The Boutique Hotel Cordial Plaza Mayor de Santa Ana is located in what was once the first planned civic-administrative square of the Spanish overseas empire, the Plaza Mayor de Santa Ana (originally Plaza Mayor de Las Palmas). The reconversion of this area, respecting its history and wagering on environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, the creation of employment, a solid average occupancy rate, as well as innovation in restoration have been key to this recognition.
