The Flat was very clean, practical and very bright, full of natural light. The location was great: it was quiet, easy access to the beach and near transportation as most buses go to the Cita Shopping Centre. We did not use the pool area, because we were sightseeing every day, however, it looked clean and inviting. All the flats pool view which was nice ! Ramiro, the manager, kept in contact to with us throughout the stay and helped us some information and the daily cleaner was very polite and pleasant.

"We stayed here in early February and would definitely stay here again. Very close to Playa Del Ingles and a short walk to Yumbo Centre. The holiday apartment was clean and spacious. Quiet at night time so you could get a good night sleep. The owner kept in contact via private WhatsApp messages and couldn’t do enough. Very thoughtful. Each day we had fresh bread rolls on the door handle. Only thing I would say is that the sofa could be a bit more comfortable, maybe a corner sofa and softer lighting could be used."

Location - just a few minutes from the walkway that leads you down to the beach and the dunes. Close enough to plenty of bars and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. Pool area - perfectly clean and not crowded - a great sun trap!

The Flat was very clean, practical and very bright, full of natural light. The location was great: it was quiet, easy access to the beach, Playa del Ingles, and near transportation as most buses go to the Cita Shopping Centre. We did not use the pool area, because we were sightseeing everyday, however, it looked clean and inviting. All the flats overlook the pool which was nice ! Ramiro, the manager, kept in contact to with us throughout the stay and helped us with some information and the daily cleaner was very polite and pleasant. I would happily return there again !

Todo me gustó. La cocina tenía cafetera y algunos filtros, tostadora, mesa (horno no). El área de la piscina es supertranquila, lo que se agradece. Está bien aislado del ruido o al menos el tipo de alojamiento favorece el respeto por el descanso ajeno. Es un lugar para desconectar y descansar. 100% recomendable.

La tranquilidad de los apartamentos; tuvimos la piscina para nosotros solos casi todos los días en pleno agosto. Es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Además, está a menos de 5 minutos de playa del inglés. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal si buscas desconexión. El personal muy amable y pendiente de todo (te dejan unos bollitos de pan cada mañana para desayunar). Parada de bus (hacia el aeropuerto, Maspalomas, Mogán,...) a 5 minutos.

La estructura se encuentra en una buena posición, cerquísima de las Dunas y en una zona muy tranquila. La piscina es un plus, perfecta para descansar si no tienes otros planes en el día. Nos encantó su tranquilidad, que era justo lo que íbamos buscando, unos días de descanso y tranquilidad. Estamos muy agradecidos con Ramiro con su atención estando pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Todo es tal cual como se describe, una cama grandísima súper cómoda y el apartamento totalmente equipado para pasar unos días. Nos sorprendió el detalle de todos los días por la mañana ponernos dos panecillos para el desayuno en la puerta. Es un sitio de 10 con una atención muy esmerada por Ramiro como por el servicio de limpieza. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Just back from a week staying at Cordial Judoca and we will DEFINITELY stay here again. The apartments are spacious, clean and have all you need. Most of the time we were the only ones around the pool, so no having to get up early to grab a sunbed. The owner was super helpful and the place itself is perfectly located close to the beach, CITA and Yumbo centres.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage mit bester Lage zum Strand und in die Umgebung. Der Pool ist super sauer und hat eine tolle Größe um sich zu bewegen. Liegen und Sitzmuscheln sind vorhanden. Die Zimmer haben eine Kochnische, die mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet ist. Ein separates Schlafzimmer ist vorhanden und das Bad ist mit einer großen Dusche ausgestattet. Es gibt einen täglichen Zimmerservice und die Handtücher werden regelmäßig getauscht. Es wird sich also um alles für einen guten Aufenthalt gekümmert. Alle in der Anlage sind sehr hilfsbereit und kümmern sich sofort bei aufkommenden Fragen. Einfach toll. Weiter so und alles Liebe und Gute für das Team.

C'était notre troisième séjour à Cordial Judoca Beach et nous n'avons rien à changer des compliments émis lors de nos précédents commentaires. Tout a été parfait. Un grand merci encore à Ramiro pour avoir répondu à notre souhait concernant le choix de l'appartement. C'est un hôte très attentionné et absolument charmant. Conditions de check-in et check-out idéales grâce aux instructions de Ramiro. Pour connaître déjà les lieux, nous avons encore plus apprécié notre séjour. À lire les nombreux commentaires élogieux, nous ne sommes pas les seuls à mettre de bonnes appréciations. Les + : l'emplacement dans un quartier au calme, petite structure de 12 appartements, appartement vaste et lumineux très agréable, la grande terrasse, la grande chambre au lit ultra confortable, la belle salle d'eau, la cuisine avec le nécessaire, propreté grâce à un personnel de ménage efficace (nettoyage quasiment tous les jours et linge de toilette changé tous les 2 jours !) et adorable. Sans oublier le wifi très correct et les petits pains distribués le matin ! Cet établissement est véritablement notre préféré à Playa del Ingles ! Nous y reviendrons encore, c'est sûr (si des appartements s'avéreront disponibles car ils ont beaucoup de succès et ils sont très demandés !).

Nous avons aimé beaucoup de choses. C’est notre seconde fois dans cet établissement. Donc un appartement différent de la première fois et c’était tout aussi bien. L’emplacement est génial, proche de la plage, du centre commercial Cita et du Yumbo. Tout ça est faisable à pied sans problème. Les appartements sont biens équipés, propres, l’environnement est calme tout en étant proche de tout et le personnel est très sympa. Nous avions loué une voiture et aucun problème de stationnement à proximité.

Recomiendo este alojamiento por la ubicación a la playa del inglés (muy buena), dunas Maspalomas, paseo marítimo, supermercados, limpieza, tranquilidad, piscina y sobre todo el trato excepcional de Ramiro y personal de limpieza. Tuvimos un problema con la llave de la habitación y nos ayudaron con mucha amabilidad, muy agradecidos. Volveremos seguro, nos fuimos muy contentos.

Absolutely great place to stay, bright, clean and well equipped with all you need. Free safe and WiFi, comfy large double bed and lovely pool area. Also a bottle of water arrival and every morning 2 bread rolls left on your door handle such a lovely gesture. The whole place is so clean inside and out. The apartments are close to everything beach, restaurants and bars, plenty of supermarkets within 5 minute walk. The customer service was excellent Ramiro the host is a big credit to these apartments, pre arrival instructions were well communicated, and he is always checking if all is OK and if you need anything he will sort it out. The cleaner, think her name was Culi, is amazing always so busy but always smiling and such a lovely person. Both people make you feel like you are staying with friends, can't thank you enough for a lovely holiday.

Good aparthotel, I was lucky enough to get an apartment on the bottom floor which was lovely. Swimming pool cold but no problem going in feels like the sea. Great location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, evening entertainment, supermarket (Hyperdino - which is well stocked). The appartment was exceptionally clean and tidy with a regular room service provided. Ramiro was also very helpful but unobtrusive. He gave some great advice with local attractions and places to eat. Also, nice touch with the morning bread rolls left around 8:00 every morning. We tried to catch Ramiro leaving them, but the man's like a ninja or Santa - the rolls just magically appear! The property is well maintained, quiet and peaceful. Overall, very impressed.

Eine sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft, ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe des spektakulärsten Strandes auf Gran Canaria, fünf Gehminuten von den berühmten Wanderdünen entfernt. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Personal. Ramiro ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und an Hilfsbereitschaft nicht zu überbieten. Wunderbares Appartement-Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt - es ist ruhig und eigentlich direkt an den Dünnen. Die FeWo war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Am Poll kann man sich sehr schön erholen und Kaffe am Morgen trinken. Zum Frühstück gibt es 2 Brötchen, das ist auch sehr nett. Das beste am Hotel ist das Team. Ramiro ist ein freundlicher, fürsorglicher Gastgeber, der immer hilfsbereit ist. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Spent a fantastic week at these apartments. The instructions we received to access the complex, pick up our keys and the wifi code were fantastic. The apartment are in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of 2 supermarkets, the seafront and shopping centres. We were in No.11 and were able to see the sea. The location is quiet but feels very safe when walking back late evening. The rooms and balcony are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Ramiro and the maid are both super friendly and helpful. They deliver fresh bread rolls every morning. We will definitely be returning again soon.

Super netter Gastgeber, immer top Service und super sauber. Brötchen für Frühstück pünktlich an der Tür. Super Strandnähe. Trotzdem zentral und alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöne und ruhige Ecke, dennoch nah am Geschehen! Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen! Lieben Dank an Ramiro und Cundi!

El apartamento está nuevo, limpio y bien localizado para ir a la playa. Tiene supermercados cerca (Centro comercial CITA). El ambiente es tranquilo y en noviembre se puede aparcar fácilmente frente al apartamento. El personal es muy amable y te dan todo tipo de facilidades. Nuestro avión salía por la tarde y dejamos las maletas en recepción y nos dejaron ducharnos en una ducha habilitada allí mismo. Y te dejan panecillos todas las mañanas :-) Gracias por todo!!!

Séjour parfait en toute autonomie aux appartements Cordial Judoca Beach. Contact préalable et pendant le séjour avec l'hôte, toujours agréable et disponible. Appartement très bien équipé, serviettes de toilette en suffisance, kit pour la vaisselle, draps de lit. Le lit était très confortable et le quartier très silencieux, j'ai dormi comme un bébé. Terrasse privative super agréable. Service de livraison de nourriture à la porte de l'appartement, hyper pratique (commande minimale 20eur). Accès à la mer et au Cita en 5 minutes à pied. Quartier très sûr. Possibilite de reserver le transfert en taxi depuis et vers l'aéroport. Je reviendrai !

Hemos estado 9 días increíbles. Tranquilas y muy muy agusto. Ramiro a sido un placer conocerte y alojarnos. Las instalaciones de la piscina muy limpias, lo mismo digo del apartamento cuando llegamos. Las chicas de la limpieza un encanto, sobre todo Alexia (ha sido un encanto con nosotras, y todo un placer haberla conocido) una chica limpia y rápida! La ubicación es ideal, la playa al lado, supermercados cerca. Hemos escogido genial! Volveremos sin duda el año que viene! Gracias Ramiro y Alexia!

Piscina casi siempre sola para ti y limpia. 5min a pie de la playa (ojo, el primer acceso tienes que andar mucho sobre arena, busca el siguiente). 8 min. a pie de supermercado Spar y Dino y centro comercial CITA. Zona nocturna super divertida pero el apartamento SUPER SILENCIOSO Y TRANQUILO. Ramiro: qué decir? Amable y agradable y siempre atento a ayudar. Sofá cómodo. Todo excepcional, superando nuestras expectativas en todos los aspectos. Nunca estuvimos en un apartamento donde la limpieza fuera tan habitual y excelente. Tuvimos pan colgado de nuestra puerta todas las mañanas. Aunque no nos hizo falta había ventilador de techo super moderno y dos aparatos de aire acondicionado. La terraza es grande y acogedora. Y la ubicación mejor imposible, dunas y playa a mano, además con la comodidad de aparcar en la puerta de los apartamentos todos los días. Top 10!

Las instalaciones son geniales, todo súper equipado, nuevo, cómodo y limpio. La zona es tranquila y está en muy buena ubicación. El personal es encantador, todo ha sido muy fácil. Hemos estado en julio y siempre encontrábamos aparcamiento a unos metros de la entrada (no se paga por aparcar en la calle). Nos ha encantado el detalle del pan por la mañana. Mis amigas y yo nos hemos sentido muy bien acogidas. Es un alojamiento completo y muy barato. Lo recomiendo sin duda :)

The location is ideal for the beach, Cita and Yumbo shopping centre. The host regularly updated us regarding the access, giving clear instructions via text as the Reception was closed due to our late arrival. The apartment was clean and had everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area is lovely and very quite and the pool was clean. This was our second stay and we hope to return soon.

The Judoca apartments were very clean and well-maintained in a modern building with 12 units. Unlike many ageing blocks in the resort, we found our apartment to be modern and comfortable. Everything worked and was in good condition. We appreciated the laminate flooring which was warmer than ceramic and also quieter but most of all the double bed (NOT two singles pushed together) and a full-size duvet ensured a great night’s sleep. There were air conditioning units in the bedroom and living area but we didn’t need it. An excellent walk-in shower had good pressure and hot water at all hours. There was no additional charge for the large safe. We didn’t try the television though it appeared to have channels to satisfy different nationalities. A couple of small bread rolls that were delivered each morning were appreciated. Some seat pads for the chairs at the dining table would have been a welcome addition. The same applies to the terrace furniture. We didn’t use the pool or the surrounding area but it never appeared busy. The complex was quiet at night and in easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants. Communication with the manager was via WhatsApp and we had no issues on arrival or during our stay. We hope to stay again in the future.

Das war einfach ein perfekter Urlaub im Judoca Beach. Die Lage ist super, es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand und abends durch die Bars ziehen und es ist trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig. El apartamento era muy cómodo, se agradece que el dormitorio esté separado de la cocina, comedor, etc. Tanto la cama como las almohadas eran comodísimas. Estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos y la limpieza durante la estancia ha seguido siendo excelente. Tenía aire acondicionado, que en Gran Canaria en estas fechas es más que necesario. La piscina, aunque no es muy grande, para nosotros ha sido más que suficiente. Nunca había mucha gente y había sitio de sobra. La ubicación es perfecta, una zona tranquila y cerca de la playa y de todo lo necesario. Había aparcamiento gratuito de sobra en las inmediaciones, nunca tuvimos problema para encontrar un sitio libre. Y por último, resaltar la amabilidad y la atención de Ramiro y de Cundi.

¡¡APARTAMENTOS SUPER RECOMENDABLES!! No pudimos elegir mejor lugar para nuestra estancia en Gran Canaria. Estuvimos mi pareja y yo alojados durante 8 días, desde el 24 de Agosto hasta el 31 de Agosto. Destacar sin lugar a duda el buen trato y la amabilidad de Ramiro y Cundi, siempre atentos a todo. En resumidas palabras, si volviera a la Isla, me volvería a alojar en el mismo apartamento.

Emplacement génial à quelques mètres de la mer, des dunes et de la promenade maritime. Hôtes charmants, piscine très calme, chaude, bien entretenue et avec de beaux bains de soleil. Appartement très fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre. J'ai vraiment apprécié l'accueil des hôtes : Kundy et Ramiro, la communication et puis... le pain frais livré chaque matin sur la table de la terrasse pour accompagner le petit-déjeuner. Les appartements sont très sécurisés et la résidence est au calme absolu. C'est génial. Je recommande vivement !

Newly renovated and super clean room, the cleaning staff came every day to clean and tidy up the room, replace the towels and even left bread on the door handle every morning. On the last day we forgot one key in the door lock and got stuck outside the room. Ramiro immediately came and helped us getting inside again. He was really understanding and responsive.

Our second stay and equally as fabulous as the first one. This is such a nice, relaxing place to stay and excellently located for all that Playa del Ingles has to offer. Its location means you get the sun for the vast majority of the day, meaning you can come back from the beach or sightseeing, sit on your balcony and enjoy the peace and quiet while getting ready to go out. As always, Ramiro is super helpful in anything you need - he even remembered our kettle from last year :-) The cleaning ladies are very thorough and leave the rooms spotless. Ramiro, our excellent host, booked a taxi for us as we arrived late and the taxi driver had our key and instructions on how to enter the property. The apartment itself was excellent - we were fortunate to be on the top floor and therefore had a lovely balcony with a glimpse of the nearby beach and sea. Ramiro had left a few essentials for our arrival such as cleaning utensils and a litre of water. The apartment also has toiletries and bread delivered daily to your door, which is a nice touch. Cleaner came just about every other day and everything here is very clean. We didn't have a kettle when we arrived but two minutes after asking Ramiro, it appeared by magic on our doorstep. There is a filter coffee machine for those that prefer that sort of thing. There's also a hairdryer, which is useful for those on a luggage quota! And air conditioning - in bedroom and lounge - is simply the greatest!! The pool is a nice size and though a bit chilly, I'd come back from running before I went in it so that was welcome! Plenty of sunbeds for all here. The location is fabulous - it's about 25 yards to the promenade above the beach, which has an array of shops, restaurants, cafes and of course, the beach itself. Meanwhile, it's an approx ten minute stroll to the Yumbo via the maze of alleys that make up Playa del Ingles and five minutes to Cita. But it's also very quiet here - there's very little passing traffic.

Sehr gutes und hochwertiges Alartement in einer Anlage mit 12 Einheiten. Gepflegte Sonnenterasse mit Pool und Whirlpool. Service und Kommunikation sehr gut. Morgens gibt es frische Brötchen als kleine Aufmerksamkeit an die Türe gelegt. Ich werde gerne wieder in dieses Apartement wählen und kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr nah am Strand (max. 100 m und trotzdem sehr ruhig)

The location is ideal. Quiet and tranquil but a 5-10 minute walk to supermarkets, resteraunts, bars and the beach! The host, Ramiro, was extremely helpful and attentive to guests needs without intruding. He arranged our airport transfer which made everything easier and put our minds at ease. The cleaner (we didn't get her name), was really friendly and personable with attention to detail in her work. The accommodation itself is very clean with a lovely bathroom and large shower and the kitchen area is spacious and has all the equipment needed to make basic meals. Large balcony or terrace that always seemed to get sun (even in October), felt very private and relaxing. The pool is clean and plenty big enough, lots of space to relax around the pool and the hot tub was a lovely addition. A bottle of water on arrival was much appreciated and fresh bread daily was above and beyond what anyone would expect. It's a perfect place for anyone to stay and we will be sure to visit again in the near future! Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean, the bed very comfy. The bathroom was lovely with the best shower ever. Aircon in lounge and bedroom. Arrival process very easy when arriving after 4pm. Nous avions réservé cette location longtemps à l'avance car à cette période il y a une très forte demande . Avant le départ le propriétaire m'a averti d'un petit changement mais de ne pas m'inquiéter que j'allais être contant . Lorsque nous sommes arrivé aucun problème pour rentrer en contact nous avions déjà échangé plusieurs fois et toujours disponible, il nous a donc donné rdv devant la nouvelle location. Effectivement une maison superbe 2 salles de bains 2 chambres, internet , parc superbe, une piscine privée , bref une magnifique surprise avec tout le confort. Merci pour cette semaine très agréable dans votre maison . Nous vous contacterons à nouveau sans problème.

The place is a little gem. Clean, spacious, well maintained. It deserves more than it allocated 2* rating. There is everything there that you could need. The staff even deliver fresh bread rolls to your room every morning. Outstanding. WIFI was provided free of charge. There was a music centre there, and even a sound bar. Best Christmas and NY ever! Apartamentos Judoca is amazing. The owner Ramiro was helpful and friendly with the check in, also the lady who is cleaning the apartments was absolutely awesome. Toller Urlaub, tolle Wohnung. Ich hatte Appartement nr. 11 im oberen Stock. Alles sehr ordentlich, Klimaanlage läuft, Brötchen gab es jeden Tag, Handtücher wurden jeden zweiten Tag gewechselt. Wlan ist gratis und einen Parkplatz findet man auch immer in der Nähe. Zum Strand sind es nicht einmal 5 minuen. Danke an Ramiro und sein Team für diesen prima urlaub.

This was our trip 4th to Gran Canaria and our 4th time staying in Judoca. Internet is much improved and very fast now. Memory foam mattress is nice and comfortable. Location is fantastic, close to the beach, Cita round the corner. Yumbo and Kasbah within a 10 minute walk. Ramiro is always available if you have any issues and Cundi the cleaning lady is very nice and helpful also.

Hemos estado más de diez días y muy contentos con los apartamentos,muy buen situados y tranquilos al tener solo 12.Todas las mañanas dejaban una bolsa con pan y a la llegada una botella de agua. El encargado y la chica de la limpieza muy majos. La cocina bien equipada(microondas, tostadora etc) terraza amplia con mesa, dos sillas y sombrilla.Habitacion espaciosa.En la zona de la piscina se estaba genial al ser tan tranquilo y no aceptar niños, en esa zona tienen jacuzzi. Sin duda si volvemos a Canarias repetiremos.

Ramiro y Cundi son muy agradables y atentos, saben llevar muy bien el alojamiento. Ponen de su parte para que la estancia allí sea lo más cómoda posible. El apartamento amplio, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, entorno silencioso (MUY importante en la zona), piscina limpia y con tumbonas suficientes para todos los huéspedes. Sorpresas agradables como la existencia de una plancha y una tabla, en el armario, para no llevar la ropa arrugada, o una bolsa con pan en la puerta por las mañanas, al despertar. Un alojamiento 100% recomendable. A menos de cinco minutos de la parada de autobús del CITA (centro comercial), y muy cerca del acceso a la playa.

Eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage, die An- und Abreise war total unkompliziert und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Jeden Morgen hingen an der Zimmertür zwei Brötchen, was eine wirklich schöne Aufmerksamkeit ist, wenn doch eigentlich kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Die Ausstattung in den Zimmern ist mehr als zufriedenstellend. Der Strand ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Spacious apartment for 2 people. Comfortable bed and pillows, comfy sofa, large free safe suitable for laptop or small bag, large balcony overlooking pool, a bottle of water on arrival and 2 bread rolls every morning.2 mins from the lovely sandy beach and sand dunes, 5 mins from shops and supermarkets and 10 from the Yumbo centre which is good at night, cheapish drinks and plenty to see, 5 mins from the shops and bars on the beach. Well placed, plenty of parking, in an area with lots of small hotels which is quiet day and night. Good security to access site and on the doors in rooms. Spent 9 night here and loved it. Excellent wifi too.

Judoca has nice and convenient apartments especially for couples. The rooms are well equipped and confortable, the pool area clean, calm and relaxing. Everyday cleaning and everyday "bread surprise" was a huge plus. Very good location. I would stay there again. Free wifi, parking and locker.

Los apartamentos están muy bien, estuve este diciembre y la verdad que encantada!!! está en un sitio muy tranquilo y al lado de la playa, centros comerciales cerca, supermercado tambien cerca y lo mejor es la señora que se encarga de traer todos los días el pan a primera hora de la mañana y mantiene los apartamentos la mar de limpios, la calidez y la amabilidad que tiene... Ramiro da gusto hablar contigo.. si vuelvo a visitar gran canaria por la misma zona, sin dudarlo volveré a alojarme ahí... Gracias.. da gusto tener sitios así.

Der kostenlose Brötchen war super, die Brötchen würden gegen halb neun gebracht. Die Lage war auch fantastisch, der Strand und die vielen Restaurants dort waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, genauso wie ein (kleineres) Shoppingcenter. In der Küche gab es alles, war wir zum Kochen gebraucht haben - von Topf und Pfanne bis zum Nudelsieb. Dank der wenigen Appartements hatte man nie Probleme damit, sich eine Liege bzw. einen Schattenplatz am Pool zu sichern. Der Pool war relativ groß und gut gepflegt.

Stayed here for a week earlier in April - can highly recommend- everything is as advertised. Lovely apartment- great location- very good value. We arrived late but were able to access our keys easily . Cundi, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was so dedicated and helpful as was Ramiro , the manager. Definitely stay here again on our next visit.
