Cordial Hotels & Resorts draw for fans of Celtic Football Club

LEGAL BASIS

1. Object of the promotion

This prize draw is a promotion in which Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts S.L., with headquarters in c/ Cartago, nº 22, 1ª Planta, El Tablero 35109 San Bartolomé de Tirajana - Gran Canaria - Spain and CIF: B35761626, (hereinafter CORDIAL), offers fans of Celtic Football Club, of which CORDIAL is a proud sponsor, a series of rewards such as tickets (both hospitality and general) or t-shirts signed by the players to encourage them to sign up to the Cordial Club.

2. Time frame

The promotion will run until 21 February 2024. The draw will be held on 22 February 2024.

3. Conditions of participation

All Club Cordial members who have sent an email to clubcordial@becordial.com before 21 February 2024 indicating their Club Cordial number and the correct answer to the three questions about the hotel chain that can be answered by studying our website will participate in the draw:

- What is the name of what is known as the little Venice of the Canaries because of its bridges and canals?

- In which Canary Islands are Cordial Hotels & Resorts present?

- What is the name of the hotel chain's Beach Club in Arguineguín?

Membership of the Cordial Club is free of charge. You can do so at https://www.becordial.com/en/registration-club-cordial/.

Excluded from the draw are:

3.1. Employees of Cordial Hotels & Resorts and Celtic Football Club.

3.2. Persons under 18 years of age.

3.3. Legal entities.

Each entrant may participate only once via his/her e-mail address.

4. Description and use of the prize

The prizes to be raffled are as follows:

1. 1 double hospitality ticket for hospitality places Celtic - Dundee on 28 February.

2. 1 double ticket for hospitality places Celtic - Dundee on 28 February

3. 1 double entry for hospitality places Celtic - St. Johnstone on 16 March

4. 1 double entry for hospitality places Celtic - St. Johnstone on 16 March

5. 1 general admission double header Celtic - Dundee on 28 February

6. 1 General Admission Double Venue Ticket Celtic - Dundee on 28 February

7. 1 General Admission Double Glazer Celtic - St. Johnstone on 16 March

8. 1 Double General Admission Celtic - St. Johnstone on 16 March

9. 1 signed women's team shirt

10. 1 signed women's team shirt

11. 1 signed women's team shirt

12. 1 signed women's team T-shirt

13. 1 T-shirt signed by the women's team

To make use of the prize of double tickets, the winner must send their details (and those of their companion) to Cordial Hotels & Resorts (clubcordial@becordial.com) on the day they are informed of their status as the winner. If the winner does not respond and accept the prize within 24 hours, the person will be deemed to forfeit their prize. In such a case, one of the alternates (in order) will be contacted.

The prize is unique and non-transferable: it is to be enjoyed by the winner and his/her companion.

5. Mechanics of the draw

1. The draw will be resolved through a random drawing app: AppSorteo (https://app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteados).

2. Each prize will have a winner and an alternate in the event that the winner does not accept the prize in due time and form.

3. The prizes will be assigned in the same order as given by the application itself.

6. Other considerations

The rules of the draw will be published on the website becordial.com. CORDIAL reserves the right to modify the conditions of this promotion at any time, including its possible cancellation before the established deadline, provided that there is a case of force majeure, undertaking to communicate the new rules, conditions of the competition or the definitive cancellation.
