Los Guayres, Best Restaurant in the Canary Islands 2021
Restaurant Los Guayres, located in Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa, has just received the prestigious recognition awarded by "Qué bueno Canarias Mahou 2022" Guide as Best Restaurant in the Canary Islands, corresponding to this year's edition.
Enormously grateful for this award, Alexis Alvarez, Chef of Los Guayres, states that "it is an enormous honour to see the efforts of the Los Guayres team recognised among the merit of so many excellent restaurants spread throughout the archipelago". After revalidating his Michelin Star for the third consecutive year and obtaining, once again, a Sol Repsol, this time in 2022, Álvarez wants to "highlight the choral effort required for a gastronomic experience such as dining at Los Guayres, where not only the cuisine should shine but also the friendly service of the dining room".
For his part, Nicolás Villalobos, general manager of the hotel chain beCordial Hotels & Resorts, acknowledges that "the team at Los Guayres, headed by Alexis Álvarez, can't be described enough.
