El restaurante Los Guayres, ubicado en el Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa, ha renovado su merecidísima Estrella Michelin en una gala celebrada en Madrid, y retransmitida en 'streaming', la noche del pasado 14 de diciembre. El chef Alexis Álvarez, al mando de los fogones, y su equipo reciben así el distintivo de mayor reconocimiento de la restauración mundial de la mano de la Guía Michelin 2021 y se consolida, un año más, como uno de los mejores restaurantes de España y Portugal.
Hotels Cordial Mogán Playa and Cordial Roca Negra, Apartments Cordial Mogán Valle, Holiday Homes Cordial Muelle Viejo and Bungalows Cordial Biarritz, Cordial Sandy Golf and Cordial Green Golf have been awarded.
- Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa is back in tourism activity after having taken advantage of the forced closure due to the pandemic to carry out important improvement works on its facilities that could not be carried out while it was in operation.
- Guests will notice a renewed reception area, the spacious and renovated swimming pools and a modern buffet, adapted to the current sanitary requirements.
Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa received this award in the “General Impression Hotel” category during the ceremony that TUI Nordic organized in the south of the island of Gran Canaria.
The hotel celebrates it with two of the best gifts that can be desired for a hotel like this one: the international recognition of its haute cuisine restaurant, Los Guayres, with the Michelin Star 2020, and the opening of its luxury holiday homes Cordial Mogán Solaz.
