We had heard very good things about Cordial Muelle Viejo, but when my wife and I arrived at the beginning of October 24, it exceeded all our expectations. Nice well-maintained modern apartment with large sunny terrace, perfect location with beautiful views of the beach, beautiful garden with large infinity pool and plenty of sunbeds - all managed and perfectly maintained by the amazing Ruth Morillo and her team. We cannot recommend the place highly enough - and will return already in the spring 25. As a bonus, it should be mentioned that it is quiet at night, despite the perfect location close to restaurants and beach bars, that it is cleaned almost every day, and that there is free breakfast outside the door every morning!

Just returned after a fantastic stay at these apartments: what a really great time we had too!!! We had never visited Gran Canaria before so we went with an open mind, as soon as we approached the complex we just knew we'd made the right choice. All the great things mentioned in previous reviews are true. It's a special place, quiet, luxurious and so well looked after by a lovely team, you just won't want to leave, we certainly didn't! Our apartment (302) had absolutely everything you could possibly need, it's undoubtedly the nicest holiday room or apartment we have ever stayed in, with a large balcony with views along the bay and out to sea, wonderful to sit there and relax in the sunshine. From the garden and pool area to the rooftop sun terrace, everything is so clean and pristine, the staff here are wonderful. We spoke with Ruth a few times and she is so nice, so helpful and enthusiastic about her work and that of her team, it's clear to see why Cordial Muelle Viejo is so highly rated by guests. Puerto Mogan is a beautiful resort, with everything we needed very close by. We rarely visit the same place twice on holiday, the world's a bit place, but this morning we have just booked for a return visit for next October 2025!!

Maravilloso lugar, maravillosas instalaciones, y como no, maravilloso trato por parte de los trabajadores de este complejo (Miguel, Esther, etc.); y queremos hacer una mención especial a Ruth, ya que gracias a ella, siempre la estancia es ideal, y deseamos repetir. Su alegría, dispuesta a ayudar siempre, preocupada por todos los huéspedes y siempre atenta, su profesionalidad, y un largo etcétera. The hotel is nestled under the ocean cliffs, with an infinity pool that reaches into the Atlantic Ocean. The Cordial Muelle Viejo offers a peaceful (and uncrowded) oasis, to relax and enjoy the warm Canarian sun!...and you are only a minute away from swimming in the ocean, if desired. While being so secluded, you are only a minutes walk from Puerto Mogan and the array of superb restaurants that Mogan offers. We have visited Mogan a half-dozen times, and we can honestly say that the restaurant quality has never been better. The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean and the units are well equipment in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. We were met by Ruth, the hotel manager, who makes everyone feel special, and Ruth's staff are always available if there's anything needed. We love the Cordial Muelle Viejo and will be returning as soon as we can!

Can’t fault the Cordial Muelle Viejo which is situated in one of the best locations in Puerto de Mogan. Spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped apartments with all of the appliances required for a self catering holiday (if you require them!). Ruth and her team were so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. This is our second trip to CMV and we are already planning a return visit next year!

We have just returned from Cordial Muelle Viejo and didn't want to leave... We had a brilliant stay there the apartment couldn't have been better everything was there for our use i.e. Dishwasher, Washing Machine, and Tumble Dryer if needed.... The whole place was kept lovely and clean and the cleaners came in every day except Thursdays and Sundays. The loungers around the pool were plentiful no problems getting somewhere to relax....Ruth was in charge of everything and couldn't be more helpful we asked a few questions and she had all the answers. We had Apartment 203 which was just right with a sea view and views of the restaurants . We had no problems with noise from the restaurants as the bedroom was at the back of the apartment.... We would love to stay there again.

La ubicación es inmejorable, ideal para pasar unos días tranquilos con familia o amigos ya que no suele estar muy lleno. Todo a mano, tiendas, restaurantes, farmacias... Al lado se encuentra una zona arqueológica que puedes visitar, la playa y la piscina. Desde el mirador y el solárium ves todo el Puerto de Mogán. En el apartamento la cocina está bien equipada, la terraza es grande y que tenga secadora y lavadora facilita mucho los días al ser un destino frente al mar.

Pasamos diez días en Familia. Es la quinta vez que veraneamos en el Cordial Muelle Viejo, y seguiremos repitiendo. Se encuentra en primera línea de Playa de Mogán, los apartamentos están muy bien equipados, espaciosos y con vistas a la playa. El personal muy agradable y profesional. Superb accommodation in a fantastic location in a lovely town. It’s a small hotel with only 20something rooms. Ample sun loungers, never any trouble getting a sun lounger. Fab infinity pool looking out onto the bay. There are no food or bar services on site but the bars and restaurants are only 20m from the hotel door. Free car park. Can’t fault the place!

Wir waren im Mai 2023 das zweite Mal in diesem Appartement Hotel und sind mega begeistert. Wir fliegen im September gleich wieder da hin. Die Appartements sind sauber, groß, mit einer wirklich schönen Küche mit Theke, mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Liegestühlen auf der Terrasse ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist ruhig und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön. Diese schöne, kleine Bucht in Puerto de Mogan ist wirklich eine Reise wert. Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer mit einem Infinity Pool ausgestattet, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch die super bequemen Lounges am Pool, für immer zwei Personen, sind ein Traum. Fußläufig gleich am Strand und den Restaurants, zu denen man abends gut essen gehen kann. Doch auch wenn das alles super schön ist und wir es nur jedem ans Herz legen wollen, da hinzureisen, ist uns ein guter Service sehr wichtig. Und was soll ich sagen, der ist nicht nur toll, sondern außergewöhnlich. Die Hausdame RUTH ist die Seele des Hotels. Unsagbar liebevoll und hilfsbereit geht sie uns zur Hand und es gibt (fast) nichts, was RUTH nicht lösen kann. Selbst als ich meine wichtigen Medikamente zuhause vergessen hatte, löste sie dieses Problem innerhalb 2 Tagen ratz-ratz. Sie ist ein Engel. Alvaro, Esther und das gesamte Service-Team schreiben Freundlichkeit und Dienstleistung groß. !Wir freuen uns auf September 2023.

The facilities were wonderful, one of the nicest pools with a lovely view. Lots of good seating and sunbeds. Everything spotlessly clean. The apartment was amazing, very comfortable, well equipped and ideally located for beach, restaurants and bars. One of the best holidays we have had, certainly the most relaxing. Loved that it was very secure and nobody could enter the complex without a key. All the staff were very very helpful, their customer service was second to none.

A fantastic place to stay. Great welcome from Ruth who explained all and checked us in quickly. The location is perfect at the end of the beach front with bars and restaurants with the marina opposite, nowhere is very far to walk. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean with good air conditioning and have well furnished balconies, ours 105, had a table four chairs, two sun loungers and drier, everything you could need. The pool area is well stocked with loungers, Bali beds and tables and chairs with plenty of choice. The infinity pool is easy to access and overlooks the sea to watch the boats go by. Everywhere is kept very clean, access is by key card including the parking beneath the hotel. This was our first visit to Mogan when we return we will definitely use this hotel.

Second time here and it won’t be the last. Even though I arrived rather late, the ever helpful Ruth was still on duty, and allocated me an even better room than I had stayed in previously. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Lovely quiet pool with ample sun beds overlooking the sea. Room cleaned nearly every day, and the whole place is kept spotless. Very quiet at night, even though it’s right next to all the beachfront bars and restaurants in Mogan. I will definitely return.

We are on our way home from a lovely week in the Cordial Meulle Viejo apartments right on the shore of the marina in Mogán. What a fantastic place to stay. The location is superb, right in the centre of everything with shops and restaurants literally on the doorstep. Whilst only rated a 3*, this place is 5* standard. A fantastic complex of just 20 or so high end apartments with all the mod cons including cooking and washing facilities you need to feel right at home. Mostly all apartments have a sea view with great outdoor patio space. The infinity pool is amazing with views over the ocean and mountains: lots of sun beds, free cabanas and clean, well maintained facilities. Ruth couldn't have been nicer in ensuring we had a pleasant stay, a helpful and very nice lady

Nos encantaron las instalaciones. La vivienda muy cómoda y espaciosa, con la temperatura ideal. Tienes aire acondicionado tanto en la sala principal como en el dormitorio. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y relajado. Nada más llegar dejas el coche en el parking en el mismo edificio y gratis, con el ascensor al lado para subir las cosas, ya empiezas bien tus vacaciones. La piscina es fantástica y con unas vistas a la playa que te relaja muchísimo. El personal muy amable y efectivo en su trabajo. Ruth y su equipo son de diez. A loving and superb hotel! We have been lucky visiting hotel Cordial Muelle Viejo the last week. The welcome and service taken care of by Ruth and her straff is warm, uncluding and professional. The apartment 101 is amazing and includes 100% the facilities you wish for a nice stay. From the beautiful terrace you have a lovely view to the sea, to Playa de Mogan and the beach promenade. Dispite of centrum beeing nearby, this place is quiet and calm.

This is my third time staying here and the fact I keep coming back speaks for itself. Best location in Puerto de Mogan, less than 50m to the lovely sandy beach and the beachside restaurants and bars. The views from the vast majority of apartment balconies are beautiful. There is nothing better than sitting on the balcony enjoying the lovely view and listening to the sea. The apartments are extremely clean and well equipped for preparing light meals. There is a lovely pool with views of the sea and lots of sun beds. The staff are really great, very friendly and extremely helpful going the extra mile to ensure an issues are sorted immediately.

We stayed in apartment 202 at Cordial Muelle Viejo. The place was very clean and comfortable. It had a huge open-plan living room and modern well equipped kitchen. The bedroom was average size with fitted mirrored wardrobes, television and air-conditioning. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower room was modern and clean although on the small side. The apartment had a huge balcony with 2 sunbeds and table with 4 chairs. Our balcony had the most amazing view of the beach and across to the marina. The pool and its surrounding area was beautiful, clean, loads of loungers and never overly busy. Maria(sorry she had another name that I couldn't pronounce) at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent as within walking distance of restaurants etc, the marina with restaurants and bars is about a 5-10 stroll away. Would definitely return. Very relaxing week.

Nosotros estuvimos en la semana del 4 al 11 de Julio y fue tan relajante. Es un complejo pequeño, súper tranquilo, con una ubicación perfecta, a 2 pasos de la la playa. El apartamento es espacioso, con una terraza que daba la vida, tiene todo lo necesario y más, resultando muy confortable. Mucha limpieza dentro y fuera. La piscina es fantástica y pegadita al mar, apta para todas las edades. Nuestra experiencia con mi madre , que tiene un poco de dificultad en las piernas a la hora de moverse, gracias a su buen acceso , pudo disfrutar de ella y también pudo pasar más tiempo en el exterior gracias a las camas balinesas, ya que sin ellas hubiera sido imposible que estuviera en una hamaca. Otro añadido más y el más valioso de este maravillo complejo son sus trabajadores. La recepcionista Ruth, además de amable y simpática, te hacía la estancia mas fácil y cómoda resolviendo cualquier duda e inconveniente . Las chicas de la limpieza son unas currantes y también muy amables , los chicos de mantenimiento igual. Esperamos haber sido unos clientes buenos, habiendo correspondido de la mejor forma y no habiendo sido una sobrecarga en sus trabajos. Creemos que sí, porque no somos de esos que por el simple hecho de pagar creamos que tenemos derecho a sobrecargar de trabajo al resto , que ya bastante tienen en su jornada laboral. En definitiva fie una semana placentera y relajante. Ni una sola queja. Muchas gracias y enhorabuena al equipo del Cordial.

Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Ruhe am Pool mit balinesischen Liegen in tollem Ambiente. Wahrscheinlich der beste Platz in Puerto de Mogan. Frau Ruth Morillo ist das Herz dieses Hotels, immer bemüht, den Gästen ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen und das mit einem Charme und Augenzwinkern und bewundernswertem Temperament. Wir hatten eine Autopanne. Als ich unser Pech am nächsten Tag erwähnte, setzte Ruth Morillo alles in Bewegung und besorgte uns von Herrn Pedro Gonzalez ein Batterieladegerät, das er uns bis zum nächsten Tag lieh. Besondere Menschen machen Orte zu besonderen Erlebnissen. Mogan wurde durch ihre 2 Mitarbeiter zu einem solchen Ort, den wir nicht vergessen werden. Einige Tage am vielleicht schönsten Ort der Insel verbringen zu dürfen bei hervorragendem Service, lässt das Herz (Cor) freudig hüpfen.

Lo pasamos muy bien en el apartamento. Se ve muy bonito y limpio y tenía todo lo que necesitas. Cocina con muchos electrodomésticos, toallas de playa, bonita terraza, parking gratuito y un estupendo solárium en la azotea. Además, la gente es muy amable y servicial. La ubicación también es excelente. Conectado directamente con el bulevar, a 30 segundos a pie de la playa y esta linda ciudad tiene muchos restaurantes excelentes.

We stayed at the Cordial Muelle Viejo from 04/06-11/06 June 2022. The accommodation is perfect! So clean, quiet and perfectly located at the beach. Ruth on reception was so helpful at all times. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a quiet relaxing break. The pool area always clean with plenty of beds , never too busy. Situated on the beach , and near the marina with lots of fabulous places to eat. We would definitely go back.

My Husband and I stayed at these apartments in September last year and lived them so much that we decided to return this year. I have to say we was not disappointed at all. The apartments are immaculate, the views over the sea from the infinity pool spectacular and the balconies huge. We love our nights out but the rooms and views were that good we stayed in and sat sitting on balcony watching the ocean and people watching (that’s what us woman do?. Staff at the apartments were brilliant and could not do enough for you. Is especially like to thank the Manager there , Ruth who made sure we had everything at hand, was so friendly and always made herself available to assist the guests. 100% will return and would recommend the apartments. Mogan is also one of the nicest beach places I have visited as there is a lagoon filled with beach bars and restaurants plus a 1 min walk (no joke) over a bridge on a river coming off the sea to filled white wash streets and small Canadian restaurants and harbour.

Just had a wonderful 9 nights at this beautiful location. We have been to mogan 3 times before but this was by far the best. The location of the apartments is breathtaking, the cliffs absorbed all noise so have had the best 9 night's sleep in a long time. The beds were very comfortable the showers powerful and to top it off the kitchen totally equipped with a really decent oven, so cooking at the apartment and eating on the balcony was a pleasure not just a money saving excersise! We are 40s with late teens and it worked for both age groups. WiFi perfect. Will be back as soon as we can!!

Everything about our stay was fabulous, it was so clean, the location is fantastic, the rooms were spacious and exceptionally well equipped, including washer, drier, dishwasher and even an egg boiler. the staff were really good, even giving my friend a bottle of fizz for his birthday! The balcony was enormous and had seats, table , loungers . Amazing sea views. There is even a viewing point which was amazing at sun set. The cleaners came in daily which was unexpected.

A wonderful holiday in a in a very attractive resort. A height restriction on developments and the size of Puerto Mogan make this a much more intimate experience than the larger, rather carachterless resorts of Puerto Rico and Maspalomas. The accommodation was first class, so clean and well equipped, and located within metres of the sandy bay. The large infinity pool was appealing and there were ample sun loungers to accommodate all of the residents of the 22 apartments. The old town centre was most attractive with a wonderful display of bougainvillea, and close to the marina. The weather was a consistent 24/25 degrees every day of the fortnight.The surrounding landscape is spectacular with 100 metre cliffs of stratified ancient lava flows which have been eroded to form canyons and create ports. There is a fleet of local fishing boats to supply the many restaurants. The facilities are first class but the additional bonus is the people who look after you. The manager, Ruth is charming and very efficient in managing the personable staff who maintain the accommodation, pool and gardens. Ruth is receptionist and concierge and cheerfully effective so the residents regard her as not only the manager but also as a friend,

He pasado este fin de semana en pareja y nos hemos ido con ganas de repetir. Las instalaciones están ubicadas en un lugar inmejorable. La piscina es espectacular, pegada a la playa y con vistas al mar desde el interior. Los apartamentos disponen de todo los electrodomésticos que puedas necesitar, incluso para largas estancias (lavadora, secadora...) El balcón tenía vistas a la playa, disfrutando mucho del desayuno en la terraza y de una cervecita por la tarde... Por último, y no menos importante, si las instalaciones han sido excelentes, el trato humano fue inmejorable . Desde que llegamos hasta el momento de marcharnos, Ruth, la recepcionista, nos hizo sentir muy a gusto y muy bien acogidos. Muy atenta para hacerte sentir a gusto en todo momento. En resumen, un lugar totalmente recomendable. Ha sido un fin de semana con la sensación de haber estado una semana descansando...para repetir. Resumiendo, tuve la sensación de desconectar

Estuvimos pasando unos días en estos apartamentos y nuestras expectativas se vieron superadas. Mogán es un lugar que no decepciona, tranquilo, sin masificación y con un tiempo siempre esplendido. El apartamento precioso, moderno , con todas las comodidades y muy limpio,. A un paso de la playa y con una piscina estupenda con sus hamacas y camas balines, en fin, una estancia maravillosa. Todo el personal es muy atento, y Ruth está pendiente de todo o que se agradece mucho. También coincidimos con una pareja muy agradable en la piscina, Iris y Aythami, con los que compartimos una tarde de mojitos muy divertida y "eléctrica" y con los que acabamos descubriendo bastante cosas en común. Concluyendo, nos fuimos de la mejor manera posible: deseando repetir. Esperamos que sea no tardando mucho.

Desde el primer momento, Ruth, la recepcionista, nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos, nos recomendó actividades y lugares a visitar por la zona y la Isla. El hotel está perfectamente situado, las vistas y el alojamiento son inmejorables. Zona muy tranquila y no masificada.

My wife and I booked these apartments as a special treat ex Covid and we weren't disappointed. We had a one bedroom side view apartment. They aren't cheap, but they are superbly appointed. Good rooms, loads of space and big balcony with sun loungers etc. Every facility you could wish for, dishwasher, tumble drier, huge fridge, oven etc, some of them still brand new because it's so easy to eat out close by. Super pool area, we had most of it to ourselves, perhaps because of Covid restrictions. Location couldn't be better, right next to all of Mogan marina . Servicing of apartments very good indeed, everything changed daily. Easy to get to Spar close by for any provisions. Would we return ? Yes tomorrow if we could. Puerto Mogan is lovely, and with the new airport motorway it's only 40 mins transfer. No hesitation to recommend to anyone and we can't wait to return

Me ha sorprendido estos apartamentos. Lo primero es que tienen aparcamiento privado a la sombra ( se agradece en verano ). La piscina es una delicia, y al estar al lado del mar, siempre tiene una brisa marina que se agradece. El solárium tiene unas vistas maravillosas. Los apartamentos son muy amplios, las vistas espectaculares, todo muy nuevo y cuidado. No le falta detalle, lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, aire acondicionado… y enorme terraza con hamacas y mesa para comer viendo toda la playa de Mogan. Tiene servicio de limpieza 5 días a la semana. Fue una elección muy buena para descansar y disfrutar de las vacaciones. Gracias Ruth por tu excelente acogida.

Amazing place to relax and share time with your family. The endless view swimming pool is fantastic and just a few meters from the sea. The location is also perfect, a few meters from a sandy beach (Playa de Mogán)

Un lugar precioso al lado del mar. Es un sitio encantador, los apartamentos son de lujo, la piscina con vistas mar, espectacular, los servicios de limpieza perfectos, todo limpio y muy cuidado y mención especial para Ruth y Joel, de recepción, personal súper profesional, amables, alegres, y te atienden para todo lo que puedas necesitar. He estado ya tres veces y repetiré seguro.

We have just returned from a week at this complex and cannot reccomend it enough to anyone thinking of booking it. The location is perfect and the apartments inside and out are absolutely fabulous. Beautiful grounds with amazing views and huge balconies over looking the bay. The staff are all amazing, from the management to the grounds men and maids. They cannot do enough for you and are always so pleasant. Thanks for a great experience guys. Your well on the way to success with this wonderfull complex.

My third time staying here and the fact I keep coming back speaks for itself. Best location in Puerto de Mogan, less than 50m to the lovely Sandy beach and the beachside restaurants and bars. The views from the vast majority of apartment balconies are beautiful. There is nothing better than sitting on the balcony enjoying the lovely view and listening to the sea. The apartments are extremely clean and well equipped for preparing light meals. There is a lovely pool with views of the sea and lots of sun beds. The staff are really great, very friendly and extremely helpful going the extra mile to ensure an issues are sorted immediately. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.
