Great apartments

We stayed here for a week in March. Check in was good with a welcome drink given while checking in. Friendly staff throughout. We stayed in block I which was just off the entertainment and play area. Room was good and clean, good size bedroom and kitchen/sitting area. Big balcony with table and chairs and 2 sun beds with sunshades. Ample space in wardrobes and a lovely bathroom with shower. Not much view from our room as it looked onto the roof of the block in front although you can see the mountains. Pools are great, we stayed at the one nearest to us, plenty sun beds anytime of the day, water was cold though. Staff were friendly. Didn’t use the splash pad area but seemed great for kids, the far side pool mirrors the pool we used but we didn’t use. We did go to the quiet pool with great pool view but the silence and quiet needed wasn’t for us! Never ate in the hotel as we walked down to the prom or marina each night. The walk down is about 10 minutes and all flat. Great restaurants and bars. Hiperdino across from the hotel which is wonderful and has everything needed. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and we would go back.

We honestly feel like this place is a home away from home. We’ve stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints. The rooms have everything you need and are a really good size. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and it felt really spacious. You get a large terrace, a kitchen, dining area, living room and a separate bedroom, so it’s perfect for relaxing and not feeling cramped. The location is great too as there’s a supermarket right opposite the hotel, and the beach is about a 15-minute walk along a nice paved walkway. All the staff are really welcoming and friendly. A special thank you to Linda, who recommended some great places for us to visit and went above and beyond to accommodate our room request. There are 3 pools (one is a quiet pool) and a splash park with a shallow pool for little ones, which is great if you’re travelling with kids. We honestly can’t fault this place and will definitely be back again.

Hemos repetido nuestra estancia esta Semana Santa y de nuevo ha sido todo un acierto! Es un complejo maravilloso para que los pequeños disfruten y los mayores tengamos la posibilidad de disfrutar de ellos, y por ratitos sin ellos. El personal está siempre pendiente y ayuda y colabora en todo lo que es posible con una sonrisa. La piscina con el AquaPark hace las delicias de los más pequeños, y no tan pequeños! Lo que hace que estén entretenido en un lugar seguro y divertido. La zona de ocio, con el parque de bolas, billares y Ping pong ponen un lugar “en seco” donde pasar momentos muy divertidos y agradables El buffet del que disfrutamos en media pensión ofrece fruta fresca, cocineros en directo y muchísima variedad. Y las habitaciones son cómoda y grandes, con una maravillosa terraza que hace de nuestra estancia todo un placer Sin duda, repetiremos!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Schon bei der Anreise wurden wir an der Rezeption sehr herzlich empfangen. Unser großzügiges, ruhiges Apartment war wundervoll, mit großem Balkon und toller Aussicht. Besonders schön war für uns auch, dass im gesamten Hotel alles wunderbar mit Aufzügen erreichbar ist, was für meine Mutter mit Rollator unglaublich hilfreich war. Frühstück und Abendessen waren jeden Tag wunderbar. Es gab immer sehr viel Auswahl, für jeden etwas Leckeres, und das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und wechselte täglich. Durch die Herzlichkeit des gesamten Hotels haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Meine Tochter und mein Sohn, sagten ""Das ist unser zweites Zuhause"". Ganz besonders in Erinnerung bleiben uns die Menschen dort: Emma hat uns beim Frühstück mit so viel Wärme empfangen, ebenso wie der warmherzige Sallam und der stets gut gelaunte Pablo. William war ebenfalls so unglaublich liebevoll — mein Sohn hat ihm ein Bild gemalt, und er hat es sofort im Restaurant aufgehängt, was meinen Sohn sehr stolz gemacht hat. Das Show Cooking, das aufmerksame Nachlegen bis zum Ende der Essenszeiten und die liebenswerte Nuria sowie viele weitere herzliche Köche und Köchinnen haben jedes Essen besonders gemacht. An der Rezeption hatten Linda und Marcos immer einen hilfreichen Rat, und Lars hat sogar extra Sekundenkleber aus seinem Auto geholt, um meinem Sohn etwas zu reparieren — so viel Herzlichkeit erlebt man wirklich nicht überall. Auch die Kinderanimateure machen ihre Arbeit mit viel Freude und Herzlichkeit. Die Poolanlagen sind großartig: Jeder Poolbereich hat seinen eigenen Charme. Durch die Aufteilung ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei — Entspannung im Grünen, Familienzeit an den Kinderpools oder absolute Ruhe am Quiet Pool. Dazu ist an jedem Pool ein Bademeister vor Ort, was ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gibt. Für uns war außerdem die kinderfreundliche Sängerin, die zweimal die Woche auftrat, ein absoluter Genuss. Ein Hotel voller Herzlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Wärme — wir haben uns als Familie sehr willkommen gefühlt und haben dort daher bereits den nächsten Urlaub wieder gebucht in ""unserem zweiten Zuhause"

Fantastic apartments in a beautiful resort

Left this morning after the most amazing 12 night stay in these apartments. Spotlessly clean throughout the entire complex and the facilities, staff and entertainment were brilliant. We travel a few times per year with our 8 year old and 6 year old and both of them have said this has been their favourite holiday ever. They absolutely loved the mini club and the evening mini disco and the choice of pools was great. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was so spacious with the comfiest beds too. We were self catering and had everything we needed to have breakfast and lunch in the room and there was a massive supermarket just across the road. Lovely 10 minute stroll into beautiful Puerto de Mogan with an abundance of lovely restaurants with the kindest staff and amazing food. We like to try different resorts but genuinely considering just rebooking here for next Easter as really don’t think we would be able to find anywhere that would be better. Thank you so much for such an amazing holiday and our daughter said she gives it a thousand million stars!

Large apartments

This three star apartment hotel is large and expansive. We stayed in the biggest apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. These have amazing large balcony and the waterfall showers are brilliant. The maze of stairs and lifts are the biggest downside but you do get used to it. We didn’t go to the kids end of the resort to avoid the kids pool and splash park. The north pool was lovely and always had beds available. We ate once at night and once at breakfast for whit both were fine but half board would have been tepeetsticr. There were lots of broken items in the Pom including the top of the fridge, outdooor shower and door handles but the stench from drains were at times disgusting. The aircon was great and having UK TV channels was heat st night.

This is a very friendly, clean and wonderfully appointed apartment hotel. The staff are very helpful and housekeeping is superb with hygiene and timing their cleaning at a time suitable to the visitors. We can highly recommend Apartmentos Cordial Mogan Valle. It caters for all age groups. Looking forward to a return visit.

We went to the Cordial Mogan Valle Apartments for 10 nights, our board was Self Catering, and it was lovely, we are planning to go back to Puerto de Mogan, maybe in a different hotel/apartment, but wouldn’t be too mad if we came back here. Room: We stayed in a Superior One Bedroom Apartment, and it was VERY spacious, the bathroom were very clean, the terrace was huge, there was plenty of kitchen appliances, and the view was more of a mountain & pool view. Housekeeping: The housekeeping was good, even though they didn’t clean on Thursday’s and Sunday’s, the housekeeping needs a break, because the other hotels I have stayed in, they make the housekeeping clean the rooms everyday, and so I thought that’s good that housekeeping don’t clean rooms on Thursday’s & Sunday’s, because they need a break. Staff: The staff was good as well, the receptionist that checked us in our room was lovely, the staff tried their hardest to do everything, and they are also polite and respectful. Cleanliness: The apartment complex were very clean, didn’t spot any dust, very traditional. Overall: The Cordial Mogan Valle Apartments overall was lovely, it was very clean, the room was very spacious, the staff are respectful, and the housekeeping are very good, and this is more of an affordable option if the Cordial Mogan Playa is too expensive for you.

Definitely recommend and will be back for sure. Mogán is a lovely resort. The weather was so warm be careful as the UV is very strong so use 30 SPF plus

Great family-friendly apartments in a lovely resort

We stayed here for 11 nights as a family of two adults and one 7-year-old, and overall had a really lovely holiday. The apartments are ideal for families. Having a separate bedroom made a big difference, and we opted for a one-bedroom “plus” apartment which gave us a bit more outdoor space – definitely worth it if you have kids. There’s also a supermarket almost directly across the road, which was incredibly handy for picking up drinks, snacks and bits for breakfast like bread and meats – it made self-catering really easy. There were a couple of minor maintenance points in the apartment – for example, the curtains weren’t fully hooked in at the ends and there was a bit of flaking paint on one of the bedroom exterior walls. Nothing that impacted our stay, but just small details that could easily be tidied up. The mini club (kids club) was a real highlight for our 7-year-old. The staff were fantastic – really friendly and engaging – and our child absolutely loved them. The mini disco in the evenings was also a big hit; we never wanted to miss a show! The pool area is excellent for families. The kids’ pool and splash park were brilliant, and it was great having shallow areas as well as a slightly deeper pool (around 1.35m at its deepest). There’s also a more relaxed, infinity-style pool which gives a nice mix depending on what you’re after. A really handy feature was the facilities available on departure day. Our flight wasn’t until the evening, but we were able to use a room with showers, towels, hairdryers and seating areas – it made the last day much more comfortable. One thing to note: even if you’re self-catering, you’re asked to wear a wristband. This felt a bit unusual as we’ve never had this in self-catering accommodation before (more common with all-inclusive), although in our case it came off after a few days and it wasn’t an issue. The resort itself, Puerto de Mogán, is beautiful and very family-friendly. It feels like the end of the coastal route, which gives it a more relaxed atmosphere, but it’s still easy to get around by bus. A quick tip about buses: they are reliable but strict – if you’re not there on time and the doors are closed, they won’t reopen. Also, bring some cash, as card readers don’t always work and you may not be allowed to travel without cash. We were slightly unlucky with external factors during our stay. A recent storm had affected some inland areas and there was some temporary contamination at the local beach, meaning we could only use it a couple of times. However, there are plenty of other beautiful beaches along the coast which are easy to reach. Friday market day in Puerto de Mogán is well worth a visit, with lots of unique stalls beyond the usual souvenirs. At the end of our holiday, we also experienced Saharan dust in the air for a couple of days, but it didn’t impact our enjoyment – we just adjusted our plans. We booked a couple of excursions locally, including a fantastic 4-hour boat trip (dolphin spotting and swimming/snorkelling). We chose a smaller boat with a maximum of 10 people, which made a huge difference to the experience – definitely worth it if your budget allows. Food-wise, we didn’t eat at the hotel apart from seeing the buffet price (around €19 for adults). There is a snack bar with limited hours, but there are so many great restaurants in the town that we preferred to eat out. Even though the apartments are slightly higher up, it’s an easy walk down to the marina and beach (with a gentle uphill on the way back). Overall, a great family holiday in a lovely location – we would definitely return.

A first time visit but won't be the last

We have just returned from a first time stay at these apartments, it definitely won't be the last. We arrived at the tail end of 'Storm Tresa' unfortunately we had a,leak come into our apartment. We appreciate it was freak weather and these things can happen. Reception moved us to a different apartment. The apartments are very well kept, very spacious and spotlessly clean. We particularly loved the large balcony. The apartments are in the quieter end of town, but only a flat 15 mins walk down to the harbour. Plenty of sunbeds around all the pools, we went to the pool at various times and always got a bed. We generally used the quiet infinity pool. Can't comment on food as we were self catering. The bar area lacked atmosphere, it was very quiet and very few people appeared to use it. We loved our stay and hope one day to return. All staff are very obliging and welcoming.

Acabamos de llegar a casa después de 5 días en Gran Canaria, alojados en los Apartamentos Cordial Valle. El lunes 30, a nuestra llegada, como era antes de la hora del check-in, nos ofrecieron una habitación de cortesía para descansar y poder cambiarnos después del viaje. Pese a ser sencilla, pudimos cambiarnos cómodamente y disfrutar de las primeras horas en Puerto de Mogán. Al llegar a nuestra habitación, tuvimos algunos problemas técnicos, pero todo el personal: de recepción, limpieza, mantenimiento, se preocuparon por solucionarlo lo antes posible. Nos gustaría dar las gracias al equipo de animación del alojamiento. Tanto nuestra hija como nosotros hemos disfrutado cada noche de nuestra estancia de la minidisco, gran punto final de nuestros días. Por último y no por ello menos importante, nos gustaría dejar una cariñosa y cálida mención al personal del comedor y cocina, de igual modo que ellos y ellas nos trataron desde el primer día. Siempre estuvieron atentos y atentas y muy buen trato hacia nuestra hija de 4 años. Además, celebramos su cumpleaños en sus instalaciones y se desvivieron porque la celebración fuese muy especial. Por otra parte, comentar que la comida, tanto del desayuno como de la cena era riquísima y variada, no estando de acuerdo con algunas opiniones de otros huéspedes en las reseñas. Muchísimas gracias a todo el personal de los Apartamentos Cordial Mogán Valle. Habéis ayudado a que hayamos tenido unas vacaciones maravillosas en familia que creemos que serán inolvidables para nosotros. Un abrazo enorme de parte de Olivia, Víctor y Silvia

Die Appartements sind sehr geräumig und haben eigene Terrasse. Frühstücksbuffett ist ausgezeichnet. Zur Playa kommt man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten über eine breite Promenade. Bis zum Yachthafen 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

We had a great week here as a family during half term. The location is spot on. Supermarket right over the road and an abundance of wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Beach also within easy walking distance. We didn’t eat in the hotel at all so can’t comment on the food. We had a standard room (405) and our terrace was right next to one of the pools which was perfect for us - our teen could carry on swimming whilst the 4 year old napped and we could easily keep an eye on both of them! All the pool areas were lovely - especially the one near us, it was a bit quieter. The entertainment we saw was good - our 4 year old loved the mini disco. All staff we came across were friendly. Didn’t give 5 stars as the room did feel a little tired/smelt slightly damp. If the rooms get a revamp it will be perfect! We’ll definitely be back.

Great stay for families

We stayed in apartment 836 as a family — me, my husband, and our 21-month-old — and overall the apartments were really spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic balcony that we loved. The kitchen had a 2-ring electric hob and a microwave, and while it didn’t come with basics like oil, salt, or coffee, there are shops very nearby (Super Dino is just across the road, Spar about 10 minutes’ walk and better stocked). Beds were comfy and made up daily, and a cot was provided for our little one. Housekeeping worked really hard throughout the day and were excellent. We mainly used the toddler pool, which was clean and perfect for our child. Wi-Fi was reliable, and most staff were friendly and helpful, particularly after check-in. At the restaurant, the cold salad options were good, and when our drinks were forgotten the waiting staff were very kind — they brought them promptly and even offered complimentary drinks to make up for the delay. As for the downsides: the initial check-in wasn’t very welcoming. Some areas of the building and apartment kitchen felt a little tired. The restaurant buffet on our first evening was disappointing — nearly empty, the cooking station wasn’t manned, and some of the food was undercooked. The soft play area occasionally smelled a bit, possibly because of local cats. Finally, if you need a high chair or baby bath, these are available but at an additional cost which we found surprising for a family hotel. Overall, Cordial Mogán Valle Apartments are a great choice if you want spacious apartments and easy access to shops and the beach. The pools and hardworking staff are definite positives, but a few areas of the building feel a little worn, and the buffet wasn't brilliant. I feel that the additional charges (baby equipment, pool towels, in-room safe etc) could be more obvious at the time of booking. Having said that, I'd hugely recommend the apartments and would certainly return.

I was not sure what to expect as opinions were mixed. I was really happy with this hotel ! It is lovely set in very nice surroundings - Porto de Mogan is just beautiful place. Our Room was very spacious and well organised with fantastic terrace ! Swimming pools were also fine ( splash Center for kids is a big surprise!) Food for me was actually very good. Service was amazing. We were late for the dinner and they even thought to bring us some food and drinks. Hotel has it’s years so the only thing I would pay more attention to rooms cleaning in detail. Overall highly recommend :)

It really is home from home. I’ve been staying here year after year for around seven years now, and it’s just perfect. It’s worth noting that I stay in the superior apartment, which is definitely worth the upgrade. The super high ceilings make it feel much bigger, and the air conditioning is excellent and works super fast. The room itself is a great size and has everything you need for a two week stay, with excellent cooking facilities and an even better, huge bathroom. The location is spot on, right in the heart of Mogan, about a ten minute walk to the beach, with lots of local restaurants nearby and one on site. It’s also close to a supermarket and the bus station, making it incredibly easy and cheap to travel all over Gran Canaria. The pools are lovely, not too warm and not too cold, and the bar and entertainment are great. The housekeeping team are always lovely, and every single member of staff we walk past says hello no matter who they are, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The bar staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and there are pool tables available all day and all night. While I don’t have kids, the children’s play area always seems busy, which is a good sign. I honestly just love it here and keep coming back for a reason.

From the reception staff friendly welcome with a welcome drink and lots of information, the apartments were extremely clean, well presented accommodation. There are a choice of pools to sit at and plenty of sun loungers. Can’t comment on the food as we were self catering. The courtesy room for our later flight was an excellent extra to this hotel with shower facilities and sofas to rest at. Location is about 10 minute walk from the beach where there are a plentiful selection of restaurants that will not disappoint. Puerto de mogan is a delightful village full of character. This is certainly the best 3 star apartments we have stayed in.

We have been here many time (10+) and have always had a good stay, we have previously had room 730 which does need some refurbishing, however this time we have had 442 which has been done recently and is nice and renewed. They are making there way through the rooms. We love the splash pool as it’s ideal for kids. The restaurant is basic but prefect for buffet style food and good value for money, there has always been something for us to eat. Mogan is nice and quiet and we love the location. The staff are always great and friendly and always make a fuss of the kids which is nice. Join the cordial club for free and you get 10% off anything you buy in the hotel, you get 1 night a week free and you can choose your room if you book directly with them.

Family holiday in October, travelled with EasyJet holidays which was good value itself. The complex here is very nice, good location just 5 minutes from the beach and marina. The staff here are great from reception staff to bar and restaurant staff, even the cleaners and maintenance all friendly, helpful and professional-look after them. Restaurant food is good variety, especially fish on the grill. 3 pols, we used the North pool which is apprx 25 metres, you can have a good swim early or late when its empty. Some people have said the Rooms are dated-they are clear and well kept. All in all good place to stay in a beautiful part of Gran Canaria. Mogan is probably the nicest place I have stayed in the Canaries. Thank you Cordial and all your staff.

Wir waren jetzt zum fünften Mal (jeweils ohne Verpflegung, da wir gerne Abends im Ort essen gehen und uns unser Frühstück lieber selber machen) in dieser Anlage und können nichts Negatives sagen! Der North Pool ist, gerade auch mit der sehr schönen tropischen Bepflanzung, spitze, die Zimmer waren schön ruhig und sehr sauber, genauso unsere Terrasse direkt am Pool, in unserem Zimmer gab es auch keine Probleme mit Insekten. Die kleine Küche ist für unsere Ansprüche vollkommend ausreichend eingerichtet, guter Kühlschrank. Die WLAN-Verbindung ist gut und sehr stabil, die Fernseher haben wir nicht benutzt. Der SuperDino Supermarkt ist 100m vom Eingang entfernt, hier bekommt man alles, was man braucht, zum Strand und in die dort und am Hafen gelegenen Restaurants spaziert man gemütlich in 10-15 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle der Guaguas (ÖPNV) ist ca. 200-300 Metern Entfernung zu finden, kostenfreie Parkplätze für Mietwagen befinden sich 50 Meter vom Hoteleingang entfernt. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt ist die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, egal ob im Housekeeping, an der Rezeption, die Hausmeister, Gärtner und Bademeister, alle sind super freundlich! Wir kommen definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder!

Please don't listen to any negative reviews about this hotel. We arrived 3 days ago for a last minute break and it has been fabulous, just my husband and I. We upgraded for a superior room and it's been fab. Lovely clean room, spacious, large balcony with sunbeds. We like our privacy so this has been perfect for us. Just a 5 minute walk to the resort centre but fabulous restaurants and bars just over the road. No noise, good quality night's sleep. We are already booking for next year.

Wonderful apartments with the option of breakfast or half board if you so wish. This is our tenth visit to these apartments and are here to early October. We joined the Cordial Membership on our first visit which gets you 10% discount on food and drinks and can help with booking your preferred apartment. . The place is relaxed and informal, the restaurant provides buffet meals that are good quality, along with a good variety of food. The staff are superb at sorting out issues and problems, and are super friendly. The apartments overlook a pedestrian strip with shops, bars and a supermarket but are angled back so you can sit on your balcony and enjoy a view across the valley. The entertainment isn’t our thing but seems to be well appreciated. Go for a Superior apartment if you can, the aircon is welcome when it’s very hot (Calima at present). However we survived with the ceiling fans only for many visits. There is a supermarket opposite where good bottles of wine can be obtained for four euros or so ( It also has a good gluten free section) The apartment has a coffee percolator and a kettle along with a microwave, hob, toaster, pots and pans galore. The balconies are large for superior apartments and have a cooling shower. We will be back.

Excellent apartments; very spacious, clean and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and the staff were there ready with a warm welcome and a smile. We needed help closing our patio door when we arrived and we couldn’t fault the help from staff, as the receptionist arranged for a member of the maintenance staff to come and assist us, even as late as we had arrived. Our apartment was just above the quiet pool and was perfectly located for us; with a huge balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs and an outdoor shower to cool off in the heat. The complex was always spotlessly clean with plenty of staff around all day. There are four pools to reach everyone’s needs, whether you want music and a child friendly splash pool or a quiet pool to read your book or a chilled pool with more shade, there was something for everyone. We used the spa twice in our stay which was very clean, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely family friendly hotel with great staff and atmosphere. Definitely would recommend to others and return ourselves.

Ah, talk about a happy place! Lovely clean and spacious one-bedroom apartment, a great complex with beautiful landscaping and nice pools, and everything I needed within easy reach. The views from the eighth floor were wonderful, and because the west-facing balcony is so big it gets sun from mid-morning until the sun sinks behind the mountain opposite. The balcony felt really private, too – not overlooked at all. Navigating the place with its many lifts and ‘lucky dip’ floor numbers becomes easy after a couple of goes if you know what you’re looking for, but I agree with many others who say there really should be more information in every lift! There’s a handy guide in the lifts from the reception, which should be replicated in the rest. However, hats off to the people working here. They're top-class, really helpful and friendly, and make a lot of effort to put right any issues and create the best possible experience. I felt at home here and can’t wait to return!

This was our 6th visit, we stayed in a 2 bed plus apartment and it was amazing, super spacious, cleaners work their booties off to ensure the rooms and the complex is tip top and spotlessly clean and tidy. The pools are amazing and well maintained. Splash park was ideal for little ones, in clear view of parents so we could relax on the loungers and still monitor their safety. We have already booked for our 7th stay in December. We absolutely love this hotel. Reception are attentive to any needs you have. The only gripe I have is the young lad life guard is very lazy, he lets kids bomb in the pool, people were sneakily smoking around the pool area too and he was oblivious to this. Some kids were diving in and missing the pool edge by inches, there really was no point in him being sat there from 10am-6pm. The female lifeguard in the pool closest to the splash park is amazing, you can tell she enjoys her job and takes it seriously. Friendly with children and parents and keeps everyone safe. Supermarket dead opposite the apartments, a Spar further down, flat walking all the way to the harbour and restaurants. AC available to hire from reception if needed. Mobility scooters available from the shopping centre opposite the apartments. Taxi stop outside the apartments and bus station close too. Everything you need is in close proximity. It was my 60th birthday while we were there and the management delivered a bottle of cava and a spa voucher - a lovely touch! Staff very friendly. Yes the complex is a bit difficult to navigate with the lifts but it didn’t spoil our time. Already planning for a return visit with our grandson! The only thing I would do differently is next time I’ll opt for a room with air con.

We visited Cordial Mogan Valle for the first time in August for 2 weeks with my husband and two kids ages 10 and 5. We booked superior one bedroom apartment and were located on the 3rd floor which we were happy about after seeing so many lifts to go to the 9th floor.... Apartment was perfect, air con.....hive rooms and massive balcony. All You need for self catering was in the kitchen. Swimming pools great for kids I wish people don't wake up early and put towels by the pool to reserve their sun beds...it's madness. Little soft play was nice as it was just by the shack bar and on the same floor as our apartment. Super Dino supermarket just minute walk which was a great bonus. Mogan beach 10 min walk ...no hills no cars just relaxing walk ... Beach itself perfect for kids with shallow clear water. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. nice little harbour and beautiful little colourful houses with flowers everywhere. We hired a car for few days to explore beautiful island but you can take a bus which goes pretty much everywhere.Bus station is just few minutes walk from Cordial. We will definitely reccomend Cordial Mogan Valle apartments and we cannot wait to e back next year.

Está muy bien situado, con el supermercado muy cerca y a un paseo de la playa. Tienen una nueva zona de solarium. Sin duda alguna, un complejo espectacular para unas escapaditas de desconexión y para unas vacaciones familiares.

We had an amazing stay. Apartment had no AC but we were able to rent a portable one at the reception. The kids enjoyed the splash pool and the shows in the evenings. Entertainment crew did a great job, i really enjoyed zumba in the pool. It was also impressing to see how passionate the lady lifeguard is in her job. Housekeeper made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Kristian the receptionist welcomed us warmly and fixed all our concerns. Great buffet in the evening. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. 2 mins away from hyperdino and 10-15 mins walk to Playa de Mogan. Market right outside every friday.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (5 und 7) Mitte August für 2 Wochen da und haben es sehr genossen. Wir konnten die Zimmer vorher im 3D Modus anschauen und entscheiden. Wir haben uns für den 7. Stock entschieden. Unser Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon mit Aussendusche. Es war ohne Klimaanlage aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett und das Sofa wird für 2 Einzelbetten umgeklappt. Die Küche ist klein aber ausreichend. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist im Buffet mit immer frischen Sachen und Obst. Es war immer lecker, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Pools sind super gelegen mit Animation wenn man möchte, aber nur wenig am Tag und sehr kurz. [...]

We had a superior apartment which includes air conditioning. It was worth the price as Gran Canaria can get very hot. The apartments are spotless and huge. Cleaned regularly including towel and bedding changes. The staff are very friendly. We have had breakfast which was lovely. The dinner was ok but for 19 euros per person it was very reasonable. Despite being a huge resort it’s very peaceful. There are a lot of people from all over Europe so you don’t get any hogging of sunbeds all day. No one could be bothered with doing that. There is a supermarket opposite that is very reasonable. Along with a pharmacy. My teenage sons enjoyed the football pitch near the bus station and the sports bar opposite which shows all of the football. The local buses are excellent as is the ferry that goes to nearby towns. There were also a lot of wheelchair users at the resort and there was a lift to help wheelchair users into the pool. The resort area of Mogan is flat so is good for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Los apartamentos son ideales para ir en familia. Contábamos con una terraza con césped artificial, hamacas y una ducha, lo cual nos permitía que la niña disfrutara en lo que hacíamos la comida. Hay tres piscinas, así que puede elegir la que mejor te convenga, así como una zona exclusiva para niños con chorros. The rooms were perfect, nice and spacious, everything clean and tidy, plenty of plates and utensils, beds were really comfortable, the views were fantastic, food was great - plenty of choice for every fussy family and the facilities were fabulous. Lovely gym and courtesy room, 4 swimming pools, lovely gardens and the best spa I have ever been to. We went with my.children who were allowed access 3 days a week and it only cost 28€ for 1 child and an adult. We have already booked for next year. The superior rooms have air conditioning and all other rooms have ceiling fans. If you are booking in July or August, best get the suoerior room.

Complejo estupendo para pasar las vacaciones en familia, el equipo de animación es estupendo y nos divertimos todos muchísimo con ellos, Sara, Bryan, Evelin, Mario y Joara. Echamos de menos la fiesta de la espuma para los niños y adultos, antiguamente la hacían y lo pasábamos súper bien. No obstante, este año hemos notado que la limpieza deja bastante que desear, sobre todo en las zonas comunes y en las habitaciones, aunque también depende de la persona que te toque ese día. Se nota la veteranía, como en el caso de Lidia y de Yurena. Como todo, hay siempre cosas que mejorar, pero en su conjunto, merece la pena. Repetiremos.

Este es el segundo año que hemos estado en el Cordial Mogán Valle y la verdad es que ha sido simplemente inmejorable. Nada más llegar te ofrecen una bebida que siempre es bienvenida y unas chuches a las que difícilmente te puedes resistir si eres un poco golosa como es mi caso. Las personas de recepción están siempre disponible para cualquier sugerencia o cosa que necesites. Y siempre con una bella sonrisa en la boca. El hotel tiene 3 piscina y un gran Splash pool para los más pequeños. El problema es que a muchos nos gusta estar en la misma piscina por el gran equipo de animación que hay y que hacen maravillosamente bien su gran trabajo. Pero si quieres tranquilidad tienes otras dos piscinas donde siempre hay tranquilidad y hamacas disponibles. Mención especial tienen la socorrista Margarita que siempre está súper atenta a todo y el maravilloso equipo de animación. Desgraciadamente no me quedé con el nombre de todos los animadores, así que solo puedo nombrar a Sara y Brayam, pero a través de estas dos personas inolvidables quiero felicitar a TODO el equipo de animación que ha conseguido que tanto mis hijos como los mayores, nos lo pasáramos super bien y que estemos ya pensando en pasar las terceras vacaciones en este gran hotel. La animación de la noche tb es muy divertida y muy variada. Esto es cuestión de gustos, pero el concierto de los 3 tenores y la noche de juegos en familia, fueron especialmente emocionantes para nosotros. Las personas de cafetería y de limpieza también han sido muy amables. Finalmente decir que la playa es un agradable paseo de 10/15 minutos y el pueblito de Mogán Playa es muy agradable. Resumiendo, vacaciones inolvidables llenos de pequeños y maravillosos momentos. Gracias por todo Cordial Mogán Valle

Estamos en los Apartamentos Cordial Mogán Valle, y quiero destacar el personal con el que cuentan, queriendo mencionar en especial a el responsable de que todo funcione Ulises, tuvimos un problema y buscó una solución rápidamente satisfactoria para todos. En el restaurante Willy con su sonrisa y profesionalidad, Vicky nunca se olvida de satisfacer lo que necesites en el apartamento, en la piscina la mejor socorrista Margarita alguien sin igual y Sara animadora, súper activa hemos hecho varias actividades con ella, destacando el aguagym y las tote bag, que realizó ella y fue increíble. This is our second visit to the Cordial Mogan Valle apartments. A rare event as I always like to go somewhere different. We needed a chilled out break after a stressful 2024 and decided to return to somewhere familiar. We upgraded the apartment to have the larger balcony and the room interior had been upgraded so even better than last time. You have a small kitchen with an electric hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a filter coffee machine. Two sun loungers, table with 4 chairs and even an outside shower on the balcony. The Marina or mountain restaurants are fantastic for lunch and an evening meal although the apartments do offer lunch and breakfast if you choose. SuperDino supermarket is just across the road. Friendly staff, particularly on reception and the cleaning team. A choice of 3 pools plus a kids splash park. 10/15 mins stroll to the beach and marina. Overall a fantastic stay. Only comment would be to make sure the quiet pool is quiet as I overheard a few people moaning that this was not monitored. Puerto Mogan is beautiful although it is now a lot busier as the Radisson has been completed. We would stay again.

Repetimos por cuarta vez, por lo cual se entiende que nos encanta. Ideal por la ubicación con supermercado, tiendas y el paseo para ir a la playa... Sus instalaciones geniales hay para todos los gustos, parque con chorros de agua para niños, piscina grande en donde suelen hacer juegos y aquagym, piscina panorámica para relajarse, dos jacuzzi y solarium en la zona alta del complejo. Tienen animaciones en todo momento y un club infantil en donde dejar a los peques si se cansan de tanta piscina. Sus animadores a cual mejor... Todos son super simpáticos. A mí hija le encantó Brian y Mario hacen un gran equipo en el club. Y Yohara en aquagym es la bomba siempre con buena actitud y animando a todos a participar. Evelyn igual lo que no maneja muy bien el español pero se hace notar con sus miradas y gestos muy graciosos. Tengo que destacar a la socorrista Margarita super atenta con todo y muy dispuesta a ayudar aunque debo decir que deberían poner a un hamaquero porque ella no puede hacer todas las funciones si está vigilando la piscina no puede llevar una sombrilla a un huésped. Ella como es tan buena, no le dice que no a nadie. Las habitaciones son amplias, con una gran terraza para descansar y tomar el sol en tranquilidad y con ducha para refrescarte.

Wir kommen seit 14 Jahren in unregelmäßigen Abständen immer wieder ins Valle. Es ist unser Lieblingshotel auf GC. Die Zimmer sind riesig. Wir buchen immer mit 2 Schlafzimmern und mit 2 Bädern. Das ist zu 4t ideal. Die supergrosse Terasse mit Außendusche ist fantastisch. Dadurch sind hier natürlich sehr viele Familien und beim Essen ist es immer recht laut aber das ist okay. Es geht halt lebhaft zu aber das macht es auch sehr entspannt. Das Hotel hat sehr viele spanische Stammgäste was ich als sehr angenehm empfinde. Diese sind zwar laut aber fröhlich und freundlich. Viel besser als zu viele deutsche Urlauber ☺️

We had a fabulous time staying at Cordial Mogán Valle really helpful, friendly and genuine staff who helped us get the best out of our stay. Beautiful clean pool which we watched getting cleaned every day gorgeous gardens great food in the hotel restaurant and loved our spa day. We were on the ground floor near the pool so perfect for us to easily get to the pool everyday, and I felt like I totally escaped the madness of reality. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend and as great value hotel.

Great apartments with good sized rooms and balcony. The complex is kept very clean and it has several pools to suit all ages. Only negative are the steps when travelling between different levels however you can use the lifts. Overall, it is a good place to stay and fairly central to Mogan as well.

Very clean and cleaned nearly everyday with fresh towels, grounds maintained to high standard and 3 pools available. Only minor issue not enough parasols. Reception staff excellent, location brilliant only 10 minute walk to main centre, buffet restaurant was superb offering great variety of choices to suit everybody and great value for money. Excellent facilities when leaving later than noon checkout as they offer showers, towels and rooms to use at no cost if you cannot extend your apartment stay. Will definitely book again when going to Puerto de Mogan

Just returned home from the cordial mogan playa apartments. On arrival your greeted with a smile offered a welcome drink and nothing is too much trouble. There's 9 floors and a lot of lifts but when you get to your apartment you are amazed at the size of the balcony the interior the views there's nothing to complain about . I went with my 4 grandchildren and my elderly father. Breakfast you could not ask for anything more . A cookery station provides fresh omelettes pancakes fried eggs . I could go on forever . lunch time there is a varied menu all cooked fresh to order. Evening meals are also very good value with so much choice. my grandchildren love the splash pool the soft play area the mini disco too. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket that sells everything the beach is a 10 minute stroll. Finally I have got to mention the staff they are all fantastic. I cannot wait to return.

My wife and I have just returned from another wonderful holiday spent in Cordial Mogan Valle Apartments. We are in the 60 + age bracket and it ticks all the boxes for us. From the spacious apartments and the spacious balconies to the extra friendly and well trained staff that have been hand picked by Ulises the manager. It is easy to see why these apartments are full of repeat guests as why would you need to go anywhere else. The location is perfect and ideal for families and older couples like ourselves in particular who enjoy a quieter pace of life on holiday. When we arrived we were advised of some building work that was to be carried out and as it turned out our apartment was right beside where the work took place. It was a bit noisy and a bit of an inconvenience but didn't go on for too long and the workers finished early in the afternoon. So we amused ourselves with ear buds in and listening to various stuff but we could gone to one of the pools that was quiet. It was no big deal really. I suppose that the bigger picture is that Cordial are continuously looking to extend and improve the complex so that when we return next time we will be able to enjoy the improvements. So roll on our next holiday !!!!!!

Stayed here for a week with my husband. Huge complex, large spacious apartment with very large balcony with sunbeds, shower and table & chairs. Check in quick snd easy with very clear instructions and map how to get to our room. Notified of building works at check in, yes it was noisy around the quiet pool, couldn’t hear anything from our room or from the other pools. Spotlessly clean complex and all staff friendly. It was my birthday during our stay and received a bottle of fizz and voucher for the spa. Resort is beautiful with plenty of restaurants. Would highly recommend these apartments to stay.

Nos hemos alojado mi hija , mi hermana , mi sobrina y yo. Han sido 4 días de descanso maravillosos en los que lo hemos pasado fenomenal. Mención especial para Sara de animación que es una profesional como la copa de un pino siempre sonriendo, amable , servicial y atenta a cada uno de los huéspedes del complejo. Mencionar también la perfecta labor de Margarita ( socorrista ) que para mí es la mejor socorrista con la que me he tropezado en mis 50 años de vida. Siempre atenta a su trabajo, cercana con los niños y amable como la que más . Ojalá hubiesen más profesionales como ella en cada complejo porque con ella se demuestra que la edad no tendría que importar a la hora de contratar a una persona. Para ella y para el equipo de animación un 10 ( y porque no puedo poner un 20 ). Las dos chicas que atienden en el bar piscina también maravillosas muy simpáticas y atentas con los huéspedes en todo momento. En resumen todo ha sido positivo en esta visita y sin duda volvería a repetir como así lo he hecho ya en varias ocasiones.

What a lovely stay perfect location 10 minutes walk to the beach and port. Being a first time solo holiday I felt extremely safe and everything is within walking distance. Excellent family hotel complex. We had a one bed apartment which was perfect for a family of 4. Very spacious and a large balcony, we were on level 6 which required two lifts but the lifts were easy to navigate and quick. Being high up meant we had a great view overlooking the valley. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen area were clean and modern with everything we needed. One slight issue we had was that the freezer compartment door latch was broken but this was immediately fixed when we mentioned it to main reception. The pools are great and we never had an issue getting beds as the pool opens at 10am. There is a super market opposite the hotel which will have everything you need and also a cafe for morning coffee. Don’t ignore the restaurants opposite the hotel, N44 is very good. The bus station is close by, we wouldn’t usually use local buses but the bus service is Gran Canaria is very good and very cheap, well worth visiting nearby beaches using the buses. The walk down to the marina is pedestrianised and very safe for young children. The evening entertainment was ok, there’s is a nice outdoor evening area for adults to have a drink and for children there is a soft play, table tennis and pool tables to keep them occupied. All the staff were friendly, helpful and hard working. We found the complex to be great value. We would certainly stay here again!

Fabulous apartments loved every moment of our stay. The 9ne bedroom apartment was spacious with a huge balcony. It is absolutely spotless throughout the entire complex. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Weather was fabulous and really warm, the quiet pool wasn't heated, but it was a pleasant temperature given the hot sunshine. Didn't go to the other two pools as we enjoyed the peace and quiet! There is a supermarket opposite to stock up on all essentials, and we enjoyed excellent meals in Puerto Mogan around a 10/15 minute walk away. There was no A/C in the room but this would not ve required in April. I have never returned to a hotel/apartment, but I certainly would come here again!

Our tenth visit and Cordial Apartments in Mogan Valle has remained our holiday star attraction for at least eight years and we're just about to book again for the Autumn of 2025. The welcome from the brilliant reception staff is just fantastic. So as usual off to a great start. We chose a one bedroom apartment and paid a bit extra for a large balcony and air conditioning. The interiors are similar. Separate bedroom, lounge and a kitchen including cooker, fridge and microwave plus all the pots and pan and cutlery you need. The lounge and bedroom each have a TV and surprisingly there are a broad selection of British channels including Channel 4, ITV and BBC. The lounge has a sofa bed. There's a separate bathroom with stands in shower. There's plenty of cupboard space and you can easily slide your empty cases under the beds. The hotel offers four pool areas including a quiet pool for adults and one big lively area for children. Each morning the animation team encourage guests to get fit and exercise to dance music and follow the up with refreshments in the pool bar. We normally eat out most evenings but there are good options here. There is a very tasty self service buffet restaurant which has a great choice of meats, fish and veggie alternatives adorned with an excellent array of salads, vegetables and to finish with cakes and desserts and perhaps a glass or two of cine. The hotel offers a special deal for guests at the buffet that if you book four visits you get a decent price reduction. During our two week stay we occasionally made a our meals in the apartment. There's a well stoked supermarket around two hundred metres away. The apartments are kept spotless and the cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to be looked after Adrienna who was charming. Any problems (and we had none) were solved by the reception team lead by Marcos. It was such a delightful stay yet again at Cordial Valle we will be back later this year for the 11th visit. It was love at first site at the Cordial Apartments and the love affair continues.

We have been to these apartments a number of times but not in recent years. I was really impressed that they were still as fresh as 10 years ago. Remembering these are 3 star apartments the beds are comfy, spacious, clean, well maintained apartments and public areas. The courtsey area with small rooms and bathrooms is an added bonus for the last day. Breakfast was great, better than what we have had in 4 star hotels, dinner good selection (again you can't compare this to a massive complex) but the quality was good. Great location, plesant pedestrainised 10 minute walk to the beach and harbour. We will be back, highly recommend for the price.

First time the apartments after staying in a few main hotels in the area- very impressed with location and overall appearance. Room was Superior double and great size, excellent large balcony with outside shower, loungers and table with chairs. Quite a maze with confusing instructions on which lifts to get as have to change to reach the correct floor but soon got to grips with it. Supermarket opposite and good size kitchen for storage.

We're just back from a fantastic family holiday in Cordial Mogán Valle and already planning to return in a few months. Our apartment was big and spacious with all the kitchen equipment needed for self catering, rooms were serviced & cleaned most days. Tried dinner buffet on one night and it was lovely-lots of options to choose from. We have received a welcome fruit platter and bottle of cava on our first day similarly on my husbands birthday he got treated to a spa pass and bottle of champagne wchich was super nice. Great selection of pools for adults and kids. Special mention is due to all of the wonderful employees wchich go above and beyond assuring everyone had memorable stay. Special thanks to: Bryan from animation team - you made the holiday special and superfun for our daughter. Lydia for the friendly chats and keeping our room tidy. They also offer kids friendly food but good: for example the chicken fingers are actual chicken breast sticks breaded (not the crap frozen chicken-paste you find in other places). Some things are obviously not awesome, e.g. they offer sushi from time to time and it is very basic, or the desserts are in general quite sugary / artificial (with the exception of the brownie that was really good!). In summary: amazing value for the money if you are looking for a kids-friendly place to spend your holidays.

We spent a bit over a week at apartmentos cordial mogan valle. All staff was amazing. We had half-board and the food was good and the waiters were very diligent. Breakfast and dinner had a great variety from healthy to hearty dishes. I even received a bottle of prosecco for my birthday with a gift voucher to the spa. What a pleasant and unexpected surprise! The units were cleaned every day and the pools were amazing. There is a quiet pool for adults and several other for kids and adults. Dino supermarket is about 2 min walk away and you can get basically anything from there. Our daily visit was getting the freshly squeezed orange juice from the machine. What a treat !! The hotel is about 15 min walk from the beach and town centre . I saw some negative comments but people have to keep in mind that this is not a 5* luxury hotel. If that's the expectation, you need to look somewhere else. We can hardly wait to go back !! Thanks for the amazing experience.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was really spacious, the kitchen was pretty well equipped (although when the room was cleaned every other day, we found a couple of things didn't return, like the tea towel). The beds were really comfy and it was a bonus that the sofa bed folded out into 2 separate beds for the kids. Reception staff were really friendly and very helpful. We were missing a bottle opener when we arrived, I asked at reception and it was in our room within the hour. The spa was well worth a trip. The best thing about this hotel is the pools and facilities for the kids. 4 different pools, we loved the main pool by the bar, and the kids spent a lot of time down at the kids pool/splash park which felt really safe. We didn't manage to use the kids club but the animators were great and it didn't feel too overwhelming with the activities they ran. The carnival activities on Saturday were really fun. It's about a 15 min walk down to the port (on little legs) but also super easy to drive down as well if they're tired! The beach is really lovely, and plenty of great restaurants to enjoy by the beach and at the port. The N44 restaurant in the complex opposite the hotel was really good as well.

My wife and i stayed here for 7 nights, very recently. We had a Superior 1 bedroom apartment which had a large balcony (as advertised). It was perhaps the biggest hotel apartment we've ever stayed in. The apartment was spotless and cleaned every day. The pools were beautiful, especially the 'quiet pool' with plenty of sun beds. The snack bar was lovely and so was the Spa. Staff were great and nothing is too much trouble. The location is a 15 minute walk to the beach and 'Little Venice', which is picturesque. Taxi there brings you back for only €4.25 when you've had your fill. A great place to stay. Will be back.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The property was also in a buzzing, and beautiful town, and it was easier to travel to the inner city to explore more. The facilities were available and open most of the time, and were mostly kid-friendly which made it easier to travel with a family. The Minidisco and live music were especially enjoyable. The balcony was a great highlight of the entire stay. Kids enjoyed how spacious it was and adults were able to enjoy the weather. Great space to chill out and enjoy the Sun.

Lovely large two bed apartment. Great views from large balcony. Room had everything needed to go self catering and plenty of space on the large terrace. Choice of three pools and mple spce round them. About 10 mins stroll to the front. Only downside the number of lifts in use - three to get to our room.

Totalmente recomendable para familias con niños. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Los apartamentos están bien equipados y la comida es muy variada, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. Desde la piscina de arriba se ve el mar. Lo mejor de todo es la atención recibida. Tanto en la recepción como los camareros y los animadores han sido híper amables y simpáticos con nosotros. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Ha sido un gusto estar en este hotel.

Reception organised a taxi to meet us at the airport. Our flight was delayed but our taxi driver was waiting when we landed. Lovely check in experience with Letitia - lovely to get a welcome Cava. Our apartment was fabulous - we are very happy.

Receptionist on arrival was excellent. Property has a very large footprint - lots of different outdoor areas, several pools (including the quiet infinity pool). Good to have the option of eating in the restaurant. Easy, flat walkway down to the beach, harbour, and commercial area.

Where do I start ! From the bar staff, reception and lifeguards everyone were so Amazing ! On arriving late being welcomed with water and food was the best ever ! The place is so well kept and clean. We always stay here when in this resort. Apartments are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance along with some bars and restaurants. Harbour and further restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk away, as is the bus station.

Had a wonderful holiday at the Cordial Mogan Apartments in the first week of November. Thoroughly recommend for a great value stay in a beautiful area of GC. Reception- greeted with excellent customer service from all staff. Yolanda and Nasim were very helpful with all queries and managed the check-in with professionalism. Accommodation- spacious, clean and well-equipped. We had a superior apartment for the safe and air-con. No issues with bugs or cockroaches. Saw one dead one outside in the whole time we were there. There is a schedule for cleaning & towel-changes and the apartments offer superb space for a family including a large balcony. The piano music in the restaurant opposite provides a nice ambience in the evening whilst sat on the balcony. Pool & bar areas- well-kept with lifeguard keeping the kids safe and temp absolutely fine. Great pool snack bar and kids were happy playing in both the main children’s pool and splash park. Didn’t try the other 2 pools. Animation - lovely team of young people who work really hard and gave the kids a great time. Highlight was the mini disco which the kids looked forward to every night. Spa- used a few times as it is amazing! Restaurant- buffet is excellent and very good value. We preferred the second sitting as it was quieter. There are of course plenty of restaurant options in Mogan but if you don’t want to venture out then the food at the restaurant offers plenty of choice. Thank you to Cordial Mogan Valle- we’ll be back without a doubt!

Great Place, Wonderful Stay.

We spent 5 nights in Cordial Mogan Valle Apartments last week of October to beginning of November 24. Family of four two adults and two children 15 and 4. This is the first time in a long time I have stayed somewhere and we were made to feel so welcome and looked after by all staff. The accommodation provides excellent value for money and our apartment was spotlessly clean with A/C in the bedroom and lounge area. This was a superior one bed apartment but plenty of space for all of us. The terrace/balcony was huge and has two sun loungers, table and chairs and an outside shower. We had no issues with cockroaches or bugs whatsoever. We stayed half-board and both breakfast and dinner offered a good choice and good quality food for all dietary requirements. Even lunch choices are reasonably priced. The entertainment on an evening was brilliant too. The pool area was clean and optional area of splash park for kids. We had no trouble finding loungers but may be different at peak times. More than anything we were impressed with the friendliness and service received from staff in all areas. Names which stick out are Yolanda and Aileen on reception. William, Ana and the excellent Sallem in the restaurant and bar areas were just brilliant. Sallem is one of the nicest guys I have met and went out of his way to provide a second to none service. Also all the entertainment staff were fabulous. The cleaning staff were great too and overall all staff were so helpful and polite. We were made to feel looked after to the point we did not want to leave. I’m not one for writing reviews but I could not hold back for this one as the whole place including the resort area of Puerto Mogan is just great. If you are self catering everything is close by for shopping and eating out. We had a late night flight and managed to get one of the five courtesy rooms available as late checkout was not available. Again we had access to showers and clean towels so it was no bother vacating the room at 12pm. Would I recommend these apartments? Most definitely and we can’t wait to return next year God willing. Get it booked you won’t be disappointed. Well done Cordial Mogan Valle and all your wonderful staff. Thank you all.

This was our 3rd visit as we just love Mogan and Mogan Valle. The apartment is spacious and the balcony is a great size for having meals outside or just relaxing. Pools to suit all ages and the kids loved the soft play area and evening entertainment. All the staff work so hard to make sure every need is met. We were there over Oct midterm so there was a lot of focus on Halloween for the children. This time we had breakfast included. Huge variety of foods available. The Spa is lovely and relaxing and I felt reasonably priced.

Lo que más me gustó fué la acogida, y en sí toda la estancia y servicios recibidos. Posee 3 piscinas una exclusiva para el disfrute de los niños donde se divertirán con un montón de chorros de agua que se conectan cada poco tiempo y divierten mucho, y su piscina apenas tiene 25 cms. Otra de las piscinas es para disfrutarla sólo adultos y se respira un aire de relax sin ruido alguno. Cogí media pensión y tanto el desayuno como la cena estuvo completísimo, y el personal muy atentos a todos. En cuanto a la animación tanto de día como de noche funciona muy bien, y con buenos profesionales. Y qué decir del Spa, absoluto disfrute en cada espacio que posee, sauna, jacuzzi, baño de vapor, cueva flotarium etc... dos horas tras las cuales se hacen cortas y sales muy relajado. Lo dicho, para repetir ya que el fin de semana pasó muyyyyyy rápido.

I will start by saying that we have used the Cordial Valle apartments regularly, in fact this has been our seventh visit, so obviously we love coming here. Staff have been absolutely amazing as usual. Reception team were very happy to help with relocating us to a different apartment (error on our side when booking) and I imagine this to be inconvenient for them but they appeared very happy to oblige. Great customer service. I must pay a particular compliment to one of the pool lifeguards, a lady called Margarita, who goes out of her way to keep everyone safe but also constantly engaged with smaller children in and around the pool. There are three wonderful pools and a large water area for the children to enjoy. Cleaning team do a terrific job and again are a credit to the complex. [...]

Desde que llegas a los apartamentos te reciben con una amabilidad y predisposición para que desde ese momento empiecen tus vacaciones, Ulises, Guaci, Linda, Marcos...equipo maravilloso que te da la bienvenida. Los apartamentos y las instalaciones dan lugar a que encuentres esa paz para disfrutar de tus días. En las distintas zonas de hostelería destacar William con su sonrisa y buen hacer, y a Epi y Sandra. Necesitamos alguna cosa en la habitación y nos atendió una chica maravillosa llamada Vicky. Brilliant holiday. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. After looking at reviews on trip advisor for Gran Canaria this place came up with excellent reviews and they weren’t wrong. [...] Lovey standard apartment (no air con but ceiling fans) this was fine as temperature was mid 20s so managed but next time would push for superior room with air con. Clean, spacious everything you needed. Food lovely especially breakfast but dinner enjoyable. Lots of choice and very tasty. Staff very friendly in restaurant. Surroundings lovely, took a walk up to harbour most nights and visited the lovely gelato shop on way. Supermarket opposite very handy. Bus stop close and took trip to Puerto Rico one night for shopping. Great shopping centre there with brilliant shops and had a lovely meal. We stayed by the quiet pool every day and it was bliss. Always sun-beds and umbrellas available as you can’t reserve which is so nice. Wouldn’t go down until 10-10.30 am. Had the best holiday and would highly recommend, lots of Spanish staying which says a lot about how good it was. Already looked to book next year.

Ein großartiges Hotel! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, mit großen Terrassenbalkonen sowie mit schönem Bad und Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und das Essen, sowohl das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen, ist wirklich fantastisch. Insbesondere eignet es sich für Familien. Für die Kleineren gibt es einen Wasserspielplatz, ein Haus zum Spielen und Toben, Bastelangebote und Minidisco. Die Älteren können Billard und Tischtennis spielen. Außerdem gibt es drei verschiedene Pools, die alle ihren eigenen Charakter haben. Dazu kommt, dass der Ort Puerto de Mogan traumhaft schön ist. Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber vom Hotel, ebenso der Beginn der Fußgängerzone, die bis zur Strandpromenade und dem schönsten Teil des Ortes, 'Klein Venedig' führt. Es war unser erster Gran Canaria Urlaub und wir sind sehr glücklich, dass wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden haben.

Lovely hotel / complex, deserving more than it's three stars. It's situated away from the hustle and bustle of places like Maspalomas but close enough to visit. Next door to some nice shops / restaurants and beach. The rooms are good but expect the liveliness of a family orientated place. The staff were brilliant, being professional and friendly. Fuimos a probar el spa, habíamos visto algunos reels en Instagram y decidimos ir a probar.... Es muy acogedor, el personal nos sorprendió enormemente, siempre tienen una sonrisa en la cara, están pendientes de que todo esté perfecto, y que tú experiencia sea increíble.... Hicimos mal en no quedarnos con los nombres de las chicas, pero desde aquí darles la enhorabuena, sin lugar a dudas no sólo repetiremos sino que animaremos a nuestro entorno a que vayan....

Great appartement! Ninth floor. We are coming here for years now! Why? Because of the great and very large terras! Sunscreen is included and wonderful room. You can see the picures! Great kitchen were you can find enough for making a good meal! Also kitchen supply is great everything 4 times and kitchen pakket for cleaning. Large bedroom with safe and tv. Large livingroom with 2 beds for Kids and tv. Good equiped terras, table 4 chairs and shower. And two sunbeds. Great experience and only few minutes away from the beach. We don't mind the small walk. You can go to the spa or have diner at the restaurant or go al inclusive. Lovely waterpool with a very good livegaurd 'margarita' on stand-by! Kiddypool and on other end a splash-parc with whirl Pools. For the lover a silence there is also a quite pool and on the other side of the hotel a second family Pool. You will love it! If you seach for a good place with great service a large room. Take this accomodation. You won' t regret it!

La pequeña cocina americana con microondas, tostadora, cafetera y hervidor de agua es ideal para autoservicio. El supermercado está en las inmediaciones. La comida que se ofrece es buena y siempre ofrece pasta, patatas fritas y cosas similares para los niños también. En el bar hay p.e. B. Música en vivo o acrobacias y deliciosos cócteles. Had a great holiday here end of April beginning of May. Everything was great we stayed self catering and the apartment was adequately equipped for cooking or preparing a snack. Shower room was beautiful a lovely walk in shower which was green as my husband is disabled, the room had plenty of space for the wheelchair and the balcony was a brilliant size to sit and catch the sun. We were near the quiet pool which worked well for us . The staff were really lovely and helpful our flight home was late any we were worried about hubby being able to have a rest before the flight if we had to check out early in the day , we really didn’t need to worry the reception staff sorted out a late check out room for us which was also a lovely apartment. As I said earlier we were self catering and found lots of places to eat in the evening and the supermarket was just across from the hotel for snacks and pastries etc . The half board option looked great and we will definitely consider that for our next visit which won’t be too far away as we absolutely loved it here . Thanks for a lovely holiday see you soon

Estamos disfrutando de unas fantásticas vacaciones familiares con nuestro hijo, quien se lo está pasando de maravilla en las instalaciones, especialmente en Aqua Splash y el parque infantil. El hotel cuenta con tres piscinas amplias y limpias, una de ellas es una piscina tranquila, perfecta para relajarse a pesar de la cantidad de gente. Nos alojamos en un apartamento superior, que es muy espacioso y tiene una gran terraza con una ducha para refrescarse en los días calurosos. Tanto las instalaciones como nuestra habitación están impecablemente limpias. El personal es amable y recomendamos el hotel. Definitivamente planeamos volver.

The apartments are spacious, well equipped, clean and regularly cleaned, our apartment included a large terrace. There are plenty of activities for children within the complex - Spash Park paddling pool, small pool, animation programs, playground. Adults have large swimming pools, evening bar, fitness, spa. There is a wonderful marina called Mala Venice, 15 min walk from the accommodation. Within a 20 min drive are the beautiful beaches of Playa Anfi del Mar and Playa de Amadores. We highly recommend this accommodation!

This was our second stay in Mogan Valle, this time we got a 2 bedroom apartment which was great, spacious and clean, 2 big bathrooms were a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was fantastic, big choice and tasty food. Our room was at the top floor which meant there was a lot of walking up and down but we didn't mind, our kids are school age so no buggies to worry about. Kids loved the pools and snooker table. The village is lovely and quiet (no parties), beach is 10 minutes away and loads of restaurants and cafes around, supermarket just around the corner. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant, we will be back again.

The overall site for Mogan Valle is large, but as apartments are in small 3 story blocks with lifts between floors(or steps) you are not aware of this in your apartment. We had superior apt which was on top floor. Good view over coloured rooftops to the sea. Apartments are huge with astroturfed balconies with table,chairs and sunbeds. Also a shower. The quiet infinity pool for adults was great. Other pools on site as well. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. Didn't eat there as supermarket was opposite main entrance for all our needs for breakfast. Restaurants around beach and port were plentiful for evening meals. Walk to beach is along a level paved pedestrian pathway...about 10-15 mins..... Lovely week and would recommend and would return.

Nos hemos alojado toda la familia este fin de semana, 14 en total entre niños y adultos. Teníamos 4 apartamentos en régimen media pensión. El personal (de recepción, de restaurantes y bar piscina, animadoras de piscina y chicas de limpieza) muy agradable y amable, dando solución y atendiendo nuestras peticiones dentro de sus posibilidades y siempre con buena cara y una sonrisa. My sister and I have just returned from these beautiful apartments, where we opted for bed & breakfast with a vast choice buffet style; you can choose whichever board basis suits you. Apartments are very clean, well maintained and good house-keeping service. Our apartment well equipped for self catering with lovely kitchen / lounge area with TV, bathroom modern with large walk-in shower and bedroom provided a twin bed arrangement with plenty of wardrobe space along with TV and safety deposit box. Doors leading onto a huge balcony accommodating sun loungers and table and chairs and facility of outside shower! We overlooked one of the pool areas with sunbeds always available. Plenty of lifts available too which is a bonus. Staff all pleasant and friendly; reception always welcoming and helpful whatever time of day (or night when we arrived). Lots of entertainment for children too. Apartments beautifully situated at the top of beautiful pedestrian walkway 10 minutes to the beach passing a bus terminus to everywhere and shops leading off to ""little Venice"" which is just stunning around a marina walk where you can also hop onto a daily ferry service. There is just something for everyone at a pace that suits you what more could you ask for. This was a first time to Gran Canaria staying at Cordial Mogan Valle and one of the best relaxing holidays we have had. Thank you to all the staff for their part in making it a great place to stay (especially reception). I'm already planning my next visit of many.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at these lovely apartments in beautiful Puerto Mogan. We have stayed here twice before and the standards are still very high. The cleanliness everywhere is first class. We opted for a superior apartment this time (626) and were not disappointed. It was very spacious and well furnished. A very spacious and modern bathroom, walk-in shower. In an ideal world I would have liked a bath but it was adequate. A safe is also included with no charge in the superior apartments. There was plenty of storage space in the bedroom and a small kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Of course the star of the show is the huge terrace with amazing views and a table with four comfortable chairs and two loungers. [...] I would highly recommend these apartments, we stayed as a couple in our 70s. If you have a young family, it is an ideal place to stay. Hopefully we are able to visit again next year.

Die Anlage ist zwar riesengroß, aber trotzdem bleibt man angenehm privat im Apartment mit Riesenbalkon. Es gibt ausreichend Pools für alle. Die Verpflegung war sehr gut und der Service immer unglaublich nett und freundlich, obwohl einige Gäste, vor allem die mit kleinen Kindern, sehr anstrengend waren und das Servicepersonal extrem hinterher putzen musste. Die Lage ist 1A, ruhig aber in prima Laufweite nach Puerto de Mogan, wo Trubel, Geschäfte und Restaurants zu finden sind.

Es gibt 3 Pools, und einen großen Splash Park für Kinder, Frühstück und Abendessen sind super, es gibt genug Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, sogar eine Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Unser Appartement hatte 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern, was wirklich super ist für 2 Familien! Das Doppelbett ist riesig, 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind haben locker Platz. Bis zum Strand sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Desde mi experiencia, puedo decir que el hotel superó mis expectativas en varios aspectos. En primer lugar, la limpieza del lugar era impecable; cada rincón del hotel estaba cuidadosamente mantenido, lo que me hizo sentir cómoda y segura durante mi estancia. El trato en recepción fue excepcional (Linda y Marcos); el personal siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar y responder cualquier pregunta que tenía, lo que hizo que mi llegada y salida fueran suaves y sin complicaciones. Además, la amplitud del apartamento fue una grata sorpresa. El espacio era generoso y bien distribuido, lo que me permitió relajarme y disfrutar de mi tiempo. We collected keys from reception and received a site map and instructions on how to reach our room. Our family were also offered welcome drinks on arrival. Our 3 apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable 2 Bedroom Superior apartments. We had comfortable beds, a spacious kitchen and seating area, excellent shower rooms and huge, furnished balconies. The apartments had air conditioning, ceiling fans and safes. Our maid service was excellent with changes of towels and bed linen. There was a very good range of food available at breakfast and dinner. Staff were all friendly and helpful throughout the complex. We all felt very safe there. The overall complex was excellent with 3 pools to appeal to different age groups. Children in our group also enjoyed the kids activities club.

We have returned for our fifth time with our three children... it must be good! our kids range from 5 to 12 and there is lots of entertainment to keep them happy and busy giving us parents time to unwind and relax by the pools. The apartments are a decent size and it's unusual for a family of 5 to be able to stay together. The balconies are spacious and get huge amounts of sunshine. the weather is pretty much guaranteed throughout the year too making it an easy place to choose. the animators are fantastic and keep all the kids busy with good competitions and lots of prizes! Sara and Karolina were fantastic this year keeping our daughter entertained with crafts and minidiscos! the food at the hotel is great too, and drinks are reasonably priced. The spa is a lovely addition and a great way for parents to relax when the miniclub is on. Massage was exceptional and really sorter my sciatica and reasonably priced. The floatation pool was the most relaxed yoy could ever be. It was quiet too so really enjoyable. We hope to return again next year! Thank you!

Another fantastic holiday in Apartamentos Cordial Mogan Valle so don’t hesitate to book if you fancy some time in the sun in a beautiful little resort. The apartments are great with big balconies and all the facilities you need for a simple self catering break 3 pools but we spent most of the time at the kids splash pool which always had sun beds The harbour/beach is a lovely stroll down a pedestrianised walkway and has a good variety of restaurants.

Jedes Jahr wieder schön. Wir kommen bereits seit zehn Jahren ins Cordial Valle in Puerto de Mogan und sind jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Die Apartements sind schön und die Größe der Terasse sowie der Ausblick einfach überwältigend. Wir buchen grundsätzlich nur mit Frühstück da es unten im Hafen eine Menge guter Restaurants gibt wo man sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen kann und ein kleiner Spaziergang ist auch mit drin. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist direkt gegenüber so das eine Selbstversorgung durchaus problemlos ist. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zurvorkommend. Expliziet möchten wir uns diese Jahr bei Empfangsdame Linda bedanken die uns bei der Erfüllung unserer Wünsche mit viel Engagement hilfreich zur Seite Stand. Over the decades my wife and I have been fortunate enough to have stayed at a wide range of hotels and resorts and Valle in Puerto de Mogan is the only one to which we have returned four times (within a year) as it ticks all our boxes. Located about a ten-minute or so stroll down a wide tiled walkway to the golden sandy beach with its promenade and many amenities as well as the small town and marina (“Little Venice” – an excursion destination from other resorts) alternatively to walking in the sun taxis, booked from reception, are less than four pounds each way. All fully furnished apartments we have had are spacious with high ceilings and cooling fans, fully equipped for self-catering (a massive supermarket is opposite) although we have always found our half board buffet choice to be excellent. Our four apartments all have very large balconies equipped with sun beds, four-seater dining table and chairs, a refreshing outdoor shower, plastic grass flooring (good for bare feet) and both horizontal and vertical full sized sun shades. The 25 metre infinity pools are for quiet reading on sunbeds under parasols (no racing to put towels down here) whilst although not relevant for us the large freeform family pool is complemented by a children’s splash area. We are already looking forward to our fifth holiday at Cordial Mogan Valle, perhaps with our family and grandchildren.

Booked a superior room, balcony massive, plenty of room for sun beds, table, etc. Also great that if needed, there is shade. [...] The centre of town / beach is approx. 15 mins walk, most of the way there is pedestrianised too.

If you like a market it happens on Friday on your doorstep. If you like your food the nearby restaurants are great Especially the Chinese on the way to the harbour. Apart from the tea bags which you will.probably bring over. Don't worry the nearby Super market called Super Dino has everything you will.need even a Gluten free selection. Overall one of the best complex units I have visited I went with my children and grandchildren We all had a fantastic time. Will I go back You bet I will.

Cordial Mogan Valle is becoming like a second home

Back again at the Cordial Valle and it's now becoming our second home. We must have visited this delightful venue around six or seven times and it has never let us down. In fact having just stepped off the plane at home we are already planning our next trip in November. We enjoyed a sun drenched fortnight broken up by an occasional drifting band of clouds. The reception team are just as pleasant as usual and we met up again with Roberto and the returning Marcos who we haven't bumped into for several years. We noticed that prices in Mogan's restaurants are getting a bit pricey due to inflation as it all venues here in UK and abroad. So this time we occasionally took advantage of the Cordiale Valle's onsite buffet restaurant which was excellent value and provided a wide variety of meats, fish, vegetables and salads and the dessert area almost impossible to avoid, especially for the youngsters. We able to secure a one bedroom apartment higher up the complex which was nice and quiet to suit this elderly couple. The apartment itself held no surprises as we have visited the complex so many times. A bedroom with plenty of cupboard space and TV. A separate and delightful bathroom with with enclosed shower, toilet and washing area. The balconies at Cordial Valle come complete with two lilos an outside shower with plenty of space. The lounge and kitchen area are well fitted with couches another TV and cooker, microwave , cutlery, pots and pans. So we have no reason to look elsewhere when we book up for a trip to Mogan at the end of the year. Our second home here we come.

It's our second time here as our kids begged us to come back, it's such a friendly and easy hotel to relax in. Our kids have massively enjoyed the mini disco and mini club activities, big thanks to Naomi for being so friendly and energetic. The reception staff and really helpful and approachable with any queries, and while the pool and lunch bars are busy the staff are efficient - special mention to Sandra! Splash park, evening entertainment, buffet breakfast, short walk to the beach and into town. What more could you want!

If you are a family with kids or a couple or single. Cordial Mogán Valle is the place to stay in Puerto Mogan. Staff are brilliant. Just ask and if it’s in their power they will resolve your problem. Nothing is too much. Apartments are roomy and well provided. 3 pools and a splash area. Beach just a stroll away. Plenty of nearby restaurants but dining at the Cordial is good value. Well stocked supermarket opposite. Most importantly when the suns shines there is no better place to be. Be kind, understanding and flexible and you will have the best holiday experience. We have returned for many years and still enjoy our visits. Long may we be fit enough to return next year.

This was our second stay here and we love it. The large balcony, spacious rooms, super comfortable bed are fantastic. We had breakfast and most lunches on the balcony the apartment has all equipment you could need for this. Excellent almost daily cleaning service. Pools were lovely, we found them warm enough to swim in. Well situated slightly out of town, enjoyed walking into Mogan which was an easy flat walk under 10 mins. Mogan is a gorgeous resort with plenty excellent restaurants serving varied food. [...] All staff are really friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The facilities were fantastic. Our block had 2 pools to choose from. One quiet, one for active okay with children. They were a great size and plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. Breakfast was outstanding. It was the best buffet style we have experienced so far. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a comfortable walk from the port and beach, and the wall istef is pleasant, and allows for very needed digestion due to the great amount of restaurants to choose from.

Excellent vacation, it's the first time we stayed at this establishment, and we will definitely repeat very soon.
