In its continued effort to improve the experience holiday of their guests, Be Cordial Hotels & Resorts has created a courtesy area with bedrooms, changing rooms with shower and different rooms with a sofá next to the reception of Apartaments Cordial Mogán Valle. This investment is the answer of the group after a process of listening to the main improvement demands from guests. This process of listening permitted us to detect the dissatisfaction of guests when they arrived early to the establishment before their room was available and to those that stayed longer in the complex after they had handed in their keys on their departure day. Now the guests of the Apartments Cordial Mogán Valle can use the courtesy room giving more comfort to an early check in or a late check out.
