- Boutique Hotel Cordial Plaza Mayor de Santa Ana and Hotel Cordial Marina Blanca, which opened their doors in 2022, receive this award for the first time.
- Boutique Hotel Cordial La Niña de Vegueta and Apartamentos Cordial Magec Taurito, which welcomed their first guests at the end of 2021, are also among the winners.
