Great location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, evening entertainment, supermarket (Hyperdino - which is well stocked). The appartment was exceptionally clean and tidy with a regular room service provided. Ramiro was also very helpful but unobtrusive. He gave some great advice with local attractions and places to eat. Also, nice touch with the morning bread rolls left around 8:00 every morning. We tried to catch Ramiro leaving them, but the man's like a ninja or Santa - the rolls just magically appear! The property is well maintained, quiet and peaceful. Overall, very impressed.

Eine sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft, ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe des spektakulärsten Strandes auf Gran Canaria, fünf Gehminuten von den berühmten Wanderdünen entfernt. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Personal. Ramiro ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und an Hilfsbereitschaft nicht zu überbieten. Total unkompliziert hat er uns das Einchecken erleichtert und uns viele tolle Tipps und Informationen gegeben. Er war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Auch das Servicepersonal war toll, extrem umsichtig und fleißig. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Wunderbares Appartement-Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt - es ist ruhig und eigentlich direkt an den Dünnen. Die FeWo war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Am Poll kann man sich sehr schön erholen und Kaffe am Morgen trinken. Zum Frühstück gibt es 2 Brötchen, das ist auch sehr nett. Das beste am Hotel ist das Team. Ramiro ist ein freundlicher, fürsorglicher Gastgeber, der immer hilfsbereit ist. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Spent a fantastic week at these apartments. The instructions we received to access the complex, pick up our keys and the wifi code were fantastic. The apartment are in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of 2 supermarkets, the seafront and shopping centres. We were in No.11 and were able to see the sea. The location is quiet but feels very safe when walking back late evening. The rooms and balcony are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Ramiro and the maid are both super friendly and helpful. They deliver fresh bread rolls every morning. We will definitely be returning again soon.

El apartamento está nuevo, limpio y bien localizado para ir a la playa. Tiene supermercados cerca (Centro comercial CITA). El ambiente es tranquilo y en noviembre se puede aparcar fácilmente frente al apartamento. El personal es muy amable y te dan todo tipo de facilidades. Nuestro avión salía por la tarde y dejamos las maletas en recepción y nos dejaron ducharnos en una ducha habilitada allí mismo. Y te dejan panecillos todas las mañanas :-) Gracias por todo!!!

Séjour parfait en toute autonomie aux appartements Cordial Judoca Beach. Contact préalable et pendant le séjour avec l'hôte, toujours agréable et disponible. Appartement très bien équipé, serviettes de toilette en suffisance, kit pour la vaisselle, draps de lit. Le lit était très confortable et le quartier très silencieux, j'ai dormi comme un bébé. Terrasse privative super agréable. Service de livraison de nourriture à la porte de l'appartement, hyper pratique (commande minimale 20eur). Accès à la mer et au Cita en 5 minutes à pied. Quartier très sûr. Possibilite de reserver le transfert en taxi depuis et vers l'aéroport. Je reviendrai !

Hemos estado 9 días increíbles. Tranquilas y muy muy agusto. Ramiro a sido un placer conocerte y alojarnos. Las instalaciones de la piscina muy limpias, lo mismo digo del apartamento cuando llegamos. Las chicas de la limpieza un encanto, sobre todo Alexia (ha sido un encanto con nosotras, y todo un placer haberla conocido) una chica limpia y rápida! La ubicación es ideal, la playa al lado, supermercados cerca. Hemos escogido genial! Volveremos sin duda el año que viene! Gracias Ramiro y Alexia!

Estancia súper cómoda. Cama mega-ultra grande. Aire condicionado en salón y habitación y ventilador de techo en habitación. Piscina casi siempre sola para ti y limpia. 5min a pie de la playa (ojo, el primer acceso tienes que andar mucho sobre arena, busca el siguiente). 8 min. a pie de supermercado Spar y Dino y centro comercial CITA. Zona nocturna super divertida pero el apartamento SUPER SILENCIOSO Y TRANQUILO. Ramiro: qué decir? Amable y agradable y siempre atento a ayudar. Sofá cómodo. La estancia en general se hace muy muy cómoda. [...] Lo hemos pasado muy bien. Volveríamos sin duda alguna.

Todo excepcional, superando nuestras expectativas en todos los aspectos. Nunca estuvimos en un apartamento donde la limpieza fuera tan habitual y excelente. Tuvimos pan colgado de nuestra puerta todas las mañanas. Aunque no nos hizo falta había ventilador de techo super moderno y dos aparatos de aire acondicionado. La terraza es grande y acogedora. Y la ubicación mejor imposible, dunas y playa a mano, además con la comodidad de aparcar en la puerta de los apartamentos todos los días. Top 10!

Las instalaciones son geniales, todo súper equipado, nuevo, cómodo y limpio. La zona es tranquila y está en muy buena ubicación. El personal es encantador, todo ha sido muy fácil. Hemos estado en julio y siempre encontrábamos aparcamiento a unos metros de la entrada (no se paga por aparcar en la calle). Nos ha encantado el detalle del pan por la mañana. Mis amigas y yo nos hemos sentido muy bien acogidas. Es un alojamiento completo y muy barato. Lo recomiendo sin duda :)

The location is ideal for the beach, Cita and Yumbo shopping centre. The host regularly updated us regarding the access, giving clear instructions via text as the Reception was closed due to our late arrival. The apartment was clean and had everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area is lovely and very quite and the pool was clean. This was our second stay and we hope to return soon.

Ramiro was an excellent Host. Hundi kept the Apartment Complex absolutely spotless. It was literally 3 minutes from the Promenade to the Beach. The area was really quiet & classy. Only 5 minutes to the Cita SC & a bus stop, which could take you to the Yumbo Centre, Parque Tropical or in the opposite direction Faro de Maspalomas, Puerto Rico or Puerto Mogan.

The Judoca apartments were very clean and well-maintained in a modern building with 12 units. Unlike many ageing blocks in the resort, we found our apartment to be modern and comfortable. Everything worked and was in good condition. We appreciated the laminate flooring which was warmer than ceramic and also quieter but most of all the double bed (NOT two singles pushed together) and a full-size duvet ensured a great night’s sleep. There were air conditioning units in the bedroom and living area but we didn’t need it. An excellent walk-in shower had good pressure and hot water at all hours. There was no additional charge for the large safe. We didn’t try the television though it appeared to have channels to satisfy different nationalities. A couple of small bread rolls that were delivered each morning were appreciated. Some seat pads for the chairs at the dining table would have been a welcome addition. The same applies to the terrace furniture. We didn’t use the pool or the surrounding area but it never appeared busy. The complex was quiet at night and in easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants. Communication with the manager was via WhatsApp and we had no issues on arrival or during our stay. We hope to stay again in the future.

Das war einfach ein perfekter Urlaub im Judoca Beach. Die Lage ist super, es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand und abends durch die Bars ziehen und es ist trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig. El apartamento era muy cómodo, se agradece que el dormitorio esté separado de la cocina, comedor, etc. Tanto la cama como las almohadas eran comodísimas. Estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos y la limpieza durante la estancia ha seguido siendo excelente. Tenía aire acondicionado, que en Gran Canaria en estas fechas es más que necesario. La piscina, aunque no es muy grande, para nosotros ha sido más que suficiente. Nunca había mucha gente y había sitio de sobra. La ubicación es perfecta, una zona tranquila y cerca de la playa y de todo lo necesario. Había aparcamiento gratuito de sobra en las inmediaciones, nunca tuvimos problema para encontrar un sitio libre. Y por último, resaltar la amabilidad y la atención de Ramiro y de Cundi.

Our second stay and equally as fabulous as the first one. This is such a nice, relaxing place to stay and excellently located for all that Playa del Ingles has to offer. Its location means you get the sun for the vast majority of the day, meaning you can come back from the beach or sightseeing, sit on your balcony and enjoy the peace and quiet while getting ready to go out. Ramiro, our excellent host, booked a taxi for us as we arrived late and the taxi driver had our key and instructions on how to enter the property. The apartment itself was excellent - we were fortunate to be on the top floor and therefore had a lovely balcony with a glimpse of the nearby beach and sea. Ramiro had left a few essentials for our arrival such as cleaning utensils and a litre of water. The apartment also has toiletries and bread delivered daily to your door, which is a nice touch. Cleaner came just about every other day and everything here is very clean. We didn't have a kettle when we arrived but two minutes after asking Ramiro, it appeared by magic on our doorstep. There is a filter coffee machine for those that prefer that sort of thing. There's also a hairdryer, which is useful for those on a luggage quota! And air conditioning - in bedroom and lounge - is simply the greatest!! The pool is a nice size and though a bit chilly, I'd come back from running before I went in it so that was welcome! Plenty of sunbeds for all here. The location is fabulous - it's about 25 yards to the promenade above the beach, which has an array of shops, restaurants, cafes and of course, the beach itself. Meanwhile, it's an approx ten minute stroll to the Yumbo via the maze of alleys that make up Playa del Ingles and five minutes to Cita. But it's also very quiet here - there's very little passing traffic.

The location is ideal. Quiet and tranquil but a 5-10 minute walk to supermarkets, resteraunts, bars and the beach! The host, Ramiro, was extremely helpful and attentive to guests needs without intruding. He arranged our airport transfer which made everything easier and put our minds at ease. The cleaner (we didn't get her name), was really friendly and personable with attention to detail in her work. The accommodation itself is very clean with a lovely bathroom and large shower and the kitchen area is spacious and has all the equipment needed to make basic meals. Large balcony or terrace that always seemed to get sun (even in October), felt very private and relaxing. The pool is clean and plenty big enough, lots of space to relax around the pool and the hot tub was a lovely addition. A bottle of water on arrival was much appreciated and fresh bread daily was above and beyond what anyone would expect. It's a perfect place for anyone to stay and we will be sure to visit again in the near future! Highly recommended!

Nous avions réservé cette location longtemps à l'avance car à cette période il y a une très forte demande . Avant le départ le propriétaire m'a averti d'un petit changement mais de ne pas m'inquiéter que j'allais être contant . Lorsque nous sommes arrivé aucun problème pour rentrer en contact nous avions déjà échangé plusieurs fois et toujours disponible, il nous a donc donné rdv devant la nouvelle location. Effectivement une maison superbe 2 salles de bains 2 chambres, internet , parc superbe, une piscine privée , bref une magnifique surprise avec tout le confort. Toller Urlaub, tolle Wohnung. Ich hatte Appartement nr. 11 im oberen Stock. Alles sehr ordentlich, Klimaanlage läuft, Brötchen gab es jeden Tag, Handtücher wurden jeden zweiten Tag gewechselt. Wlan ist gratis und einen Parkplatz findet man auch immer in der Nähe. Zum Strand sind es nicht einmal 5 minuen. Danke an Ramiro und sein Team für diesen prima urlaub.

This was our trip 4th to Gran Canaria and our 4th time staying in Judoca. Internet is much improved and very fast now. Memory foam mattress is nice and comfortable. Location is fantastic, close to the beach, Cita round the corner. Yumbo and Kasbah within a 10 minute walk. Ramiro is always available if you have any issues and Cundi the cleaning lady is very nice and helpful also.

Hemos estado más de diez días y muy contentos con los apartamentos,muy buen situados y tranquilos al tener solo 12.Todas las mañanas dejaban una bolsa con pan y a la llegada una botella de agua. El encargado y la chica de la limpieza muy majos. La cocina bien equipada(microondas, tostadora etc) terraza amplia con mesa, dos sillas y sombrilla.Habitacion espaciosa.En la zona de la piscina se estaba genial al ser tan tranquilo y no aceptar niños, en esa zona tienen jacuzzi. Sin duda si volvemos a Canarias repetiremos.

Ramiro y Cundi son muy agradables y atentos, saben llevar muy bien el alojamiento. Ponen de su parte para que la estancia allí sea lo más cómoda posible. El apartamento amplio, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, entorno silencioso (MUY importante en la zona), piscina limpia y con tumbonas suficientes para todos los huéspedes. Sorpresas agradables como la existencia de una plancha y una tabla, en el armario, para no llevar la ropa arrugada, o una bolsa con pan en la puerta por las mañanas, al despertar. Un alojamiento 100% recomendable. A menos de cinco minutos de la parada de autobús del CITA (centro comercial), y muy cerca del acceso a la playa.

Los apartamentos están muy bien, estuve este diciembre y la verdad que encantada!!! está en un sitio muy tranquilo y al lado de la playa, centros comerciales cerca, supermercado tambien cerca y lo mejor es la señora que se encarga de traer todos los días el pan a primera hora de la mañana y mantiene los apartamentos la mar de limpios, la calidez y la amabilidad que tiene... Ramiro da gusto hablar contigo.. si vuelvo a visitar gran canaria por la misma zona, sin dudarlo volveré a alojarme ahí... Gracias.. da gusto tener sitios así.

Der kostenlose Brötchen war super, die Brötchen würden gegen halb neun gebracht. Die Lage war auch fantastisch, der Strand und die vielen Restaurants dort waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, genauso wie ein (kleineres) Shoppingcenter. In der Küche gab es alles, war wir zum Kochen gebraucht haben - von Topf und Pfanne bis zum Nudelsieb. Dank der wenigen Appartements hatte man nie Probleme damit, sich eine Liege bzw. einen Schattenplatz am Pool zu sichern. Der Pool war relativ groß und gut gepflegt.
