Los Guayres restaurant reaffirms its Michelin Star in the Michelin Guide Spain & Portugal 2022
Los Guayres restaurant, located in the Cordial Mogán Playa Hotel, received its well-deserved Michelin Star for the third consecutive year at a gala event held in Valencia on the evening of the 14th December. The restaurant Los Guayres, with the chef Alexis Álvarez at the head of his fantastic kitchen and dining room team, thus maintains the highest recognition in the world's restaurant industry from the Michelin Guide 2022 and consolidates, for yet another year, as one of the best restaurants in Spain and Portugal.
The revalidation of the Michelin Star, awarded for the first time in the Michelin Guide Spain & Portugal 2020, is undoubtedly a great tribute to the work well done and the daily dedication of Alexis Álvarez and his team.
