Los Guayres Restaurant, located in Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa, has once again been awarded the prestigious Michelin Star, securing its position for the sixth consecutive year as one of the top fine dining establishments in the Canary Islands and among the best in Spain.
This year, the award holds special significance, due to the appointment of new head chef Ruyman González, who has recently taken over the leadership of the restaurant after the outstanding trajectory of Alexis Álvarez.
