The first guests, a family from the island of Gran Canaria, have been welcomed by the director of the establishment, Mr. José Santana, and are staying in a spectacular villa 'Ocean Front' with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen-dining room, two bathrooms, a private pool and privileged sea views.

The name of the Resort Cordial Santa Agueda honours the martyr whose hard sacrifice in ancient Rome made her the protector of nursing professionals, women with breast cancer and women in general. By adopting this name, beCordial Hotels & Resorts wanted to pay tribute to these groups and to the environment on which the innovative tourism development is based. An enclave that will be positively transformed by the attraction of a tourism with high purchasing power with the consequent benefit for all its neighbours who will also enjoy the imminent opening of the Santa Águeda Promenade, which with its 384 linear metres and 1,800 square metres of surface area that will connect the seafaring neighbourhoods of El Pajar and La Playa de Arguineguín.
