversorger preislich jedoch besser weg. Das Personal im kompletten Haus war immer aufmerksam und mehr als freundlich, dafür ein sehr großes Lob! In das idyllische Örtchen kommt man ganz einfach in ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg, der direkt an der Anlage beginnt. Auf dem Weg 5 Minuten entfernt ist ein Supermarkt (Superdino) und es liegen die ersten auch guten Restaurants dort. Kostenlose Parkplätze an Straßen vor der Anlage. Wetter war durchgehend sonnig und warm (30°C+x) Von hier kann man problemlos den Westen, Südwesten, Süden und Osten der Insel erkunden. Wer länger fahren will schafft auch die ganze Insel.

Die Anlage ist an den Hang gebaut, jeder Block hat drei Etagen, insgesamt geht es bis zur 9. Etage. Fahrstühle und Treppen sind vorhanden. Je nach Lage des eigenen Apartments sind die Wege relativ weit. Schöne Bepflanzung in den Außengängen. Viele Familien mit Kinder aller Altersstufen, daher nicht ideal für Singles / Paare. Es gibt aber einen Quiet-Pool.

El apartamento que nos tocó fue en la planta baja al lado de la piscina, los niños salían y entraban sin peligro alguno. Todo muy limpio no vi ni un bichito en el apartamento, además fumigación una noche el jardín. El jardín súper cuidado y muy tranquilo por la noche. Magnífica estancia para estar en familia, en especial con los más peques de la casa. Su maravillosa terraza permite disfrutar de la tranquilidad tan necesaria y con el mejor clima del mundo. Muy contentos, han superado nuestras expectativas con creces. La mejor opción sin duda, personal cercano amable y atento, desde recepción hasta el últim@ camarer@. La amplitud del apartamento y la comodidad nos encanta, baño moderno y ducha con presión. Cocina completa para preparar cualquier cosa. Su gran terraza es lo mas de lo más, amplia, íntima, en ocasiones hacíamos baño en la piscina y subíamos a tomar el sol en ella por la intimidad, sacábamos un helado, snacks, bebidas y a la hamaca, en la gloria, encima tiene su ducha para refrescarte si el sol aprieta mucho.... la comida muy variada y rica para todos los gustos, fresca y con calidad, buffet con todo cerca como para ir varias veces a degustar, momentos con bastante afluencia pero muy bien organizado todo, sin esperas de ningún tipo. The staff are amazing and make you feel so welcome upon from your return to your departure.Nothing is too much trouble and if something isn’t right they will try their best to make it right,& quickly. The spacious apartment type that we will continue to book when we stay again.Waking up to the knowledge that you will have an amazing choice at the buffet breakfast & again be well looked after during your time in the restaurant. The choice of pools is also a winner for us. Families can enjoy the South pool with its child friendly splash pool whilst the North pool is a little more grown up .We enjoyed the Quiet pool this time and used it on most days.

Just back from 10 days in the apartments. Another great holiday. We missed coming for 4 years with Covid. We did half board and the food was very good for a buffet. Also my daughter is coeliac so they were very good at catering for her needs. William in the restaurant was super helpful and efficient as always. Hadi in the bar was wonderful and also Fran. A special mention for the wonderful Marco and Adrianna in the animation club. They were wonderful with the kids and loved going to mini club. This is an excellent accommodation for families with a Super Dino straight across the road and a 10 min walk to the beach. The evening entertainment is always good at the weekends but as it’s not high season yet there is a mixture of really good acts and then cheaper budget stuff. I’m sure come July and August there will be a bigger budget to have super entertainment every night. Miss this place already.

Modern, clean contemporary apartment. good sized balcony, great location, great selection of pools, enjoyed playing pool & table tennis. The complex was very well maintained, loved the mix of having ‘hotel’ facilities / services with self catering. Reception very helpful, we were given the use of a courtesy room on our final day as had a late flight & taxi for airport transfer arranged without issue.Puerto de Mogan itself a very pretty & easily walkable place that is well placed for transport options to visit other locations if needed.

Our son has special needs, so we had several requirements when doing our holiday search - self catering, 2 bed apartment, great facilities (including kids club) and option to eat on site, if needed. Happy to say they ticked all the boxes and very much exceeded all of our expectations - we had such an amazing time and already planning our return visit next year. Can't recommend highly enough.

Our 5th. time here and our first post covid trip. Just as good as ever and rooms appear to have been refurbed. Rooms cleaned on a regular basis and all staff are very friendly and helpful. We just love Mogan and wouldnt think of staying elsewhere.

Good evening entertainment and fun place for families!

We stayed here over Easter and it was a welcome break with a young family. We could choose the pool or beach and didnt have to use the car except to explore away from the heat for a couple of hours! The staff were very friendly. The cleaner was trying to learn english and very helpful (room 932). The entertainment. The entertainment people in the kids club - marco and ariadna i think - were a lot of fun and the restaurant staff such as william and hidl (?) And the man from venuzeuela were great with the children. Soft play after supper a bonus! Our room had good views and the beach is lovely - not too far to walk. Useful to have a well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket so close too. Food was good and varied. Particularly liked the canarian dishes. The pools were warm but the big one near the splash pad felt a little cool when you first went in as it was so hot! We would recommend it and we dont usually go to hotels like this.
