Well-known chefs –including two Michelin stars- delighted us with a masterclass and show cooking with Canarian flavour
On November 19th, we had the pleasure of hosting the Fagor Cooking Experience, at our Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa, where distinguished chefs such as Germán Ortega (Restaurant Aquarela), Manuel Tenllado, Juan Carlos Clemente, Andrea Bernardi (Restaurant Nub –one star Michelin), Álvaro Garrido (Restaurant Mina –one star Michelin), Isidro Álvarez (Restaurant Sandiego), Borja García (Hotel Botánico) and Aridani Alonso, chef of our Hotel Cordial Roca Negra -one of the most promising young chefs of Canarian cuisine-, gave a masterclass and show cooking to the delight of all the attendees, making the most of Canarian products (where the delicious fish and avocado of Mogán stood out).
