For a hotelier, having to ask his guests to leave the establishment is one of the saddest professional experiences that someone can live.
We never thought of writing a message like this one but the truth is that we have never been involved in a crisis similar to the one caused by the pandemic COVID 19.
For the first time in our history, due to the state of emergency declared in Spain by the Spanish Government, through Order SND / 257/2020, we have had to make one of the most difficult decisions a hotel chain can take: to temporarily close all our establishments.
A few hours ago, our last guests left the facilities of Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa and Bungalows Cordial Green Golf. All our establishments are completely empty now. It is a strange feeling, difficult to explain, an emptiness that breaks our heart.
We know that this is not a goodbye, it is a see you soon. The world is facing this challenge together and we are sure that we will get through it together. Meanwhile, please, take care of yourself and your relatives and do follow the instructions of the authorities. Stay at home and protect yourself. Once this situation is over, we will see each other again and we will give that pending hug.

We have been together for so many years that a glance says it all. We know when we are joyful, when we are thankful and satisfied complying our duty with a job well done but also when we are lost in sadness. This sadness is what we have seen these days in the establishments of beCordial Hotels & Resorts.
Despite this situation, and being cordial our most important value and something that has always characterized us, our wonderful team has been attending the basic needs and comfort of our guests with the utmost professionalism, respecting and enforcing safety distances, informing about travel limitation measures and adopting all the recommended hygiene measures right up to the end.
I could write thousands of words to thank this fantastic team that I represent. We will be back together really soon to do what we like the most: to make our guests happy by offering, as always, memorable holiday experiences.

We assume that most of our guests feel around family with us. The Cordial family is huge and solid. We are well aware about the difficulties you may have faced if staying with us the last few days. We do understand how frustrating the situation may have been when looking to rest and enjoy while staying with us. Thank you for your comprehension and collaboration. In just a word, it has been touching.
We are not willing to loose touch in the future. We hope to see you enjoying of our facilities very soon. Until then, we are willing to keep in touch electronically.
