Worth a visit, a lot quieter than other resorts

Excellent resort in an up & coming location. Our first time in Arguineguin which is a lot less developed than other resorts. Great place for surfing or just watching massive waves. The Cordial Santa Águeda was a great place to stay. Spacious apparent that was very well equipped. On site supermarket was very well stocked. All the staff were helpful & friendly. I highly recommend it.

Die Appartements sind sehr geräumig und haben eigene Terrasse. Frühstücksbuffett ist ausgezeichnet. Zur Playa kommt man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten über eine breite Promenade. Bis zum Yachthafen 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

A Dream Vacation!

This was our second time at this beautiful resort. We stayed at an ocean front villa that was perfect for 7 people! The view from the villa is stunning! Falling asleep listening to the ocean was amazing! We have created so many special memories! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially Ramona and Heidi! A lovely relaxing week

We visited Sandy Golf Bungalows from 14-21 February 2026 with our teenaged daughter to rest and recharge our batteries in the sun after all the UK rain. It was the perfect place to do this. Beautiful heated pool with a relaxed atmosphere where we could always find sun loungers. Plenty of varied food with themed evenings throughout the week. Clean, comfortable, well equipped bungalows with pool towels provided. We caught the free hotel bus to Maspalomas beach and shops a few times. It runs frequently and is only a short ride to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a lovely week Sandy Golf!

Family Vacation

I would just like to start by saying staff were amazing especially a lady called Ramona at reception. Location is a little remote nice walks to a small beach town, if you are wanting something a little more lively you can visit Puerto Rico, very nice bars,shops and resturants about €20 each way in taxi. We hired a car at reception so we could see what the Island had to offer. This was done at reception, would recommend you book prior to arrival as cars were limited(Avis). Beach club is very nice, free during the week, half price at weekends, I can imagine this being busy in summer months. Rooms are nice enough, and have the basics you need to cook, there is a Spa on site that sells everything you need, added bonus there is an area that does ice cream, coffee sandwiches crepes & waffles with the kids enjoyed an a reasonable price. All in all, we had a great vacation, first time visiting Cran Caneria and would return.

This was our second February half term at Cordial Santa Águeda and once again it delivered in every respect. We travelled with our 12 and 9 year old and it is genuinely difficult to consider booking elsewhere when we know exactly what standard of holiday awaits us here ✨ We stayed in an ocean-front villa and the setting is exceptional. Family friendly resort with everything you need right onsite

The beach club and other facilities is great! We enjoyed our daily breakfast and made use of the conveniently located onsite Spar and ice cream shop. The gym is well equipped with plenty of space. We loved our daily stroll down to the waterfront to watch the surfers in the water, beautiful sunsets in the evening too.

Ofrecen el servicio de desayuno a cualquier persona que quiera ir sin necesidad de alojarse en el establecimiento, la verdad que es una experiencia muy recomendable. Todo el personal muy amable, desde la recepcionista que nos recibió hasta la cocinera y el camarero que estuvieron atentos en todo momento a si necesitábamos algo. Hemos estado 10 días y podemos decir que todo genial. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa, todo el personal es amable y cercano. Cabe destacar el servicio del desayuno con Alex, Ismael y sobretodo Chaxi, una excelente persona y profesional, más atenta imposible. Hemos estado alojados 10 dias en este maravilloso Resort...es un lugar tranquilo donde las instalaciones son geniales!! Everything in the four-person room with two bedrooms was excellent. The apartment had two toilets, two bathrooms, and one shower located between them. In my opinion, it looked even better than in the hotel photos. The spa was well equipped with everything you would expect in a hotel, and there was also a café inside with delicious ice cream. The restaurant was comfortable, and you could also eat at the bar by the swimming pool if you wanted to spend the whole day at the hotel and relax. The water in the children’s pool was pleasantly warm, and there were many other very nice facilities.

Very comfortable apartment for a family 2+2, two bedrooms, two toilets, nice area outside to sit and relax, comfortable beds, well-equipped place. Great location - 7 min walk to the town with shops and restaurants, 10 min walk to the port to take a ferry to nearby bigger towns (eg Porto Rico) to go for dolphin search or do water sports. Spar open till 21 with anything you need, so no need to go shopping far away. Quiet and safe. Very friendly staff, free parking, a lot of space, great walking promenade to watch surfers in the morning, nice swimming pool in the beach club, great food in restaurants (both evening and the pool bar).

Fuimos expresamente a desayunar, pues sabíamos que aceptaban clientes no hospedados en el hotel, el trato del personal fue maravilloso, desde la recepcionista que nos recibió muy amable y nos acompaño hasta la mesa, hasta el camarero, la cocinera que estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento a si necesitábamos algo. I just went for a long weekend, and I had a great time. The resort has a beautiful swimming pool , with restaurants and a bar. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Near the resort there is restaurants and bars as well. Really easy to travel from the airport. I definitely recommend it.

Great base for a cycling holiday

This was a great base for our cycling holiday in Gran Canaria. Resort was in a great location next to the sea, and an easy walk into Arguinigin. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, and felt very spacious for 3 adults. We enjoyed swimming in the sea, but be aware the closest beach to the resort is stony rather than sandy. There are sandy beaches available a short walk away. There's an on-site supermarket and cafe, the supermarket sold everything we needed to make meals on the nights when we chose to cook for ourselves. Resort staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect winter sun!

We arrived 20th January 2026 as family of 6. 2 adults and 4 children agreed between 13 and 10. From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were absolutely amazing! The rooms are perfect for large family’s with an open kitchen and dining area and a dinning area outside in our private garden. The pool above our room (small infinity pool) is perfect for the kids as it’s not very busy! We were happy with this as it was then we entered the beach club and were absolutely blown away. Free drinks on arrival each morning 4 free sun loungers and a massive infinity pool for all the family. The food and cocktails inside are also delicious! We literally cannot fault this place one bit! The hotel is a bit out of the way from any major towns e.g Puerto Rico, Mogán etc but €15 in taxi will take you to either. This was a perfect get away for us and the kids.

We visited here over the Christmas Period from 21st - 28th December. The accommodation is clean, and has everything you need and more, friendly staff and very polite. The location is very quiet, but plenty our places to visit. The amenities on site were fab, the Spar on site has everything and more than you need. The beach club provided a very relaxed vibe and beautiful atmosphere, tho i did not like the cocktails. The place was extremely great for value and would return.

What a place! Staff have bent over backwards for us here. The chef is brilliant and will make you anything for breakfast (within reason) Our room has its own pool, which is a massive bonus with a young child but the two main pools are also amazing. The atmosphere is calm and friendly, with excellent service to your sunbeds, which overlook an infinity pool and a sea view. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern and the on site options for food and drink stack up well. I highly recommend this resort and hope to come again. 5

We had a three bed villa overlooking the ocean. The resort was amazing and guarenteed sun loungers at the beach club each day. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was amazing but it was only a short walk to cafes and restaurants in the town too. We found a little sandy beach just 6 minutes walk. It was convenient to have the little spar on site. We had a lovely week in the sun here.

Currently ending our 2nd visit to the Cordial Santa Agueda Resort and Perchel Beach club. We returned this year after a fantastic stay in Oct 24. A great start as we didn't loose our passports this year when we arrived! (Long story) The Resort is stunning and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a 2 bed classic apartment (2017) this year & cannot fault it. It was fully equipped with everything you needed, including washing pods & dishwasher tablets. What really makes this resort amazing is the staff!! From reception staff, the cleaning staff at the apartments and the reception staff, waiting staff and the lifeguard at the Perchel club all are extremely friendly and helpful. They remember you & always greet you with a smile

We absolutely loved this accommodation. We arrived later so weren’t sure where the reception was but met other guests who showed us. They immediately said “you will love it here” and we do. I was nervous after booking having read the reviews. Firstly the cement factory, I cannot believe it is such a cause for concern. It is in the distance, never heard it or smelt it?! It probably provides much needed employment for locals so that’s good news for the island I am sure. Change your perspective and be positive we feel! Accommodation great, smart, modern and roomy. Provided dishwasher and washing machine tabs and each apartment has a washer and dryer behind your room (outside in an enclosed unit). Cleaning done daily so much so some days we said no need thanks! Gym REALLY good we used most days. Our teenage sons loved the table tennis. We used the beach club quite a lot and we really rated it. Definitely felt like a bit of luxury. We only booked once, other days we either went on a waiting list to get a WhatsApp to tell us there was space or did other stuff and went along at 2/3/4pm and then we always got in. Used the bus loads (so easy) and cheap and air-conditioned! Went to Melonares/Maspalomas/ P Rico/Mogan Mall (great food places especially the Indian was especially good!) and smart. Did the boat ferry to P Mogan, lovely place but a bit of a problem with a sewerage smell which was u fortunate but we still managed a day there. Beautiful little place. We really rated the whole holiday. We had a good mix of doing stuff and chilling. Didn’t use the actual pool here at our apartment block and it didn’t look so appealing. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here if you want a nice, smart, relaxing vibe with a beautiful beach club that you will definitely use at times and not have to pay extra for. Arguinegan is a small walk and has some restaurants which seem fine. Nice to be somewhere less kiss me quick and more local. Go on book it!!

Somos una familia de 2 adultos y 1 niño de 2 años. Hemos estado en este resort 10 noches y ha sido un acierto. Buscábamos apartamento de 2 habitaciones pero con servicios de hotel y es justo lo que queríamos. Las habitaciones muy amplias y confortables con cocina completa equipada, lavaplatos, etc. Además nos facilitaron cuna + trona. El hotel cuenta también con un pequeño supermercado con panadería, heladería, lo que es un plus por si necesitas algo. El aire acondicionado funciona genial y el staff de limpieza super bien. Cada mañana nos hacían la habitación y cambiaban toallas en caso de necesitarlo. El hotel cuenta con 2 piscinas (una para niños y otra infinity con vistas al mar). Luego está el Perchel Beach Club que es un club anexo, en el mismo recinto del hotel, al que puedes entrar gratuitamente de lunes a viernes si estás alojado en el hotel. La verdad es que es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de sus piscinas, hamacas, daikiris y ver la puesta de sol. Además cuenta con varios restaurantes. A destacar ""la Arroceria", con su arroz de carabineros, que estaba muy rico. Todo el staff del hotel han sido muy amables con nosotros y nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Special "Thanks" to Eugenio, pero sin olvidar a Ramona, el front desk del perchel y el staff de F&B y limpieza. Lo recomendaremos y esperamos volver pronto!

Villa ideal y Club Perchel plan perfecto para familias Nos hemos alojado 10 noches y hemos estado fenomenal. La villa muy amplia, espaciosa, con todo lo necesario. Cocina completa, dos aseos. Terraza amplia con mucha vegetación y privacidad. Necesitábamos cuna y dispusimos de ella en todo momento. Todo el personal muy simpático y con comunicación muy fluida en caso de necesitar algo por parte de ellos. Hay un supermercado que dispone de todo lo necesario, además de cafetería, heladería. Es perfecto. Y cuenta con una piscina profunda y otra pequeña para niños, con espacio para algunas hamacas, que hacen la función si te quieres refrescar. Lo mejor es el club Perchel. Pudimos acceder y la verdad que la experiencia fue muy buena. Perfecto para ir con la familia y amigos, pasar el día, tomarte algo… De nuevo el personal muy atento, especialmente Eugenio. Volveremos seguro.

We didn’t use any of the restaurants (two fussy eaters) so we went to Mogán Mall in Puerto Rico most evenings as they loved the shopping centre and plenty of places to eat, even McDonalds. Als große Fans der Cordial-Gruppe hatten wir auch an das Hotel Cordial Santa Águeda in El Pajar hohe Erwartungen – und sie wurden in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Wir haben die Villa mit zwei Familien bewohnt und hatten rundum genug Platz. Die großzügige Aufteilung, die moderne, hochwertige Ausstattung und der eigene Pool haben für absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre gesorgt. Alles war top gepflegt und blitzsauber. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: ein riesiges Buffet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt – frisch, lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders angenehm war, dass der Frühstücksraum nie überfüllt war. Es herrschte stets eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre – perfekt für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Auch der Infinity-Pool der Anlage war nie überlaufen. Es war immer ruhig und entspannt, sodass man in aller Ruhe schwimmen oder einfach die Aussicht genießen konnte. Ein ganz besonderes Extra war die Möglichkeit, von Montag bis Freitag die Liegen im angrenzenden Perchel Beach Club kostenfrei mitzubenutzen. Das war für unsere Kinder ein absolutes Highlight und auch wir Erwachsenen haben es sehr genossen – eine tolle Erweiterung des Angebots! Nicht zuletzt ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team: Immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Selbst bei Kleinigkeiten wie einer Frage zur Klimaanlage oder dem Austausch einer Glühbirne wurde sofort und unkompliziert geholfen – mit echter Herzlichkeit. Die Lage in El Pajar ist ideal: ruhig, direkt am Meer, mit authentischem Flair – und dennoch nah an Arguineguín oder Maspalomas, wenn man mehr Trubel möchte. Unser Fazit: Dieses Hotel ist ein echtes Juwel. Wer Stil, Ruhe, Qualität und erstklassigen Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Me and my friends stayed here for a week, and had a great time. Our apartment was spacious, with good amenities and a nice little terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics, making it easy to cook for yourself if you don't fancy eating out. The staff was amazing, we were checked in and taken care of by Maria Adriana, and she was an amazing host, helpful and accommodating. The hotel pool was not too busy, and the beach club was a nice addition, with amazing food and drinks. Easy bus links to Puerto Rico and Maspalomas for those who want to have a night out or chill by the beach, the town is perfect for those who want to have a peaceful holiday.

No vimos ningún insecto, como cucarachas que es muy común en la isla, ni siquiera en la zona exterior, está muy bien fumigado. El personal super amable, Ramona en recepción, Mónica y Chaxi en el desayuno, Yanira en limpieza, el piscinero, y todos los trabajadores en general, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. Hay un supermercado en el complejo y una crepería-heladería. Se puede entrar al Perchel gratis entre semana. Nos ha encantado y volveremos a repetir.

Somos una familia de Las Palmas, elegimos Cordial Santa Águeda por las buenas críticas que nos llegaban de amigos. Fuimos con expectativas altas pero aún así este lugar y sus trabajadores las superaron. Al llegar Ramona nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y cercanía y nos explicó todo con paciencia. Las instalaciones son espectaculares, nueva, camas cómodas, aire acondicionado, limpieza excelente. Cada día vienen a cambiar toallas y hacer las camas y a dejar el apartamento limpio. La piscina es climatizada y el piscinero pasa todas las noches mañana a revisarla con mucha amabilidad. El desayuno muy rico, nada masificado, he de destacar a Mónica, nos atendió de manera extraordinaria, nos hizo sentir como en casa, siempre con una sonrisa y con buena energía. Chaxi, otra compañera que estaba en cocina fue muy agradable y eficiente, nos hacía los mejores huevos y tortillas de la isla, siempre al gusto. Venir a pasar unos días de relax en este entorno extraordinario y que encima te traten tan bien, no tiene precio. El primer día la nevera no enfriaba y el chico de mantenimiento enseguida nos la cambió por otra. No hay ningún insecto, ni cucarachas, ni hormigas, està perfectamente fumigado. Este lugar ha sido de los mejores en los que hemos estado. Repetiremos pronto! Porque lo que pagas lo vale.

Enjoyed a fantastic time here. Staff have been super helpful. Our room was cleaned daily, not what we would normally have in self catering, clean towels left daily. Accommodation is wonderful all modern appliances and furnishing. The resort is well kept and the gym is great for a resort gym. Spa shop is well stocked though two large supermarkets are only ten minutes walk away. The beach club is stunning, staff are very attentive, The food is amazing at the beach club. The walk into town isn’t the nicest and the town is a little tired with very few restaurants, this we didn’t mind as we cooked at home on several days. We caught the bus to Puerto Rico which was really easy from town and cost just over ten euro for the five of us. So to sum up we have had a lovely stay, this isn’t the resort if you want lots of restaurants and nightlife, it’s great for a chilled holiday with gorgeous weather, high end self catering accommodation with a stunning beach club.

An amazing first experience of a "luxury" holiday. The resort is absolutely stunning and the apartments are amazing. Our daughter had her own room and toilet! The resort is quiet in the evenings which suited us. The roof top pool is great and it is fabulous being able to use the Perchel Beach Club during the day free of charge except bank holidays and weekends when you only have to pay 15 Euros pp for a sun lounger. There is a gym, spa and a shop which doubles as an ice cream parlour. Many thanks to the lovely Ramona for being so helpful. We wish we could take you home with us! Everyone at the resort works so hard to keep everything running like clockwork. The breakfasts were superb and dinner at the Beach Club magnificent. Thank you all so much!

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The place is spotless and the staff are all so lovely. Every room has a TV with Netflix prime and YouTube ect. WiFi is very good in the rooms and the kitchen has everything you need except an oven but that didn't bother us. Beds are very comfy Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels everyday if beds needed changed you just have to ask the cleaners and it's no problem to them,Monica is a wee gem. Dishwasher tablets and wash pods are supplied also which is great The hotel is abit out of the way from all the hustle n bustle but you can get a bus or taxi into neighbouring towns like Puerto Rico ect and some lovely wee food spots down at the sea front. Spar onsite is great for all your needs and have a lovely wee deli and crepe station which is delicious. They're is also a hyperdino supermarket 10mins walk from the hotel Pools are great and lifeguard at them at all times and plenty of sunbeds to do everyone. There is an infinity pool and baby pool on the rooftop of the classic apartments and over at the beach club which is stunning has a large infinity pool, a splash park, a small park and 2 big chess boards. Food n drinks there are beautiful. I will defo return to this resort.

We stayed in a villa and it was beautiful a really modern build, lots of room and spotless. The pool was lovely lots of loungers and patio furniture made the space a really lovely place to hangout. Views of the ocean so pretty to wake up to . We also used the beach club which is just fabulous with its infinity pool, great cocktails, lovely lunches and nice background music. No matter how busy the resort was it never felt it because it’s so well managed. The staff are wonderful nothing is a problem and they really do make you feel like a VIP. Very very nice place, very comfortable and huge layout, perfect for 2+2, small but very usefull swimming pool and private backyard. You can park directly to the door with your car. The breakfast is OK, they try to change a little bit every day, but is very nice to have. The close factory is not a problem at all unless your apartment is facing their... The beachclub is nice, good to have, also the hotel pool is usable. The gym is usefull, well equipped, the kidsroom is nothing special, the tabletennis is good. It is far enough from the croud, but easy to reach everything on that cost. The SPAR is very well equipped, and not overpriced, you can really have everything what you need! Daily cleaning! Really perfect!

We are currently half way through our holiday just now, and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! After working in travel for 16 years I have been fortunate enough to do a fair bit of travelling, and I would say this has been one of the most quiet relaxing holidays we have ever had. We are staying in a deluxe villa as a family of three, the villa is immaculate with everything you could possible need, my husband and myself have lay by our pool all day with the sun in our garden from early till late, while our teenager spends the day on the roof top terrace, typical teenager lol all of he staff we have had the pleasure of encountering have been first class. Especially the lady at reception who booked us in. The spar onsite has everything you need for a self catering holiday at reasonable prices. All in all this place has been bliss and I would highly recommend.. 100% will be returning!

I cannot rate this place highly enough!! I’m so sorry to be leaving today. We spent a wonderful week here as a family of 5 (2 adults, kids 1, 7. &8). The self catering 2 bed classic duplex apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. We cooked in the kitchen which is very well equipped on 4 nights and eat at the beach club restaurant on 2 occasions (the food was great and not over priced). We loved the on-site spar with its ice cream parlour with freshly made waffles and crepes. Top quality and not overly expensive. The staff in this hotel could not be better. All spoke great English, cleaning staff did a great job and Heidi at reception is a wonderful warm person who goes above and beyond to help her guests. We hope to see you all again soon! Die Unterkunft “classic Maisonette” ist genau wie beschrieben. Ein Schlafzimmer und Bad oben, eins unten. Wir hatten Glück und haben die Wohnung 2029 direkt gegenüber vom Beachclub bekommen - diese hat einen Balkon. Das Frühstück ist wirklich super - ein paar mehr vegane Optionen wären noch toll. Den Pool auf dem Dach haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Fläche sieht aber einladend und schön aus. Der Supermarkt auf der Anlage inklusive Eisdiele ist super. Außerdem gibt’s Richtung Strand noch einen Kinderspielplatz. Der nächste Sand-Strand ist 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Personal ist durchweg super freundlich! Wir waren total zufrieden mit unserem Kurzurlaub.

Modern, clean apartments, everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. Our apartment was ideal for a family of four and we all had plenty of space. Staff were polite friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The beach club was excellent and an excellent addition to the accommodation. Aguineaguin is a short 10 minute walk away where we found plenty of choice to eat out. This is not a typical touristy resort and more of a locals town which is part of its charm. The walk in could do with a bit of cheering up and extra lighting. We found the restaurants welcoming, non pushy and enjoyable. We hired a car which I think staying here is essential especially if you want to visit the close by towns of Mogan, Costa Rica and Maspalomas. Getting about is easy, the roads are much better than the UK and less busy. We headed into the mountains to ride the camels which was very entertaining, the views were stunning. All in all we couldn't fault the accommodation and the beach club. The onsite Spar was great, everything you could need and very reasonably priced (!.30 euro for my morning americano). The cleaners work hard here and always smiled and were polite, we didn't need our apartment cleaned every day but the option was always given. The weather was perfect (22-28) all week and now I am unfortunately back home with the temperature at 5oc.....wish I was still there....thanks for a great holiday!!

Beautiful place to stay for first family holiday with a baby. The staff were very friendly and efficient and we had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was excellent every day with lots of choice, and our apartment was kept nice and clean. We had our own hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, lounge with tv, and garden area with a nice little pool and sunbeds. The two bedrooms were on different floors, each with their own bathroom with a brilliant rainfall shower. All really helpful when looking after baby. The beach club was so beautiful with a stunning infinity pool! A lovely spot to swim and relax. Fantastic kids play area with water features. The hotel also had another nice rooftop pool with a shallow part for kids to splash in and good comfy sunbeds, and in the basement there is a big gym with showers. A couple of great restaurants too and easy to drive to other parts of the island for a day out. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A last minute pre Christmas break away. We only booked a couple of days before, and managed to get our holiday for a fraction of the cost. We hadn't researched the area and had absolutely no idea what to expect. However we were very surprised, reception staff were amazing and gave a whatsapp number for further contact. The classic apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 3 tvs and every kitchen utensil you could possibly think of, the cleaners came in every day, straightened up the apartment and replenished the towels as and when needed. The Spar shop on site was well stocked, all reasonably priced and lovely Coffee/Pastries for breakfast. The roof top infinity pool seemed small on arrival and we initially thought ""is this it?"" but we soon realised it was all you needed, there was never a fight for a sunbed and the lifeguard was very informative of the local area. The beach club was lovely, we only went twice in our short 5 night break, the facilities were great and the staff were friendly.

Just heading home now and wish we weren’t. Quite possibly one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Firstly the staff, from check in the restaurant and bar staff, the lifeguards etc. All so helpful, well mannered and just proper hospitality staff who know how to keep the costumer happy. The apartments are spacious, well equipped and clean, when I say clean, I mean spotless. And this carry’s through the entire complex. The Beach club is to die for, with free access during the week for Cordial guests, and again, cleanliness 10/10 and staff as well. We tried the Beach Club restaurant one of the nights and the food was fantastic. If you are a steak lover, this is the place. All meats in a cabinet and cut to order of your preferred size. Personally I’d go back in a heartbeat

What a beautiful resort for a stay in Gran Canaria. You have the feeling of a hotel, but with the comfort of your own home. I like the fact that the houses have everything, from a dishwasher to a washing machine. With bath robes for every person, cleaning every day and staff that come with a smile. On Christmas Day we were welcomed by Desiree, who was lovely and explained all about the resort. And every morning Monica received us with a great smile at breakfast. "Está localizado en el pueblo de Arguineguín, por lo que estás en una zona muy tranquila alejada de todos los complejos turísticos y del agobio que conllevan. Puedes ir andando al centro del pueblo que està a 10 min sin problemas. En cuanto al personal del hotel, un 10. El personal de la recepción muy amable, llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y nos facilitaron el que pudiéramos ir a la piscina del Perchel mientras esperábamos. Nos ofrecieron disponibilidad para cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. El desayuno muy completo y variado. Están reponiendo constantemente y el personal que te atiende encantador, sobre todo Mónica. El apartamento era espacioso y con todas las necesidades básicas. Limpio y ordenado. Las instalaciones del Perchel también de 10,ambiente tranquilo, piscina grande, con vistas al mar. El servicio del bar y la comida de alli super buena. En resumen, para volver todos los años.

Nosotras fuimos 4 amigas de La Coruña y la verdad estuvimos encantadas. Las instalaciones en general están espectaculares, toda la gente muy amable, desde Mónica que me pareció una chica muy amable y muy atenta ella e Ismael dos personas maravillosas, pero por lo general el personal muy amable ,el socorrista de la piscina muy majo siempre muy atento , las limpiadoras súper majas , da gusto tratar con gente tan maja .. Second visit in less than 3 months…..it’s THAT amazing!!

We first came to Resort Cordial in July 2024 and loved it so much we returned in October for a week. Initially we had booked a 2 bed deluxe as there weren’t any 3 bed Ocean front villas available, but a week before arrival I checked availability and saw that one had become available, so I contacted the team straight away and they upgraded us. Again, the staff were amazing and we were even remembered by a fair few of them in both the resort and the Perchel Beach Club. The Ocean front villa was stunning. We love sitting by our private pool or standing in the pool watching the day go by and the sunsets are simply breathtaking. The Pool attendee and house keeping was very thorough and friendly and all staff were happy and polite when seen around the resort. The kitchen equipment is plentiful and always clean on arrival. You’re supplied with dishwasher tablets (and refilled when they have been used up), which meant that I didn’t have to do any washing up

This was our second visit to Cordial Santa Agueda and we will definitely be coming back again. Staff at the resort have been amazingly friendly, especially the front desk teams and Monica in the breakfast service team, nothing is too much trouble. The resort is perfectly placed for easy taxi rides to other areas of southern Gran Canaria, with Maspalomas and the Melonares hubs literally minutes away. Perchel beach club is a great place for the family to hang out with all amenities on site.

We stayed in a Duplex with our own small pool and garden to sunbathe in. We used this every day but also felt very lucky to have access to two lovely shared pools and sunbeds. Being October it was relatively quiet and the weather was exceptional. The on site spar has a brilliant selection of everything you could want as well as fresh sandwiches and ice cream. Consequently we didn't use the restaurants but the snacks we had at the beach bar were delicious. We went to the beach every night to watch the amazing sunsets and it never got boring. These are a few highlights but there was so much more. Without exception the staff were helpful and courteous which really made our stay.

We are sat over looking the sea on the last morning of our holiday before our evening flight . Accommodation was perfect. We stayed in a classic duplex apartment it had everything we needed and more . Two bathrooms, great kitchen, high-quality equipment for self-catering, washing machine and dryer (a case full of clean clothes to take home ). A well stocked Spar on site with everything we needed . Staff at the hotel super friendly and helpful and our apartment cleaned everyday. The Beach Club is 2 mins from the apartment and offers a great view of the ocean. Nice bars with food and drinks. Plenty of restaurants in Arguineguin serving high quality food . A super relaxing holiday will definitely be back.

Amazing accommodation

We have just returned from a 12 night stay here 2 adults & two teenage girls. This accommodation is amazing. Relaxing and peaceful location (we hired a car to get around the island), rooftop terrace for sunbathing with an infinity pool, gorgeous gardens. Rooms clean bright and spacious with a washer, dryer, dishwasher. Wash tabs included! Staff friendly, i just cant fault anything. The beach club attached is just stunning. We went there a few times. Beach towels are included with your room. We would return here without hesitation, a fantastic stay.

This resort has exceeded all expectations. The staff are extremely friendly nothing is too big or too small for them to help us with. I can’t pick out a name because they was all actually wonderful.the food is delicious. The rooms are spotless. I was supposed to only stay here with my family for three days and then we were gonna go elsewhere but we extended our stay twice because we were happy hear the beach is just down the road and there is a market and some local shops. We had no reason to go anywhere else and we will definitely be back highly recommend this resort for single people and families.

¡¡Madre mía!! Espectacular. Realmente nos hemos quedado sin palabras mi mujer, mis hijos y yo mismo desde que hemos llegado a este precioso resort, la atención super agradable y cercana de Ramona en el check in. Tienes tu propio jardín a la entrada del apartamento o casa como aquí le llaman, con un tipo de flora tropical que le da mucho encanto y frescura. La casa por dentro tiene una distribución cómoda, moderna, y muy práctica. Sinceramente es un ejemplo a seguir para otros espacios turísticos, deberían de aprender de quienes hacen las cosas bien. Vinimos desde A Coruña referenciados por un amigo que había estado alojado aquí no hace mucho. La verdad es que es un sitio espectacular, tanto la zona del Perchel como las propias instalaciones del resort. Nos alquilamos una villa duplex con piscina privada, con desayuno incluido y acceso a el Beach Club Perchel donde está la piscina con su "infinity" maravilloso. En cuanto a las instalaciones, están nuevas y con muy buen mantenimiento. El servicio y atención del personal de 10. Desde luego han sido las mejores vacaciones que hemos disfrutado y con muchas ganas de repetir. La zona además se ve que está transformándose para ser un referente dentro del turismo de calidad de la isla y el archipiélago canario.

Superb Holiday!

Slightly late to review but felt I needed to. We had 10 days in a 2 bed apartment. Myself, my husband and 3 year old and we had the BEST time. The apartment was fantastic! We self-catered which worked for us perfectly as it gave us flexibility within our day. The amenities in the apartment were premium. Everything you needed and more, stunning design and super clean. All staff extremely friendly and always a ‘hola’ and a smile when passing. [...] We used both the beach club and the roof top pool and never had an issue getting a bed. Yes, we had to queue for 10 minutes prior to 11am for beach club but so what, was worth it. Arguineguín was picturesque, we ate in the same two restaurants a few times and we took taxis to Maspalomas and Puerto Rico when we fancied venturing out which was probably 4 days out of 10. The walk to the town was literally 10 minutes. The beach front was stunning. We watched the sunset a few times and it was entertaining to watch the locals loving the surf in the area. On site shop was great. Had everything you needed to pick up ingredients to cook or grab a lazy lunch for poolside. The only thing we would do differently next time would be to rent a car as I believe we would have spent slightly less on the rental than what we spent on taxis however, we also appreciated some very educational taxi drivers explaining more about the area - sometimes felt like a private tour! Very enjoyable holiday and thank you Santa Cordial Águeda - you made it perfect.

Lovely family holiday

Just returned from a lovely week here. Could not fault anything. Staff worked very hard and couldn’t do enough for you House keeping came every day. We had an ocean front villa with private pool which was very spacious and well equipped. We always managed to get a sun lounger in the beach club when needed. Food and drink was lovely and served to your sun lounger or you can eat in the restaurants Spar shop had everything you need and reasonable prices. Local town is small but did have few eating places, we visited other towns for shopping, eating and site seeing as well. Had a lovely family holiday and would return. Thank you to all the staff.

Es un sitio ideal para ir en familia. El apartamento espectacular, espacioso y súper cómodo. We stayed in a deluxe villa with private pool and I will say it was the best holiday I have had. It was very peaceful and comfortable. The pool was amazing and checked every morning by staff. Desde hace años somos clientes habituales de Cordial (especialmente de Mogán playa) y no se nos pasa por la cabeza cambiar de establecimientos. Este año hemos decidido pasar una semana en Santa Águeda y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. Hemos comprobado (una vez más) que el espíritu del personal tanto de Santa Águeda como de Perchel hace honor al nombre de los hoteles, CORDIAL. Muchas gracias por conseguir que disfrutemos cada verano. Quisiera hacer mención a algunos de sus trabajadores, pero considero que sería injusto porque todos nos trataron con muchísima profesionalidad, respeto y cariño, pero desearía que el gran Eugenio (responsable principal de nuestro cariño a Cordial) hiciera llegar este agradecimiento. We had a great holiday here! We stayed in one of the Deluxe apartments and it was so nice to have a private outdoor pool and so much space inside. Having a spar on site for groceries was so convenient and we couldn’t fault the facilities. We had the breakfast buffet on our first morning and it was fantastic. We went to the club pool on one of the days which was lovely, and on the day we checked out we were able to use the solarium and pool, and have a shower in the gym afterwards. The bus stop to the airport is an easy 10 min walk, as are plenty of local restaurants which served great food and drinks in front of a beautiful sunset spot. I had a great foot massage and facial at the club spa - would highly recommend. Beautiful trees and fragrant jasmine bushes along the entrance into the resort. [...]

The resort is situated away from the main tourist areas, meaning it is peaceful and very relaxing. We stayed in an ocean view room which was fantastic. The rooms are modern and worked well for us as a family of 4. [...] Restaurant options are limited on site, but this was not a problem for us. The ice cream shop in the Spar shop is worth a mention, great ice cream. The beach club was also a good place to spend some time and there are dining options available during the day, the food we ate there was good.

Wir sind überrascht wir viel Platz wir hier im Apartment haben. Ausserdem sind sie sehr komfortabel und sehr ruhig. Im Resort gibt es viele Restaurants, Club mit Pool und ein Spar für diejenige die selber etwas kochen möchten. Es gibt 2 Fitness, Spiele für die Kinder. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Breakfast was great. Monica S., one of the hostess' was very friendly and helpful. Typical breakfast items (fruit, bread, cereales, meats, cheeses, pancakes) . Made to order eggs/omelets, which were delicious. The apartment was very spacious and the kids really enjoyed the private pool in the backyard. It was nice to have a kitchen for days we didn't want to go to the beach club for lunch/ dinner. The grocery store carried essentials and had an ice cream shop which my kids loved.

A superb setting, yes, but best of all fantastic service. The staff here are wonderful and really work hard to ensure a personal experience. This never stopped throughout our stay. In particular, BIG thanks to chef Chaxiraxi who runs an excellent kitchen. Attention to allergies and personal service is the best we've encountered, EVER, (despite stays frequenting brands like Conrad/ Jumeirah/ Hilton ) and Chaxi makes it all look easy where other hotels fail. Also very pleased with the Spa, divine treatments and very good therapists. Heavenly. Even the gardening team are always discretely hard at work keeping everywhere pristine. We hope to return soon!

We have already visited the resort four times and every year we look forward to it more and more! We always spend almost a month here, the entire Christmas and New Year holidays. We stay in a holiday house on the ocean front, which is really luxurious and beautiful. The resort is located in a wonderful location a few steps from the ocean and offers everything you need for relaxation and a perfect vacation. From great services, restaurants, shopping to beach club and spa. The staff is always kind and very helpful, we are happy to contact them with anything, if we need advice on food delivery or ordering a taxi, for example, they will always help us. We can enthusiastically recommend a stay at the resort!

This is very new complex and I really like the concept! You got everything you need! We had 2 bedroom apartments with everything you need (including dishwasher, washing machine etc)! We only stayed 3 nights so we didn’t need all, but definitely would recommend to stay here for your longer visits! There is a Spar shop on the ground floor and restaurant! The menu seems perhaps too difficult (like a fine dining), but as this is family oriented hotel I would recommend to have more simpler and kids friendly menu! There is beach club, which is actually amazing, however it is only free for a guests mon-fri and weekends you have to pay. However definitely would recommend to visit! [...]

Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns perfekt, wir hatten zudem eine tollen Terasse mit kleinem Garten. Für uns als Familie war der Supermarkt auf dem Gelände sehr praktisch, auch die Küchenausstattung, so wie das Vorhandensein von Waschmaschine und Trockner erleichtern den Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Parkplätze sind üppig vorhanden. Der kleine Pool auf dem Hotelgelände, so wie auch im Beach Club sind sehr schön. Wir hatten das Frühstück mit gebucht und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

The beach club is absolutely beautiful. Lounger beds and waiter service. The pool is perfect for children and adults. The 2 bed apartments are very spacious and plenty of room for a family. Spar on site , perfect for all snacks and bread etc. All it is a dessert shop, so ice creams, crepes and waffles with lots of Nutella. The rooms have all the amenities needed including a washing machine and dryer. If you require an iron then message reception. Pool towels provided free of charge.

Es bastante nuevo el complejo por tanto las cosas están en buen estado, el sofá cama muy bien, las camas muy bien, la cocina con todo lo que necesitas, es genial tener lavadora y secadora además que te abastecen todos los días con implementos de limpieza, jabón para lavar, pastillas para el lavavajillas, jabón para fregar los platos. Tienen un buen refrigerador, microondas, tostadora, licuadora, para calentar agua, para el café. Se puede ir caminando al pueblo de Arguineguín por un sendero, el SPAR dentro del complejo está muy bien equipado, tienes para desayunar, comer o helados y todo de buena calidad. La ubicación nos encantó, zona tranquila, cerca de la Playa de Maspalomas, de Anfi del Mar, 10-15 min en coche. Nos gustó mucho el acceso al Beach Club, excelente piscina y área super cómoda, para relajarse los que tengan hijos tienen zonas de niños, el SPA nos gustó es pequeño pero tiene de todo. En la Arrocería se come super bien nos encantó.

What an amazing resort. Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with private pool with sea front views. Apartment was extremely well equipped, spacious and very clean. What an amazing hotel! From the moment we checked in until we left, the staff in the whole complex including the beach club were outstanding. They were possibly the most helpful and friendly team. The beach club Sushi bar is a must for food, the best Sushi you will have. What a way to spend a sunny afternoons, just press your poolside table button and everything is brought to you, best thing is you can charge everything to your room and pay at the end of your stay! The reception and the housekeeping team were so friendly, everyone acknowledged you on every occasion with a genuine smile. Lifeguards at both pools were so helpful and friendly again, umbrellas were brought to your pool as soon as you sat down. The best hotel/apartment wee stayed in! The staff are all super helpful, professional and lovely. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned every day by a very friendly cleaning team. The beach club is free for guests Monday to Friday and the normal pool is modern with nice sunbeds and bean bags. There's a spar supermarket on site with gelato and crepes cafe, and the food and drink selection is spot on. The location is great- beautiful scenery and walking distance to a nice nearby town as well as good bus connections.

Highly recommend! We stayed late May as a family of 5 (5 year old, 3 year old and 3 month old). Estuvimos un fin de semana en una villa y fue INCREIBLE. Ya no sólo el alojamiento en sí, sino también el servicio y atención. Trato impecable de todo el personal. Amabilidad plena en todo momento. En concreto puedo nombrar a Maria Luisa, ya que su atención y amabilidad fue exquisita como al camarero que nos atendió en la cena y en el desayuno (no pudimos pedirle el nombre ha que no se encontraba el día que nos fuimos en el buffet de desayuno.) Muy bueno el desayuno. Las habitaciones MUY limpias, camas muy cómodas y recomendaría este alojamiento para unas vacaciones con amigos y familia.

This is a beautiful resort. Elegant villas, an amazing beach club, a great spa, excellent restaurants and a really well equipped super market within the resort for basics (and more). Had an amazing week here at Cordial Santa Agueda. The resort is clean and new with excellent facilities, close to El Pajar and Arguineguin beaches and towns. Breakfast was excellent daily, good gym, games room, pool and sun deck. Perchel beach club has a great vibe and we spent several days there but is only available free on weekdays and subject to availability, so book it if it’s a must for you. The highlight of the stay though was the beautiful and friendly staff. From the moment we checked in, Diana was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Ernesto and Nubia at breakfast with their big smiles and friendly demeanour made us feel very welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. We grew very attached to these beautiful and talented individuals, Cordial should ensure they reward and hold on to staff like this and find more of them. Thank you for a beautiful week.

Das Resort ist zwar an ungewöhnlicher Lage (ausserhalb von Arguineguin) aber die Anlage wie auch die Seepromenade sind alle vor nicht al zu langer Zeit neu entstanden und haben unsere Erwartungen an eine moderne Aufenthalt auf Gran Canaria (im Gegensatz zu Playa / Maspalomas) übertroffen. Der Beach Club mit Infinity Pool, Restaurants und Bar hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Aber auch der (Infinity) Pool in der Anlage selber ist mehr als prima. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich gewesen und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die (Classic) Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern ist sehr modern und effizient eingeteilt mit quasi 2 Bäder. Und das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut mit einer grossen Auswahl.

My husband and I travelled with our one year old for Christmas, and wanted somewhere special. We certainly got that! The staff at Santa Agueda were great and super friendly. Especially Diego who was extremely helpful, even before we arrived. The rooms are beautiful, really modern and they have everything you could want. We stayed in a deluxe, with a pool which was a great addition. When you want something bigger, the Perchel Beach Club is attached to the hotel and is wonderful with a huge infinity pool, restaurants and kids splash park. The food in the hotel restaurant was really superb, and Kevin the chef was accommodating if we needed anything special for the baby. All the staff were super with our little one, and we would recommend this hotel highly, and we will be back for sure!

We had two wonderful weeks and can warmly recommend the hotel. The staff are always polite and attentive and will do everything to give the guests a perfect stay. The shop in the hotel is in several cases cheaper than the shops in town and also has very good gelato. The restaurant is probably the region's best for meat, with constantly delicious surprises from the chef. The combination with the Beach Club made the stay perfect. I don't regret choosing Cordial Santa Agueda to spend my 40th birthday weekend with friends. I loved the serene nature of the resort with the feel of modern luxury. The resort is stunning, Diego on reception couldn’t have done any more for us, let us view alternative accommodation which was available for an early check in, really made us feel welcome and sorted a late check out for us. Breakfast is lovely with a large variety of food on offer. A well stocked Star located within the resort, and the beach club is the jewel in the crown, free access for residents during the week and a 50% discount at weekends. None of us wanted to leave.

The resort is lovely and quiet. It is quite far out from any of the main resorts however we we were aware of this and hired a car and taxis are pretty cheap, we went every other night to melonaras which was abt 16 euros each way in a taxi which we didn’t mind paying. They do have a lovely onsite pool which is very relaxed and no pool fun things allowed which again we read about before arriving so was no surprise. The breakfast was lovely plenty to choose from. We upgraded during our stay which was definitely worth the money. We also used the beach club a few times and were also aware of the charges as it does clearly state before booking, so anyone who doesn’t know this before arriving clearly hasn’t looked into the hotel and it’s amenities. All in all 10/10 and we got what we paid for.

Came across this property on Booking.com and couldn't quite believe the amazing value for money that was on offer for the deluxe apartment with private pool. There were only 2 of us, but would be more than comfortable for 4 and even 6 people (we didn't check out the sofa bed but sure it had one!) Beautifully appointed and well maintained, lovely resort style property with easy access to sea front and nearby beaches. Very friendly staff, a great Spar on site, didn't use the main pool or restaurant so unable to comment - we would have used if we'd had a longer stay. Can't fault any of it, exceptional value for money, and we'll def be back again in the future!

The 3 bedroom Ocean front Villa we stayed in was excellent. It provided a very peaceful and calm family holiday. We would definitely use again. The villa and resort is new and is kept in an immaculate condition throughout. The small Spar shop onsite is very reasonable and provides all essentials. The village is only a 10 minute walk away - quite small but with a few good Restaurants. We also dined at the on site Restaurant which was very good too.

Uns hat gefallen, dass die Anlage ziemlich neu ist. Die Nähe zu der Zementfabrik hat uns nicht gestört, es war gleichwohl eine ruhige Lage. Kein Straßenlärm, sehr erholsam. Der SPAR-Markt innerhalb der Anlage mit ordentlichen Preisen. Der Pool auf dem Dach war mit ausreichend Liegen, Sitzsäcken und "Liegemuscheln" versehen. Nettes Panorama, sowohl auf das Meer, als auch auf die Berge.

Sencillamente magnífico. Es un hotel nuevo y se nota en sus increíbles instalaciones. A diferencia de otros hoteles/resorts en Gran Canaria, e incluso en todo Canarias (me atrevería a decir que en todo Europa), la estética, servicios y habitaciones o villas ofrecen una sensación única de libertad, a la vez que tranquilidad, a la par de la de seguridad … todo unido a un entorno familiar y de hogar que hace sentirte como si ya hubieses estado allí mucho tiempo. No cabe duda de que este es un alojamiento de lujo y familiar, único e inigualable que ofrece amplitud, un entorno maravilloso rodeado de playa y plantaciones de plátanos y con las villas mirando al mar, regalando unos fogosos atardeceres en tu piscina privada como no se tienen en ningún otro lugar de Gran Canaria. Las villas son independientes y totalmente privadas, donde puedes aparcar el coche en la misma puerta. Aunque la villa tiene piscina privada, hay una general para niños y otra para todos que además se funde con el mar en el horizonte, siendo una piscina infinita. Todas las piscinas están climatizadas, con lo que son aptas para el baño en cualquier época del año. También hay un Beach Club (el Perchel) que es sin duda el mejor de Gran Canaria y posiblemente de todo Canarias. El desayuno es estupendo y merece mucho la pena, gran calidad y variedad de productos. El gimnasio es realmente grande y perfecto para mantenerse en forma. Por otro lado, absolutamente todo el personal del recinto, desde el personal de limpieza, hasta el personal que controla tu piscina privada para que esté en perfecto estado son no sólo amables sino bellas personas, todo el mundo sonreía todo el tiempo y siempre preguntaban si todo estaba bien y si necesitábamos algo.

Sehr neue und schöne Anlage mit tollem und beheiztem Pool auf dem Dach. In der Wohnung gibt es 2 Toiletten und 2 Bäder. Die Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht geschnitten. Die Lage ist abseits von Touristenhotspots, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Aber dennoch sind Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig. Für alles andere braucht man aber ein Auto. Großer und gut sortierter Supermarkt in der Anlage.

A nice complex located 8 minutes walk from the beach in arguineguin. It is conveniently located for itself but still close enough to the restaurant selection in arguineguin. There is a lovely rooftop infinity pool which the kids loved. During our stay there were not many people so there was plenty of space for us. Our 3 year old boy loved the small baby pool. Both pool are heated. There is also a beach club that you have to pay to rent sunbeds that opened 3 weeks ago. We did not visit it but it looks amazing. Our accommodation had large spacious rooms with an incredibly good layout. There is a fully equipped kitchen (even a juicer if you want to squeeze oranges in the morning, however, unfortunately there was no oven). Our apartment had two toilets, two bedrooms with a door, a living room and a lovely ground floor terrace. A nice accommodation where we as a family are happy to return to.

El lugar es increíble y está todo nuevo. Las casitas son maravillosas y tienen todas las comodidades. Me pareció magnífico que cada día te limpiasen la casa e hiciesen camas. La piscina es muy bonita. El supermercado que hay no tiene precios excesivos y la heladería es una delicia. Pero si cabe destacar algo es la amabilidad y simpatía de todo el personal. Incluso el personal de vigilancia nocturna fue amabilísimo. Se nos quedaron las luces del coche encendidas y nos buscó por todas las instalaciones hasta encontrarnos para avisarnos. Un encanto. Las puestas de sol desde la costa que hay a 400 m del apartamento son muuuuy bonitas. Pasear al lado de las plataneras también es muy bonito.

Really good accommodation. Well appointed apartments , fantastic bathroom and shower kitchen was fine ( an oven would have been good) with plenty of implements. Beds extremely comfortable. Whole place was spotless and staff very friendly snd helpful. There is a very competitive spar store on site . Close to Arguinagen with plenty of bars. You really need a car though for the place as its would be a pain getting buses to other places. Will definitely return Loved it The only thing that surprises me in anyone the other reviews is the resorts proximity to the cement works. It is a bit of a put off when you first arrive but frankly becomes less intrusive the longer you stay. Would not deter me from returning

Este resort hotel villa acaba de abrir recientemente, el caso es que acostumbro a que cada vez que voy a un hotel nuevo, me encuentro conque suelen tener mucho desorden y suelen faltarle muchos de los servicios hasta que se establecen, no obstante , este me ha sorprendido gratamente, pues tiene un servicio y una atención muy pulida. Goza de un maravilloso estilo de villas adosadas junto al mar, con el plus de servicios extras de hotel, como por ejemplo, la atención de la recepción, housekeeping y el servicio de desayuno. Entre todas las villas, podemos observar las que podríamos llamar: las reliquias del hotel; las ocean view, situadas junto a la playa con vistas al océano. Estas están compuestas por 3 habitaciones, cocina grande, salón de diseño, rooftop con hamacas tipo solárium, y piscina privada. Todo un lujo para pasarlo en familia. Un lugar maravilloso con buenas vistas y con una puesta de sol increible, muy recomendable. El desayuno se sirve junto a la recepción, tienen variedad de frutas, panes, cafés, huevos, y dulces. La atención del personal fue de 10.

This serviced apartment is very new. The living room including Kitchen is very spacious with high ceiling and a large modern TV. All beds are comfortable. It is waterfront with large stone beach. For us it was perfect. The private heated pool is nice to have fun, but a bit small for real swimming, we also used the large pool within the resort. The daily cleaning is much appreciated. The cleaning staff were efficient and friendly. The kitchen is somehow sparsely equipped, but enough for simple meals. It is very quiet during the night, which ensure a good night sleep. Good parking possibility in front of our villa or in underground garage. We have enjoyed our stay very much. A car is needed, we did not find good restaurants nearby.

Habitaciones amplísimas, espaciosas, luminosas y muy agradables. Son apartamentos de lujo perfectamente equipados con todos los electrodomésticos, vajilla y menaje en general, y todo ello de primera calidad. Es como estar en casa o mejor. Facilitan también toallas de piscina, albornoces y todo lo necesario para una estancia comodísima, incluyendo pastillas de detergente, lavavajillas y demás. EL personal es extremadamente atento, desde la recepción a los socorristas pasando por las responsables de la limpieza. El solárium es un paraíso y la piscina un rincón de lo más relajante.

Las instalaciones son espectaculares, la ubicación es ideal, la limpieza es excelente y el personal es maravilloso, desde el chico de recepción hasta las chicas de la limpieza y el personal de piscina. Sin duda repetiremos y lo recomiendo 100% sobre todo la habitación Deluxe que es el de la piscina privada, que fue donde nosotros nos alojamos.

Las viviendas son grandes. Habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias. Cocina equipada con todos los utensilios, cafetera, tostadora, exprimidor, batidora, microondas, lavavajillas.... Limpieza "10". Zona muy tranquila. Vistas al mar espectaculares. Personal muy amable. Muy muy muy recomendable

Nos encantó todo. La villa es increíble, la terraza ideal, la piscina perfecta, siempre a buena temperatura. La cocina muy cómoda para preparar lo que sea y con lavavajillas que lo facilita todo. Las camas muy cómodas. Albornoces para todos y toallas de sobra tanto de baño como para la piscina. El aparcamiento en la misma puerta de la villa. A destacar el trato personal, tanto del encargado como del servicio de limpieza. Encantadores.

Todo es perfecto. Nos sentimos como en casa y disfrutamos muchísimo. Súper comodidad y no falta detalle. Frigorífico grande, camas y almohadas súper cómodas,habitaciones amplias, lavavajillas, pequeños electrodomésticos ,lavadora, secadora y piscina climatizada. Tienes de todo y no necesitas salir. Con llevar algo de compra es suficiente

Perfect place! We stayed at Ocean Front which is amazing place. With private pool, ocean view, everything is new and good quality. The resort is still under construction but it didn’t bothered at all. A great recommendation of where staying in Canarias and Jose from the resort is a very nice guy who was very pleasant in our staying
