Great hotel

We stayed in one of the premium villas in Feb 26 and couldn’t fault it. Great hotel in lovely grounds. Friendly staff and generally very quiet. Comfortable beds and cooking facilities and equipment were great for what we needed. There is a supermarket just around the corner and lots of eating out options. The beach is just a couple of blocks away and then down some stairs I noticed some folk saying that there were no sun shades but you don’t need them as there is lots of tree cover for shade. The one thing I would fault is a lack of USB sockets so bring a few of your own plugs. We hired a car and there is plenty of on street parking as a well as a few hotel off street spaces.

Returning guests, we always have booked here for our Gran Can holidays and shall continue to do so. Cannot fault anything, the staff are great, the accommodation has no faults! We prefer self catering and this place has a nice kitchen space for it. Took a few pics half way through the stay. Last few times we've somehow seemed to get the same bungalow or next door to it but this time we had one closer to reception which we didn't mind at all. This place is in a great location, Hyper Dino shop short distance away, close to Yumbo centre (stumbling distance after a messy night). The pool is lovely and so is the spa. You may think its close enough to the Yumbo that its noisy but honestly we never hear any of that, comfortable beds and great nights sleep. Thank you once again for providing amazing clean and tidy accommodation, why go elsewhere when this offers all you need coupled with great staff and great location. Already looking at booking for 2026!

Schöne, gepflegte Anlage in ruhiger Gegend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Supermarkt zu Fuß schnell erreichbar und zur Promenade und den Dünen ist es auch ein kurzer Fußweg. Pool ist gross und schön.

Great location, close to all the entertainment locations like the yumbo, plenty of restaurants. The bungalows are spacious with seperate kitchens and a small area off the kitchen for drying clothes. Tennis courts and a crazy golf course as well as a truly huge pool in a u shape. Food is pretty good and the staff are super friendly. If you like parrots then there are plenty of quaker parrots about, they have a few nests within the compound. And the gardens are very well kept, I will be returning for my 27/28 Christmas holidays, only reason I'm not returning next year is I've already booked elsewhere.

Very clean and quiet. We don't like Maspalomas, but we booked this holiday last minute, so availability was limited... and it was wonderful. We didn't feel like we were in a big city at all. Pool, palm trees... hotel was at its full capacity but felt empty. Also..no cockroaches in sight... I would go back :)

Fantastic complex, really quiet but close to everything, beach and shopping centres and restaurants, could not have asked for more with my teenage Son, we stayed in a one bed bungalow, bed made up for son in living area but plenty of room for everyone. Well presented and very clean inside and out, staff very friendly and helpful. Own private terrace with table chairs and sun beds, and where we were had the sun all afternoon till it went down, Pool great set up, with a lifeguard,saltwater pool and showers are available around the pool. Gorgeous grounds well kept.Tennis courts and mini golf also on site. Bar open for snacks till about 5, but plenty places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely book again.

Great self catering complex

Travelled as a family of 3 with a teenager and stayed in a superior bungalow just to the side of the snack bar. We found the whole place perfect for a quiet chilled break. No music playing on the complex which is a big plus so no duff, duff, duff constantly. We found the bungalow well equipped for self catering and the sunloungers on the patio were a definite plus. We had air con included in our package and it was great although we didn't use it a lot in April. The complex is close to everywhere and easy walking distance to the Yumbo and Cita centres. Also the beach is a short walk away but is accessed by stairs at the Hard Rock Cafe. There is a Hyper Dino just round the corner to get all your self catering food and drink. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely go back but only in a superior room again as the road outside does seem noisy if you are right next to it.

Wow! Myself, my hubby and our 13 year old son have just returned from Cordial Biarritz in Playa del Ingles, and honestly, I was sad to leave! From the moment we checked in, our experience in this complex was one of warm welcome and relaxation! The complex itself is beautifully maintained and the staff are always smiling and professional. It must be said as well our cleaning lady for our 168 bungalow always did a fabulous job! The bungalow was spacious and well equipped, with a lovely working kitchen, full on fridge freezer and a favourite of mine, real Prosecco glasses! The shower also was one of the best ones I've experienced! The outside terrace area was a great size, with your own sunbeds! Internet was always good too, which is a bonus with a teenager! The pool area is so different, almost like a lazy river! We have been to this area before, but this place was in the best location, 10 mins walk to beach, restaurants and bars 5 mins away and a fabulous supermarket around the corner!! I am already looking at booking again next year for my husband and I s 10 year wedding anniversary! Thank you so much Cordial Biarritz for the best holiday ever! See you soon x

A fabulous self-catering holiday cottage close to shops, restaurants, and beach. Gran Canaria is stunning holiday destination with lovely people, weather, shops, and restaurants. Cordial Biarritz is ideal for our needs and so much better than all-inclusive hotels. The cottage is cleaned daily. Staff are very polite. It is a lovely pool that could do with a better filtration system as there are lots of leaves and dead bugs floating around. First week was fun as balls and inflatables were allowed in the pool. However, some older residents complained, and the management refused to allow any inflables for a short while, but this was soon resumed. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Road noise is a little harsh in the morning, but it's not out in the sticks, so this is to be expected. We will definitely consider revisiting.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! This hotel is advertised as a 3 star on jet2 but it is easily a 4 star. Perfect location, 5 mins walk from yumbo,bars and shops. Hiperdino shop around the corner. 10 mins to beach. Stayed in 1 bedroom bungalow right at the top end corner. Very private, very clean, very spacious. With sunbeds and chairs on your own patio. Full size fridge/freezer. Stayed in April school holidays and it was very quiet around pool area ect. The pool is lagoon style and is very big so there is 2 sunbathing areas at each end of the pool. Lots of free sunbeds, no one reserving with towels ect. On most days the pool area was empty with only a few people sat around it. We sat at the shallow end and some days we was the only ones there which was great and quiet. Pool was a bit cold but fine when you’re in. Reception staff always friendly and helpful. Cleaners also very friendly. We stayed self catering and did not eat at the hotel apart from chips at lunchtime from the pool bar. The red cow near yumbo centre was a great English breakfast. Blue Havana and divinity at the yumbo was great for drinks in the evening. Also a great italian in the yumbo unsure of the name. A few cats around and a black and white cat followed us around and came to our patio every day to sit with us! It even slept on our patio and waited for us to return in the evenings! It was so sweet. Massive gym at this hotel. Bali beds 6 euros a day but in the shade so we didn’t use these. There is also a hot tub. These apartments are perfect and I would 100% recommend and return. We are looking to book later on this year or next year already.

I would recommend this complex to all. It’s in lovely grounds, very secure and peaceful. it has the most fantastic swimming pool, with so much space for all. The plus points are that the space in the grounds - you can have space to yourself if you want it. Even if the beds round the pool are taken, you have your own beds at the bungalow, so you always have somewhere to relax. The pool bar is nice, it does shut 5pm week days and 7pm weekends. It would have been nice to have an option of an evening drink, but it’s such a central location you can easily find somewhere suitable. There weren’t many vegetarian and no vegan options at the pool bar, so wasn’t somewhere we could eat. The breakfast is plentiful, with good choices. The rooms are spotless and spacious, we were in 1 bed apartment, with a fully functioning kitchen, own terrace with furniture and sun beds, as well as a little yard for washing line. The apartment had both fan and aircon. We also had pool towels, which was lovely addition. The staff are lovely, always a greet and a smile. They work so hard, the grounds are kept beautifully, as well as the pool and the accommodation is spotless. Location wise, 7 mins from Yumbo, 10mins to beach, with lovely restaurants and bars, but also check out the opposite direction, as there was a lovely cocktail bar - good vibes and an Italian which offered vegan choices. There are on site - gym, which our party used once and were pleased with what was on offer. Mini golf and Tennis, which both of these were additional charge. The accommodation was perfect.

Le Cordial Biarritz est un bel endroit Nous en gardons de très très bons souvenirs Nous étions 3 dans le logement Dans la cuisine tout le nécessaire y etait Dans la salle de bain, tout était à notre disposition Nous avons eu le plaisir trouvé : Un ptit pot de crème, un rasoir, gants de toilette jetables, gel douche ,et un p'tit set de couture. Côté jardin il y avait: Une table, des chaises , coussins pour chaises et bain de soleil Le personnel a une compétence requise et d une gentillesse inestimable Un immense MERCI à MONTSE et SANNE pour leur professionnalisme et leur dévouement . Elles ont toujours le sourire, et c est très important. Une magnifique piscine à la disposition des clients ainsi que des chaises longues. Un très bel environnement. Enfin tout pour faire plaisir a la clientèle. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Je noterai cet établissement 9/10

Este parque de bungalows es simplemente perfecto para una estancia larga y corta. El parque está bien cuidado. La gente del establecimiento es amable, entusiasta y bien educada. Los bungalows son amplios, limpios y cómodos. La piscina es increíble. La ubicación del parque está cerca de casi todo, pero la zona y el parque en sí son tranquilos, cómodos y accesibles. Limpieza casi diaria y toallas nuevas. En general, una estancia perfecta para nosotros.

Hôtel bungalow Cordial Biarritz !!!! C est un hôtel dispose des bungalows avec un confort irréprochable.Nous avons séjourné du 27 mai au 3 juin dernier et ,étions 3 personnes dans ce spacieux logement . Nous avions une tele dans notre chambre et l' autre dans le séjour. La structure dispose aussi d' une belle piscine et d' un très beau jardin. Durant notre séjour les femmes de ménage sont passées 6 jours sur 7 Le personnel est charmant et dévoué à sa clientèle. Mme Montse et Mme Sanne ont toujours le sourire et font l effort de se faire comprendre "" barrière de la langue "" Elles mettaient du sien afin que nous soyons à notre aise. Elles sont toutes les deux très professionnel. Un grand BRAVO à ces dames. Nous gardons de Merveilleux souvenirs du Cordial Biarritz et noterions notre séjour 9/10

Just left, can't fault the place. Well kept and very clean, spacious property, staff are lovely. It's a 3* and does it very well. Our bungalow 143 was near to reception and the main pool, noise was minimal once inside. Bungalow has everything you need for a self catering holiday and Aircon was included in our package. It worked well in both bedroom and living room. Balcony furnished with chairs and two sun loungers. The pool area is chilled out and no pointless music so lovely and quiet. We would happily go back. The location closed to the Yumbo and the beach was ace too.

I could almost give these Bungalows 5 stars just for the shower! But it actually gets 5 stars for everything! First there’s the cute entranceway – looking especially lovely and festive as it was Christmas. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. The gardens and pool area are well-kept and pretty. The bungalow itself was spotlessly clean and spacious, and I loved the style and layout, with the dining and living areas cleverly separated into distinct areas whilst being in one big room and a variety of lighting (uplighting, wall lighting, main light, etc). The kitchen was clean and tidy with a good array of utensils and crockery etc, with a proper fridge/freezer – not just a tiny freezer box. Also provided on arrival was a bottle of water and a very useful small washing-up pack. Just off the kitchen was an outdoor space for drying clothes, equipped with pegs too! The bathroom was large with a nice selection of environmentally friendly toiletries, including items you don’t usually get in other hotels like lip balm, emery boards, cotton wool, dental kit, razor, etc. The terrace was a good-sized area with 3 chairs and 3 sun loungers – presumably they provide for as many people as staying in the bungalow, whereas other places I’ve stayed only provided 2 even though there were 3 of us. And although we were roadside rather than pool or garden, it was not overlooked by passersby or neighbours. The safe was large and easy to use, though you pay a bit extra for this. We were self-catering but had the breakfast once. There was everything you would expect to find at a buffet breakfast and it was all very tasty, and well laid out considering the small space available for this. Sara (I think that was her name) was friendly and chatty, and replenished the breakfast goodies as soon as was needed. Yes, some of the indoor furniture seems dated but nothing that a sanding and repainting wouldn’t fix. I would absolutely recommend if staying in the area. Loved it.

This was an excellent winter holiday for us as it was very relaxing and very peaceful with plenty of opportunity to do what you wanted to do when you wanted to do it. There was an excellent supply of utensils for self catering but you were close enough to amenities to go out for a meal or a drink if you wanted to. Es ist die beste Bungalow Anlagen, die wir bisher gebucht haben. Die Anlage ist einfach bombastisch,die Lage perfekt. Man erreicht alles fußläufig. Für alles andere fahren viele Busse direkt vor der Tür. Man kann sich selbst verpflegen oder mit Frühstück buchen. Die Bungalows haben alles was man braucht. Das Personal ist mega nett und sympathisch, vom Empfang bis Gärtner bis zum Reinigungspersonal. Wir waren jetzt schon dreimal da und wir werden immer wieder kommen. Einfach perfekt.

Stayed here for first time last year, rebooked for this year and checking out tomorrow (funny story, we ended up in the same bungalow we were in last year). Cannot fault anything, the staff are great, the accomodation is great & clean, it's all great to be honest especially cause we prefer self catering, mostly for breakfast as we sleep in from the drinks the night before. This time was a couples trip and the other party booked after us so we emailed in about if we could be next to them (we were fully aware it may not be possible but wanted to ask), and they got us just 1 bungalow down from them which again they didn't have to do but they did it and it was very much appreciated. The location of this place is spot on, easy access to bus's, shops, Yumbo, and this time we had an excursion rep come around while by the pool so we booked some trips, it worked out well as we went looking on day 1 to book some but the stands were either closed or the person was away from desk. Thank you again for providing amazing accomodation and it's pretty much guaranteed when we return (which will prob be next year) we will be booking here again, why go elsewhere when this offers all you need coupled with great staff and great location.

First visit here was last year and initially I thought it was perhaps too quiet for us. We've just returned after a 2nd visit and I've totally changed my views. It was perfect. Maybe this year wasn't quite so quiet as we went later in the year. Bungalows have everything you need and are spotlessly clean. No problems getting a sunbed no matter what time you went. There are some nice restaurants beside the Dino supermarket which is 5 mins away, other than that there are lots more down by the beach. The beach is a bit of a walk , lots of steps , but that's a price worth paying for staying in a quiet location. We had a late flight but weren't able to get a late check out, this wasn't a problem as we stayed by the pool and they let you use the shower in the gym and even gave you a towel. I'm loving this place and would love to go back.

Fuimos para pasar unos días en familia. Somos de la isla y queríamos cambiar de aires que siempre vamos a los mismos. Cuando ya nos estábamos instalando tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente que nos lo resolvieron sobre la marcha. No podría destacar que fue lo que más nos gustó porque estamos encantadísimos con todo. El lugar perfecto, las instalaciones geniales, la ubicación perfecta. El desayuno buenísimo y con variedad. El complejo es súper tranquilo, perfecto para unos días de descanso. Returned home a few days ago and already wanting to go back, had a great week at the Bungalows Biarritz, in one of the superior bungalows. From the moment of our late arrival the staff were absolutely fantastic, cheerful and helpful, we spent most of our time around the pool during the day usually having a simple lunch at the poolside bar then venturing out later on. The buffet breakfast had multiple choices so everyone was happy, the room was made up with fresh towels every other day, the only downside for myself was the gym wasn't great but good enough for a basic workout.

Bewertungsgrundlage: Familienurlaub mit 2 Jungs (8 und 10 Jahre) im Juli 2024. Die Bungalowanlage ist im Umfeld des englischen Strandes eine der wenigen ihrer Art neben den üblichen Hotelklötzen. Trotz ihres Alters ( ich habe dort bereits als kleines Kind in den 80ern Schwimmen gelernt) ist sie gut gepflegt und gemanagt. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 geöffnet und reagierte tadellos auf Wünsche, Fragen und Kritik. Die Anlage ist für dortige Verhältnisse top gepflegt. Das Areal ist abgeschlossen, so dass man die Kinder entspannt laufen lassen kann; ein Bademeisterservice am Pool trägt zur Entspannung bei. Der Pool ist von der Straße nicht einsehbar und wird täglich professionell gereinigt. Insbesondere die Bungalows mit Klimaanlage ( neue leise und effiziente Toshiba Split Geräte ) und Lage im Inneren Bereich versprechen Ruhe und Entspannung. Bei Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße könnte der Straßenlärm ggf. Störend sein. Für uns ist die Anlage Biarritz eine passende Adresse auch für Familien und das Publikum ist bodenständig seriös.

Bueno, un 10 sobre 10. Fuimos por 3 noches y decidimos quedarnos 5. Casi todos los años cambió de hospedaje por ir conociendo pero si duda, primerísimo por el personal, tanto de recepción como por el cocinero del pool bar, super atento y como no, Elena y Sara, madre mía que niñas más buenas, atentas y detallistas. Luego por la relación calidad, precio. Superó mis expectativas al 100%. En este, repito seguro. Un millón de gracias por el trato recibido por todos y todas. Ah y como no, a la socorrista Cristina y a los demás socorristas, cualquier necesidad de la piscina, a la primera me buscaban solución. De verdad, hasta el jardinero, el piscinero y las chicas de limpieza, muy amables y serviciales. Habrá quien diga que es su trabajo, pero la buena actitud con la que nos trataron, en pocos sitios la he visto.

Que decir de mi experiencia, primera vez en este complejo y ya tengo planeado volver el próximo año: Zona céntrica, tiendas y supermercados muy cerca, zona comercial a 3 calles del complejo, y vamos con ello. Al entrar a la recepción, primero te reciben con una sonrisa antes de preguntar que deseas, la verdad es que las recepcionistas muy profesionales, Chaxi, todo un encanto que al atenderte te hace sentir en familia, un sol de mujer, al igual que Arianna, que fueron las dos recepcionistas con las que tuve el placer de hablar, el complejo, muy limpio, piscina amplia, zonas de ocio, tanto mini-golf, como cancha de tenis, el bungalow, todo un lujo, amplio, limpio, y muy cómodo, pase 4 días con mis 2 hijos y la verdad es que el próximo año, ya tengo mi reserva para estar 10 días ahí, de los mejores que e estado en el sur de la isla, un abrazo y espero veros por allí

Rooms are lovely but basic we had a great bungalow with a private lawn next to the pool. Bar facilities are lovely and staff extremely helpful..short walk to a number of restaurants, shops. Beach is close by also, bus links outside of the hotel and very easy to use. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again soon.

Es un lugar estupendo!!!... Los bungalows amplios, limpios, camas cómodas, hasta el sofá es cómodo para dormir...la.zona de la piscina es muy grande y es sitio está muy bien comunicado, cerca de la playa de supermercados y de transporte público. Bungalows espaciosos con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones espléndidas. Nosotros reservamos para el Pride de Maspalomas, y la ubicación así como los servicios e instalaciones son ideales. La piscina con grandes espacios ajardinados son increíbles para sentirse en total desconexión así como para disfrutar del sol e incluso de la sombra. La conexión en transporte público con otras zonas de la isla está muy bien, es más, cuenta con parada de bus a menos de 1 minuto, en la misma salida a mano izquierda. Tolle Oase in der Nähe zum Strand. Ruhe, schön, Pool überall, grün, gepflegt,Tolles Frühstück, habe mich sofort nach dem Eintritt Zuhause gefühlt, vor allem wenn man direkt vom Flughafen den Transfer zu den anderen Hotels hinter sich hatte. Bungalows sind in einer wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Parkanlage platziert. Die Bungalows selber haben eine gute Grösse, sind ideal aufgeteilt und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Schön sind auch die eigenen kleinen Terrassen mit Liegestühlen. Fussläufig erreicht man den Strand und einige Shoppingcenter. Busstation ist gleich um die Ecke. Somit super praktisch gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig.

Sin duda es el mejor complejo de bungalows del sur de Gran Canaria. Nosotros repetimos todos los años y lo seguiremos haciendo. Este año nos alojamos durante el Carnaval de Maspalomas y estamos alojados en este momento. Sus jardines y piscinas son una maravilla, además, el trato de los/as trabajadores/as es excelente. Destacamos el de una de sus recepcionistas, Chaxi, que se preocupó e implicó muchísimo para solucionar una pequeña incidencia nos surgió. The property was spotless both inside the bungalow and outside area. The breakfast was superb very day with a huge variety of food, The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, particularly Marta. She told us how to get to different places and we even met her mother when we went on a tour of the island!!. A variety of restaurants for evening meals were all within walking distance even for two older ladies and the bus stop was less than 80 metres away. A very happy stay in late January. We didn't have airconditioning or heat (extra) but we didn't need it. There was a fan but we didn'need it

Perfect location. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip yet a meat 5/10 mins away from everything. Check in was easy. The lady on reception had perfect English. The bungalows are all no more than a 30 second walk from the pool, no matter where you are located in the complex. The bungalows are very well equipped. Nice spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Towels are provided and cleaning service is 5/7 days. The extra towels for the pool supplied were a welcome bonus. The room even though they are smaller that the images would have you believe are still spacious enough. Single beds, which are the norm in most places, can easily be put together. Large living area which our 12 year old slept in was comfy. The tv has 3 English speaking channels but the tv only went on once during our stay anyway. The pool was fab. Clean and with a lifeguard on duty ever day. The jacuzzi was huge and warm. We ate breakfast once in the restaurant. Loads of choice. Hot and cold. Tea and coffee with the added bonus of a machine for latte/ cappuccino ect. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. [...] Ther is a bus stop literally on the doorstep. The dino market is around the corner and the Yumbo center is about 5 mins walk. We enjoyed our stay and couldn’t fault the place. We are already planning a return trip later in the year.

Me & my mum stayed in a two bed bungalow every thing you need is there. So well equipped & very clean! Lovely little private garden with sun loungers very peaceful & quiet but only 10 mins to beach or shops & bars we only stayed for a long weekend wished it had been longer! Staff friendly & breakfast was great if you don’t want to venture out! There’s a lovely little pool bar! The pool wraps round the complex which is so pretty! Fantastic place. Good sized 2 bedroom bungalow with excellent facilities including toaster and kettle! A washing and drying area for each bungalow. Been to the island twice and both times stayed here. Perfect for me: self-contained bungalows not hotel rooms with small outside space, unusual shaped pool with loungers on the grass, gym and tennis courts, great buffet breakfast, and friendly staff. Location is a few minutes walk to a supermarket, the Yumbo centre and Cita centre. About 10 mins walk to the beach. Bus stops (airport is 35 mins away on the fast bus (€3.50)) just outside.

This holiday was perfect in a busy resort these bungalows were in the best position only 10 min walk to the beach and all the main restaurants, pubs and shops and only 5 mins from the Yumbo Centre. We stayed in a superior room which had everything for a family of 4, free air conditioning, 4 sun beds and the location was great right on the corner right next to the pool. For August it felt really relaxed and quiet, it was like a green lush paradise, all the grounds and pools were well kept. All the staff were so welcoming and happy to help if we come back to GC we will 100% stay here and we would recommend this great place. As a family we had a great time here thanks to this great place.

Perfect piece of paradise. This is an unusual hotel being bungalows around a lagoon type pool. This creates a beautiful setting which is just so peaceful. Great place to unwind and chill after working all year. Also the location is great as it's walking distance to all the main drinking/partying areas and the beach and waterfront bars. Special mention to Juan the barman who is so friendly and hardworking. Top man. Just wish the bar opening hours were longer... Look past the slightly tired furnishings in the bungalow and you will have an amazing holiday. You definitely need the superior upgrade though as Aircon is a must.

The most beautiful setting. We spent a week here and had the most amazing time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior bungalow and for a 3 star resort was perfect. Air con in every room, rooms cleaned often and bedding changed twice a week. Breakfast was fine we never went hungry. The food from the snack bar was brilliant! As for the pool…. Just stunning!!! Beautiful scenery and setting, relaxing and peaceful. As for location… 5 min walk to the beach with the bars and restaurants. There’s a supermarket just around the the corner and regular buses from outside the hotel to other towns. We had the most amazing stay and would happily return.

Large area of bungalows in Playa Del Ingles, good location, easy walk to main parts in the Area, beach, Maspalomas Dunes, Yumbo and Cita shopping centres. The grounds are lush with gardens, an inter connection pool that channels around the bungalows with a series of bridges passing over. There's tennis and mini golf on site. Overall the setting is pretty good, good for couples and families a like. The bungalow we stayed in was Large and spacious with a reasonable sized kitchen, large living area separated bathroom and bedroom. You could probably live there! Overall highly recommended.

Uns hat die Bungalow-Anlage sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles sehr gepflegt. Man konnte außer den Poolbereich auf der Anlage (kostenpflichtig günstig) Minigolf spielen. Auch drei Tennisplätze standen zur Verfügung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen hilfsbereit.

Nos dejaron hacer un late check out y disfrutanos de las instalaciones un poquito más sin problemas. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. La ubicacion es perfecta, un supermercado a 2 min andando, el Yumbo a 5 min y la playa del Inglés a 15 min. No hay ruidos del exterior y es un complejo bastante tranquilo. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

El alojamiento no tiene nada que envidiar a otros complejos de mas estrellas porque es un verdadero lujo de bungalows y zonas comunes. La atención en barra es excelente especialmente con el camarero Sallam siempre atento y haciéndonos sentir lo mejor atendidos posible, detallista y con una sonrisa. My family and I, two kids, grandparents and Auntie stayed here last week. From start to finish it was just a wonderful experience. The staff are so lovely, especially the front desk staff, the breakfast is lovely but the bungalows and the pool area are the best. So enjoyable, so easy, great location, quiet but near enough to everything you need, I would defniitely recommend this resort for a wonderful family holiday, we can't wait to go back. Loved it.

Myself and my daughter went for a week in the sun, the bungalow (160) lived up to our expectations, spotless, comfy beds, large terrace everything we needed for a relaxing week! Sun loungers comfy we enjoyed lieing by the pool very nice and peaceful for reading a book and taking it easy! Close to yumbo centre for an evening meal in one if the many restaurants, recommend Toro II we had 2 lovely meals here..would definitely come back to Cordial Biarritz Bungalows.

Beide Räume hatten eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Die Anlage befindet sich auf einem abgeschlossen Gelände mit parkähnlichem Charakter. Es gibt an dem riesig langen Pool eine große Liegewiese. Außerdem hat jeder Bungalow seine eigene kleine Liegewiese. Der Strand ist etwa 600 m entfernt, also zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt aber auch einen großen Parkplatz hinter dem Strand (kostenpflichtig).

Myself, my wife and 2 teenage boys stayed here last two week of July. Excellent quiet complex. Great pool, lovely staff. The bungalow was nice, we stayed in the Superior with 2 bedrooms. Great to chill out around the pool and plenty of shade from the trees if you need it. The Yumbo Centre was about 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment there. There is a good supermarket around the corner for supplies. You are about a 15 minute walk to Playa del Ingles. Plenty of bars, shops restaurants etc. Fine long sandy beach, and not taken up by a load of umbrellas. Buy your own if you need shade. I f you get short of funds to eat out, go midday to the restaurants, much cheaper. Don't know if they all do it, just ask. We stuck to a few restaurants where the staff were really friendly and were good value.

Lovely bungalows, we went for the superior one. With the air con, safe etc. We stayed in 142 which was right next to the pool. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere on the complex was very peaceful and relaxing. Location was great, the super market was just around the corner and the beach 15mins walk away. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a relaxed hoilday. There was plenty of places to eat not to far away in the yumbo centre which was about 15mins walk away. Would stay there again.

What a beautiful property! Each unit is self contained and fully functional along with a second deck with a wash tub and clothes line for hand washing light clothes and hanging towels. The main deck has padded chairs and a table and 2-3 sun bed loungers. The property is spotless and they take great pride in maintains the property. The pool is long and narrow for doing laps with some bigger areas for children. All staff was very kind and helpful. I really appreciate the early check in. It’s about 5-7 minutes walk to the Yumbo Center and to the beach. AC and wifi worked great. Wonderful place to spend a month or a few weeks.

This is a very well organised facility which exceeded our expectations. The rooms were of ample size, very clean with a very good maid service. It has a large swimming area which is split between two parts of the complex allowing easy access from all bungalows. The two parts are interlinked by another swimming area. The garden area is very green with bushes and trees and is very well maintained. The service at reception was very friendly and extremely helpful.

We stayed in a one bed superior bungalow, which was huge. Living area with 2 x 3 seater sofas plus separate dining area, large bathroom and bedroom with ample storage. Kitchen is bit smaller but everything we needed including the all important kettle and large fridge freezer. These bungalows are big enough to be permanent homes and with high arched brick ceilings feel very light and airy. Own terrace with table, chairs and sunloungers so no need to go to pool area. all exceptionally clean with quality mattresses and pool towels provided. A very quite peaceful oasis 5 mins walk from the nightlife of the Yumbo centre. It's very much a self contained self catering holiday so you don't see many staff apart from check in which suited us fine. We would not bother with the breakfast next time, there was plenty of cold meats etc but the hot sausages and eggs were inedible.

Pool water was cold but large with main part heated (still cold). Dino shopping centre around the corner so not far for your essentials. Staff all pleasant and no fighting for sun beds , we had them in the garden surrounding each bungalow as well as a table and chairs. Towels supplied with superior bungalows to. Would I choose Biarritz again , definitely! Don’t hesitate book it today.

Joli hôtel constitué de bungalows très bien aménagés. Le logement est simple, mais spacieux et fonctionnel. I really like these practical and comfortable bungalows with a small terrace and a kitchen. The entire facility is well thought out, with a swimming pool, mini golf and tennis courts so if you don't feel like going to the beach or sightseeing you can spend time pleasantly on the premises of the hotel. Just returned yesterday from a 12 day stay celebrating my 60th birthday. Have been to Gran Canaria many times but first time at Cordial Biarritz. Great location - couple of minutes to the Yumbo centre and all the bars and restaurants or 5-10 minute walk to the beach at Playa. Despite being so central to everything you wouldn’t notice - it’s very tranquil and chilled. We had a superior bungalow - free (good) wifi, safe and air con included. Very spacious - good size lounge / dining area and bedroom. Separate kitchen and private patio area. They had 90% occupancy while we there, yet it didn’t feel busy as you have the option of sunbathing round the pool or on areas round the bungalows. The staff are lovely - very friendly and helpful with any requests and the property is very well maintained. We did a bed & breakfast option for the first time and there was plenty with cooked breakfast options alongside continental style items. Sensible covid policies in place. Without doubt, one of the best places we have stayed in Gran Canaria and we will definitely be returning.

This is a fab little resort. The bungalows are lovely, clean and have everything you need. The pool is absolutely beautiful, there is an on-site mini golf course, tennis court and kids play area. There is also a small pool bar. We got a superior bungalow which includes air con. All bungalows have a small outdoor garden with tables and chairs. The location was perfect. it was our first time in Gran Canaria and we went sure what to expect but these are situated about a 7min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the yumbo centre and all the bars and restaurants and there is a supermarket just around the corner.

The location is superb. 10min walk to the beach and the promenade. Close to various restaurants and bars. Close to supermarket. The bungalows offered a lot of privacy and own space, they are a very decent size. We loved the pool (big, very clean, never too busy), plenty of deck chairs and space around the pool. The bungalows are surranded by palmtrees and trees, offering enough shade. The staff very helpful and friendly. We would also appreciate a double bed at least in one of the bedroom, but it didn't bother too much really.

It is my first time staying here and it is exceedingly relaxing and you are sure to have a great time here. There are many activities that cost very little or nothing to have a go at or play eg. Tennis courts, minigolf and others. The pool is very large and spacious, good for lengths or good for whatever you want. The meals are nice and the hotel has a variety of different meals to offer. Overall it is an amazing hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

Unseren ersten Urlaub mit unserer Tochter haben wir im Cordial Biarritz in einem Superior Bungalow mit zwei Schalfzimmern verbracht . Das Bungalow lag direkt am Pool , war richtig schön groß und hat alles gehabt was man so braucht . Was an der Anlage auch super war ist dass sie in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Yumbo Center und zur Cita liegt . Auch der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen . Die Mitarbeiter waren stets immer höflich und freundlich und die Reinigung war auch Spitzenklasse ! Die Anlage ist definitiv zu empfehlen !

So I am back again currently staying in bungalow 160 and my last visit was really pleasant due to major improvements. This time we have the most thorough and friendly maid I have ever known. Such a professional and personal touch and a credit to cordial. The air con is much welcomed to the higher number of superior bungalows. Beds are far more comfortable and the bungalows are so spacious. Without doubt my best experience this visit has been the maid, in my years of visiting Gran Canaria I have never experienced such a personal service. Meerdere malen in dit voortreffelijke bungalowpark geweest. Laatste keer circa 5 jaar geleden. Het park zelf en de bungalows in het bijzonder zijn de afgelopen 1 a 2 jaar gemoderniseerd en verbeterd. De organisatie heeft goed gereageerd op de enquête formulieren die afgelopen jaren zijn ingeleverd door vakantiegangers. Als er al kleine ongemakken waren, zijn deze in de verbeteringen meegenomen en opgelost. Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het park is super centraal gelegen in PdI. Op loopafstand van het strand en op loopafstand van alle bekende shopping centra. Het grote zwembad in U-vorm zorgt ervoor dat iedere bungalow dichtbij het zwembad ligt

Am on the last day of my stay here and I honestly can not fault it. The bungalow we were in 114 was lovely furniture a little tired but spotless clean the beds soft over head ceiling fan which was lovely. Shower I could have stayed in there it was that nice. Private patio with no one over looking us. The pool area beautiful no rushing for sun beds plenty of them there. Pool clean life guard was always out With his net. The cleaner was great. If your looking for a relaxing holiday I would definitely recommend this place. It was just what we needed

8 of us just back from a very enjoyable week at Cordial Biarritz. As a family group we have stayed a number of times over the years but this is our first visit after last year's refurb. The location is great. A few minutes walk from the fantastic beach and dunes and also very close to the Yumbo centre with lots of good value and excellent restaurants. Our favourites are Miramar and Centrum. The site is spaciously set out with clean and good accomodation, a great pool surrounded by a large garden with room for sun and shade and plenty of sun loungers. The staff are helpful and friendly. We will be back.

Well it’s our last day at the bungalows and we’ve had a lovely stay. Came for ten nights with our 14 year old daughter and her friend. Bungalow was spacious and well set out, with the pool right outside our patio doors. It’s nice and quiet in the part we stayed. The pool was kept clean constantly by staff and the lifeguards. Short walk to the town if you want lively and a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk I had already booked a hire car for 4 days because we wanted to see a bit more of the island (our 5th visit) but also booked one through the hotel for an extra day, which was no trouble at all. Wish I’d just booked through them when we arrived. Much less hassle. Peurto Mogan, Taurito, and Peurto Rico are within easy distance. We drove but there is a decent buss service. Mogan is a must see place with its little canals, beautiful buildings and stunning harbour. Here you can get a water taxi/ferry for something different All in all a fantastic holiday. Will be back next year

Venue avec ma maman à 2 reprises lorsque j'étais enfant, j'avais un souvenir extraordinaire du bungalow et surtout de la fabuleuse piscine et voulais le faire découvrir à ma famille et surtout à mes enfants. C'était comme dans mes souvenirs. L'emplacement est très calme malgré la situation centrale sur Playa del Ingles, la piscine toujours aussi top. Suffisamment de chaises longues pour tout le monde. Le personnel très aimable et très rapide dans les réponses lors de demandes spécifiques par email. La situation parfaite à 3 minutes à pieds du supermarché, 10 minutes de la promenade de la plage. Un arrêt de bus à 2 pas de l'hôtel et toujours beaucoup de places disponibles pour parquer la voiture. Un séjour au top et nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute !

La tranquilidad. El distribución de los bungalows y las zonas comunes favorece que estés siempre relajado, no se aprecia acumulación de gente ni ruido. Además el personal es muy muy amable y encuentran solución para todo.

Eine sehr gepflegte Bungalowanlage mit freundlichem Personal, einem großem Pool und in zentraler Lage. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Trotz vieler Bungalows ist es nicht so überlaufen, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Da ich als kleines Mädchen schon mit meinen Großeltern in der Anlage war, bin ich umso mehr positiv überrascht, dass man der Anlage ihr alter überhaupt nicht ansieht. :)

Sehr schöne Bungalowanlage, welche trotz guter Lager, sehr ruhig ist. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einakufsmöglichkeiten.Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die Gartenalage ist sehr schön und bietet durch die vielen Bäume gut Schatten. Im Speziellen ist der grosse Pool zu erwähnen.

Have just returned from here and I can't find any faults about these lovely bungalows. All of the staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The bungalows are really clean and everything you need for self catering is provided with a supermarket just 5mins walk away. The complex is really tranquil and chilled so if your looking for a party atmosphere this won't be for you. The beach with many bars is a 10 min walk away and only 5 to the Jumbo centre. Will definately be returning here in the future.

Muy buen lugar para pasar unos días. Sitio muy tranquilo, limpio y el personal muy amable. Zonas comunes amplias, con canchas, parque infantil, mini golf... Nos tocó un bungalow amplio de dos habitaciones y cocina equipada. Se puede aparcar fácilmente en la calle.

Séjour de trois semaines pendant les vacances de Noël, jour de l'an et Épiphanie. Très agréable. Bungalow spacieux,propre, bien agencé et équipé. Personnel très sympathique et prévenant. Literie à revoir. Petit déjeuner copieux. Snack pour le midi à besoin d'être étoffé. Piscine super agréable et très très bien entretenue . Résidence très bien placée prés du centre Yumbo.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage. Wir waren Selbstverpfleger und trotzdem super beeindruckt. Der erste Blick in die Anlage war schon atemberaubend. Schöner Pool und wirklich romantisches Ambiente. Die Bungalows waren 1A. Der Rundbogen als Decke hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch die Arten wie man die Zimmer beleuchten kann. Dazu gibt es einen Balkon und eine Terrasse zu jedem Bungalow. Je nachdem welches Bungalow man erhält, kann man gut unsichtbar in der Anlage wohnen. Für die, die gern getrennt Fernsehen, gibt es sogar 2 Fernseher, einer im Wohnbereich, einer im Schlafbereich. WLAN ist inklusive. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, 2 Herdplatten, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Man kann sich also alles machen. Und wer gern Pizza mag, es gibt eine für die Mikrowelle, die schmeckt sogar sehr gut. ;-) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel. Das war von den bisherigen wo wir waren das Beste.

buen lugar para ir con familia y/o amigos. Buen servicio trato en general excelente del personal de los bungalows. Facilidad de aparcamiento, bien situado en Playa del Ingles cerca de zonas de ocio pero lo suficientemente lejos como para evitar los ruidos nocturnos.

Visitamos en abril y era tan buena que decidimos volver en agosto. Es incluso mejor después de la renovación. Bungalows encantadores aunque casi totalmente ocupado no se siente lleno como un montón de espacio para tomar el sol en los jardines alrededor de la piscina. Personal excelente, especialmente la recepción que hace todo lo posible para ayudar. Estoy seguro de que volveré.
